I felt to be in great hands working with everyone from DSapone. I was even able to just send in pictures to receive an estimate. When i had questions i was responded to quickly with clear answers. Then the technician or artist as they call themselves was very passionate and took great pride in his work. He said his daily goal is to go over and beyond expectations and he did just that, He is a true artist. I was just amazed at the overall look and experience with the job.

James is a perfectionist and does the quality of work that I expect and appreciate. I took 2 days to complete but he left no stone unturned to do a good job. He made sure the work area was clean and tidy when he finished and made sure we were satisfied before we paid the fist dime. From the time I book the service with Kathy, who is delightful, to the entire quality job by James, we were very satisfied with having selected D'Sapone for our shower project.

During my discussion with the principal last week I was advised ATLANTA Tile and Grout was no longer in the business of building and installing Shower Enclosures and they were unable to fix our enclosure and provide the WARRANTY as outlined in their contract. They offered to send out another individual to attempt to repair the unit but we declined as they advised this individual was in the process of setting up a shower enclosure business. This individual did not have a business license and was uninsured. We advised we would contact a licensed and insured glass company to complete the repairs. We have since had the unit inspected by another Angie's List approved vendor. This vendor identified a number of deficiencies with the unit and installation and were unwilling to complete the repairs We have requested additional information concerning the vendor Atlanta Grout is offering to send out to attempt repair. We have requested the business name, license, insurance and references. We will do the same research on this business as we did on ATLANTA Grout prior to allowing the business to repair.

I have a large white-tiled shower that after about 10 years was showing mold and mildew. I had Atlanta Grout & Tile as well as another company give estimates to clean, seal, etc. Atlanta Grout & Tile came in lower AND they had the best reviews, so I went with them. James, the technician, came out and spent an entire day painstakingly restoring the shower. The results are that it really does look like a new shower. My only concern was that the top of the shower - where the tile meets the painted ceiling - could use some new caulking; that is not included and it's something I'll need to get done separately. Otherwise, the quality is top notch and I highly recommend them.

Everything went great. Looks better than I expected. Wonderful company to work with. Highly recommend.

We had a water leak that effected our tile in our shower. He told us what he was going to do. He was pretty creative with a couple of designs in the shower itself. It added a touch of improvement to the job that wasn't there.

James Sanger did a phenomenal job on my son's tiled shower, and it now looks new again! James was punctual, respectful, and very professional, and it is very obvious that he takes tremendous pride in his work. James spent two full days transforming my son's shower into something that I would be proud to showcase in a magazine. Simply Fantastic. Atlanta Grout and Tile Care did a fantastic job, exceeding my expectations. I'm a picky customer, informed homeowner and this company ranks as one of the best I have contracted with in Atlanta. The person who quoted the job did the work also, and was very professional and helpful. The work is malicious and they left no area untouched. I would absolutely recommend Atlanta Grout and Tile Care, you will not be disappointed. In fact, I was so impressed I called the owner personally to commend their service and delivery. Finally, this company uses an online ordering system which added to ease of doing business, they have their game together.

It took about ten days and the workmanship was excellent. I should have done it years ago. Not real sure of the date.

He was professional and explained the process very well. He kept the area clean while he was working and the job was done on time and within the estimate he gave us. We will use them for our other two showers in a couple of months.

They did a great job. They are very nice. The price was reasonable which was the same price as they charged 5 years ago.

The shower looks like new again and the work has lasted for the past year. It would've been very helpful if the person completing the work would've told us to remove everything from our counter in the bathroom. We only had them work on the shower so I didn't think they needed to go anywhere near our personal items. He used the sink that had our personal items, including our toothbrushes, near it which did not please me at all. There was a separate sink in the bathroom that could've been used. I also don't like being forced to purchase the Valor cleaner before I need it. This company has decided how much you should use over a specific period of time and therefore they decide when you have to purchase more in order to keep your five year warranty in effect. I have unopened bottles but I'm forced to continue to buy more. We're adults and we've paid for the service to be completed in our homes. I should be able to buy it as needed - not forced to purchase on their schedule in order to maintain the warranty. Provide the warranty and products and allow clients to purchase them as needed and honor the warranty.

workmanship was great! we had a slight problem with scheduling - we were told one date and then told we were incorrect and the team would arrive a week later.

