New shower looks great! Very professional and high quality work.

They showed up on time. The service person was very personable and knew what he was doing. Was able to fix the problem in 15 minutes or less. He also pointed out a design flaw on the shower enclosure and later sent an estimate to fix by installing a support bar.

We had a leak in our master shower. We had several companies to come out and access what should be done. Mic came out and told us he could conduct a test to detect where our shower was leaking. He came out again to do the test. This was such a relief. We hired him and saw what a dedicated and hard worker this young man was. He and his helper did a fantastic job. Mic is also great at designing. He brought out some tile I really liked and added some detail I loved. The result was a beautiful shower. I failed to mention that he discovered more problems than expected. He asked his dad to come out and help him decide what needed to be done. I was impressed that Mic wanted advise before moving forward. I would definitely hire them again!

Very pleased. The door looks great and working with Kevin was a pleasure. He was very good at communicating with me in regards to the status of the glass and his arrival times for installation, etc. I would highly recommend D'Sapone for anyone needing a shower and / or tub enclosure.

The work went exceptionally well. A very young (20 years old) tradesman showed up on time, explained precisely what he would be doing, the chemicals used, and the time needed to finish the project. He immediately went to work. He is a very hard worker who kept at it for 3 days with few breaks. He may be young, but he had a great deal of experience and skill. His work was reviewed by the owner of the company as well as a thorough review by me. Great job done on time with minimal fuss. The worker was professional, polite, and very, very conscientious. He also completed a tiling job involving 6 tiles that had not been previously finished. I would recommend Atlanta Grout and Tile Care without hesitation. And my home sold in 3 weeks.

They did an excellent job and the price was very competitive with other estimates I received. Ultimately, I went with them because of their reputation. I am extremely pleased with the way the enclosure looks and my tenants could not be happier.

Highly recommend!! I found this company through Angie's List and after looking at the dramatic before and after pictures, I was a bit skeptical if their cleaning technique could really be this good. The tile and grout in my master bathroom was worn and dirty - to the point that I thought it all needed to be replaced. After calling the company and speaking with Kathy, I decided to give them a try. When James finished the work, I was speechless!! It looked like a brand new bathroom but without the hassle and expense of re-tiling! Kathy, Steve and James were all a pleasure to work with and they truly take pride in what they do. I plan to have them come back to clean the guest bathrooms. Job well done!!

Their pricing was reasonable for the quality of their work. They were higher than some of the others, but their quality of work was good. They were also highly recommended by the company that was doing the tile work in the bathroom. The combination of their recommendation and the way they presented themselves and the referrals that we checked made and we went with them. It was absolutely fabulous and they were a great company and I would definitely use them again. We have been talking about this company at our woman?s group and everyone is dying to see the results.

I had obtained three quotes (two from competing glass and window shops), one from Kevin at D'Sapone. His quote was the the lowest which was important to us as we are on a tight budget to finish the bath remodel. It was a little tough getting hold of Kevin by phone initially, but once I did, all communications were thorough and timely. As it turned out, I'm happy I was persistent on the initial contact. I appreciated the approach for initial quote by sending Kevin images via e-mail of the shower. I had a professional quote within one hour. After comparing the quotes and reviewing D'Sapone website in depth, I gave Kevin the go ahead. He came out as scheduled to take exact measurements. Kevin is a great guy and hard worker as he is a seller doer. Very personable and professional. One week later Kevin delivered the enclosure and installed it the same day. My wife and I are thrilled as he did a fantastic job. It looks and functions beautiful. And Kevin provided us with many very helpful tips and tricks to keep our new enclosure looking new. Overall, we're very pleased with all aspects of this experience with D'Sapone and specifically Kevin. I already have recommended them and would definitely use again.

Atlanta Grout and Tile Care came and did a great job on my bathroom and kitchen floors. They did a complete clean and color seal on both floors with their resin color seal, and provided me with a 5 year warranty on both floors. Steve was very professional and explained the entire process to me when he came to do the estimate. The employees doing the work showed up on time and laid tarps down to protect my carpet and even vacuumed up when they were done leaving me no mess to have to deal with!!! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to have this type of work done, they are a top notch company.

After dealing with a leaking shower enclosure and disgusting mold and mildew around the frame for a few years and having several companies try and repair/reseal my framed enclosure, I found Dsapone. They came out and explained to me why I had a leak in the enclosure and the negative effects of doing a simple reseal on a framed enclosure . They explained the mold that builds under a framed enclosure when it leaks and that cleaning the mold on the outside of the frame and resealing it would be just sealing the mold inside the frame and it was sure to come back as it had after several attempts in the past. I was given two estimates one to remove the framed enclosure clean the complete frame and surface under it then reinstall it correctly, or one to remove the framed enclosure and replace it with a frameless enclosure. I chose to go with the frameless enclosure after discussing it with my husband. Kevin came out and measured the shower with a laser system to get all the correct measurements to order the glass. I was very impressed that he puts covers over his shoes anytime he enters the house from outside. He went over glass patterns and hardware colors with me and had actual samples of them for me to see. When he arrived back to install the new enclosure, they first had to remove the old one. Believe me when I say if you knew the amount of mold under the frame in your shower you would not step foot in there again. It was disgusting the amount that was there and how bad it smelled when he pulled it up. After cleaning all that up he again used his laser to align all the panels and explained to me how important it is for everything to be level. When he finished he cleaned up the area and vacuumed also. I am now very happy to say that I have the most wonderful LEAK & MOLD FREE shower that I have ever seen. We were so impressed with them we referred them to our neighbors who are now having two showers done by them also. I will certainly mention them to anyone I know that needs this type of work.VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY WITH TOP QUALITY WORK AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

