They came to our development and had to access the security guards who check drivers licenses, and Not one of the people in the truck could provide a valid license so they were not allowed in. They did an ok job but left smears of paint on some windows and the roof. I called them back a few times and they never did return after the first revisit Don't use them, they are not customer oriented at all..

Cliff and his team did an excellent job of re-painting an entire home. They were patient, flexible with added requests, and had excellent customer service. I will definitely be using them again for future projects.

This company came out and started the work on the exterior of our home. They did not pressure wash, Did a horrible calking job, and replace the wood as we had in the written contract, The worker was sullen and left trash around our home. When we expressed our dissatisfaction they canceled our contract, This left us with an unfinished job and we are now seeking another contractor. The three contractors that have evaluated the job concur that they will have to go over the work that was done causing us to pay more for the project. We are extremely disappointed and would not recommend them to our worst enemy.

I was, originally, so impressed with their service, but they brought a child on the job every day. That is an issue. The young lady pretended not to speak English. She did. My real concern is that they thinned the paint entirely too much! The paints dissolve with the tinniest drop of water. There are a couple of areas they really should have retouched. I want to Love this company. I would use them again with more of my concerns getting done to my satisfaction. I let them make me feel like I was asking for too much. When you are paying, you have a right to have your expectations met. I do recommend them, but require your expectations to be met.

FSP did an amazing job pressure washing, repairing rotted wood, and painting the exterior of our house. We get so many compliments on the work they ve done! We would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others. They were exceptional!

Christine, our Project Manager was spot on, arriving every morning to go over the work to be done and arriving again at the end of the day and doing a walk through with me of the work done that day. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Dan the owner and Ron arrived promptly to ask questions and take all the measurements. They gave us a detailed review of their quote. Christine the project manager gave us an update every day including text photos. The crew foreman Venito was very detailed and experienced. Worked performed inside ceiling, walls, trim, and kitchen cabinets painted. Also stained outdoor deck. A nice bonus service was an included color consultation with a Sherwin Williams representative. I highly recommend Five Star Painting.

We hired this Five Star Painting to paint our four bedroom home interior. The project got off to a rough start. When I brought the issues to their attention, they didn’t deflect or make excuses. Instead, they sent a new crew who did an outstanding job...and rectified every issue. Cliff, the project manager was responsive and hands-on. I highly recommend.
