I’m Eddie Galvao and I started working installing pavers and retaining walls in the Sunshine State more than 20 years ago. Back then, I was mostly a middle man contractor for other larger companies, but felt the need for something bigger. So I moved on to being a paver contractor in Cumming, Georgia and started my own company, GP Hardscape, Inc.

Here’s a timeline of the most critical issues I experienced: Excessive Project Timeline and Disruption: This project spanned nearly five months, from early April to late September, turning my yard into a construction site for the entire summer. Yanover's repeated delays and lack of coordination meant that I couldn't use my yard or deck for most of the season, resulting in significant inconvenience. Initial Delays and Communication Issues: After making my first payment in April, I received plans that had errors, were incomplete, delivered late and required revisions, causing delays. Later, their painting crew provided poor-quality coats of stain, leaving brush strokes visible. After two coats of the semi-transparent stain I chose, I had to settle for a solid stain to cover the poor work, adding even more time to my already delayed project. Throughout this process, Yanover demonstrated poor communication, unreliable scheduling, and a clear disregard for client satisfaction. I expected professional oversight and clear communication from a construction company, but instead, I faced ongoing frustration and an end product that didn’t meet initial expectations.