In the beginning I thought they were really nice. The job was suppose to take 2 days it took over a week. They cut the marble slab incorrectly. They said it would take a few more days. They apologized for the slab being cut incorrectly by giving me a dinner card. They took out the old shower and installed the marble slab. Measured for total glass enclosed shower. One panel was cut wrong. It had to be recut. I had to call the owner because the door wasn't hung vertical. It was supposed to be water tight, but really they have a 1/8 inch variance on both sides. So they had to caulk. To get the door to close properly they had to remove the door and make new holes. Now on the tile there are extra holes. There is caulk in the holes in the middle of the tile. I have 8 holes where there should have been 4 in the tile. 2 of which are visible. The door is still not correct. In the middle of the job the guy told me he could take all of his things and leave, because I was upset that things weren't going as they said it would. When the installer was finished he walked into the kitchen he said he was done and he wasn't leaving till I paid them in full. They were upset I wanted to pay with a credit card, not cash. For the warranty he handed me two bottles of soap and said if I buy the soap from them my shower would never be dirty. This is the warranty. I have no warranty for entire enclosure. Update: The company never responded to the fact that the door was hung improperly twice. There are now 9 holes instead of 4 holes, compromising the wall. I will now have to retile the entire shower enclosure which will cost $6000.

The tile in this house is from 1968 and I don't think it has ever been properly maintained. Our tile is not square. In one bathroom it is curved out like an inverse hourglass and the other is hexagonal. I had a couple different companies come out to give estimates and was actually going to use another company but when the workers saw our tile, they made an excuse to run to the hardware store and never came back. This actually ended up being a blessing in disguise. I called Atlanta Grout and Tile and they were able to come to my house within a week to do the tile. The whole process took less than a day. James did an incredible job, both bathrooms look almost brand new. They were even considerate enough to keep the doors closed and windows open to minimize the chemicals wafting through the house.

The Shower in my Master Bath was outdated and stained from the previous owners. The company performing the Colorseal and repairs recommended D'Sapone to install a new Frameless Enclosure for the needed update. Kevin was great and worked effortlessly with the other company, he even helped me decide if adding a Glass Bench was right for my needs. When the work was complete, I was left with a gorgeous dream shower! I have already recommended both companies to all of my friends & family!

We decided that the Resin Colorseal Process with a 5yr warranty and a new Frameless Enclosure would fit my budget perfectly. Steve recommended another company for my enclosure and the two companies worked effortlessly together transforming it into an dream shower! The guys from both companies were courteous & professional showing up and completing the work on time. I was given a 5yr warranty with the condition that I use a pre-approved cleaner (Imperia). The cleaner is great and cleans brilliantly without the strong smell of a cleaner, so this was no problem at all...in fact I am using it in all my bathrooms & kitchen! I have already recommended both to all of my friends and family. I posted before & after pictures on my Facebook & No one believes that this is the original tile & grout! Next...the Kitchen!!

This is a family business and I dealt with Mick (the father is Steve). I met Steve at Emory Hospital and admired the work he was doing in the hospital and asked for his card. Mick arrived at my condo at the time and date agreed on and gave me an estimate for the job that we agreed on. He arrived for the job on time and had the work completed in a very satisfactory time. The work was excellent! I am picky and went over everything to find a flaw and could not find one; this does not happen to me very often!

They were very responsive. They stood behind their work and followed up. They did a very good job. We were very pleased with them. Their price was pretty good, and we were really not displeased with it. We will definitely do business with them again.

They are a family run business and they did an awesome job. From scheduling the estimate, doing the estimate and the actual tile work, all went smoothly.

They were incredible. They made my showers look brand new. They put a seal on the tile and it stays on for six years. They came in and put down fabric from the shower to my front door. They took care of my house. They didn't ruin any of my furniture. The smell was quite strong but they did a great job. It wasn't cheap but the work was great.

I found Atlanta Grout and Tile by studying Angie's List. I called them and Kathy answered the phone. She was incredibly caring and understanding about my problem from the start. She assured me that my horrible tile could be made new. She was absolutely right. Steve came out, looked at my homes, and gave me written estimates in very short order. Appointments were made and they were on time. They were very professional during the entire process and the results were magnificient. I was able to rent one of my homes immediately thereafter. If you want a company where their word and a handhake still mean something in Atlanta call Atlanta Grout and Tile Care. For their professionalism, obvious values, workmanship, and superior customer service, I vote them the best.

GREAT ! John's son Mic did the work. He was VERY nice and explained the process that he goes through to clean the tile and grout, to seal both and the calk type used. He somehow kept the odor from tile sealant from being throughout the house. He explained how to clean the floors and shower going forward. GREAT experience.