Mic was great professional and friendly the work was done in about 4hrs and it looked like a brand new shower. He took the time to explain the whole process and how to maintain it he was even very patient with my new puppy who stood guard over him now and then. The office staff are also the best!!! Friendly and professional

James and Abel did a great job!!! I will highly recommend for any grout repair or cleaning. They also explained how we can prevent damage in the future :)

Estimator was prompt and communicative. This company uses laser levels for all measurements, unlink some other companies I met with. Not sure if it matters much but they seem to be very up to date (also used tablets for estimation). I paid a little more to use this company compared with their competitors, based solely on their professionalism. Glass arrived on-time. Installation was professional and looks great. Only gripe is the lower seal on the door, which simply sticks on, fell off after about a week. I've been too busy to call them and ask about it. Presumably it could be trimmed and siliconed in place.

They did a wonderful job. Out old framed glass door had completely decayed at the connections and fallen out of the remainder of the shower enclosure. The gentleman in charge of the installation came by on appointment. He explained how it would all work, making the recommendation and reasoning for a frameless enclosure. He then took laser measurements. We got a written estimate/quote for the work, including a full description of what was to be installed. At an agreed upon time, he returned with all the necessary materials and equipment. He installed the door in less than a day. He also took away the old shower frame. We are very happy with the new shower enclosure.

Kevin was prompt, courteous, and informed. On the first visit, he used a laser to measure the dimensions of the door. He provided a folder of information about company insurance and information about glass shower enclosures. Because the previous door had shattered at 3am for unknown reasons, Kevin took the time to explain the characteristics of glass. Half of the $500 fee charged [glass only] was paid upon signing the contract, the other half paid upon completion of work. There was a 2-week period between measuring the door and installation. Installation was completed in one hour. During the installation, the cause for the first door shattering was revealed--misaligned hinges on the decking. Kevin properly aligned the hinges before installing the new door. Because I saved the hardware from the previous door, that expense was not incurred. Kevin did replace the rubber fittings and sweepers. He also cleaned the glass in the shower and shared cleaning tips. The door looks great. No one could ever tell this was a replacement.

Kevin came and measured for a frameless glass door for the shower, but when the design came back it was going to be awkward to get in and out, because of the toilet. He offered a less expensive solution that we went with. Great Guy! and we are very pleased with the glass shower doors that are not totally frameless, but close to it.

Only negative comment at all is that I'm going to have to rebuff the shower doors with the stuff they left me because they still had spots on them we think because of another process that was used that splashed on the doors after the doors had been cleaned. This is not a big deal by any means. They just didn't notice it until I pointed it out and at that point, we could not run water in the shower which would have had to have been done to rinse the buffer stuff off. So I will use the method and product they left for me and hope for the best! I am overall extremely pleased with the company, the products used, etc. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their services. Did take awhile to get on their schedule but we were not in a huge hurry.

It went very well. Kathy was so helpful in answering my twenty questions about the different aspects of the job. Kevin did an outstanding job on both enclosures. He takes his time to explain everything in detail. He even places floor covering over your wood floors so not to track in! The pricing is very competitive as well. They were both a pleasure to work with, and I would definitely go with them again. My Shower Doors look great!!!!

They responded to my initial contact, but they would never respond as to when they could come out to give me an estimate. I actually spoke to them twice and each time they said they would get back with a date and time. In retrospect I wonder if the distance to my house and the size of the job caused them to not be interested? I could accept that if they would just tell me. I did not like being "strung along".
