They are so professional and up close personal. Personal enough to make you feel like your project is actually their own personal home project. They leave you satisfied. Very affordable, not cheap but affordable and with their 2 year warranty, they can't be beat.

Five Star Painting did an excellent job. We really appreciate the level of detail that the project manager, Clifford Slavens, did from start to finish to ensure that work was done perfectly. He also asked for our opinions and listened to our comments throughout the project. The crew made sure we were aware of the steps they were taking so we wouldn't be impacted without warning.

Clifford (supervisor) extremely knowledgeable, dedicated and available. Very nice, courteous crew who cleaned up after themselves (rarely seen). Clifford went through the walk-through at the beginning and end of job, The small items I sighted he fixed on the spot and another was taken care of within 24 hrs. They didn't even deposit my check until absolutely everything (which, again, was menial) was completed to my satisfaction. Will DEFINITELY hire this company again. I'm a perfectionist, and I'm "over the moon" pleased. Not used to getting such great customer service until I started using Home Advisor.

I recently had my house painted by Five Star, and I am thrilled with their work. I loved the detailed quote and the dedicated project manager. I had some minor repairs completed and the work is top-notch. My house looks brand new. I would highly recommend Five Star to anyone looking for exterior painting.

Our project manager, Christine, was on top of the project the entire time. She was on site at least once a day and kept us apprised via texts every step of the way. After a miscommunication between the bid and the start of the project, Christine went out of her way to make it right and did a great job for us. Very pleased with the finished project.

The project got off to a rocky start. The painters painted the wrong colors on a lot of the walls and missed some major areas all together. That being said, they came back two more times and fixed the issues and made sure I was completely happy and that it was perfect. They made my project a top priority when they realized there were issues. Dan was great to work with and very professional. I'm very happy with their work, the walls look great, all of the holes are patched, and we are happy to hire them again!

By far not the cheapest but they try to fix any issues if things are not to your satisfaction. Work quality depends on the crew you get. The owner Dan was good to work with. The fiirst crew I got was not as conscientious about quality as the second who came back to fix the issue the first said could not be done. Overall satisfied with outcome with an interior job that said would take 3 days that stretched out to more than a week due to delays and rework,
