The process worked very well. They are very professional and customer focused. They exceeded our expectations.

Their work was outstanding. They patiently helped me to find the right replacement tile for a fountain whose tile was defectively installed, and they did a very good job in installing the new tile, when received.

It was a pleasure to work with this company. They arrived promptly for both the estimate and the work. They were friendly and professional, and made sure I was pleased with the job before leaving. After the job was complete, they mailed me a handwritten thank you note to thank me for my business. I would recommend them again. They were more expensive than a competitor I contacted, but a lot more professional and more appreciative of my business, so I went with them and I have no regrets. This is a family run, local business that cares about its work and its reputation.

They returned my call promptly and scheduled an appointment. Steve was on time and took the time to answer questions and provide recommendations. They showed up on time to do the work and laid out tarps to protect the floors. The work was excellent and I am very happy with the results. They take pride in their work. I recommend them without hesitation.

We have to share this amazing company with you that is family owned! Steve showed up to do our estimate the exact day as scheduled and on time. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about not only the different types of tile we had, but what our best options were. There were two men who showed up as expected, they first covered our carpet with a canvas to protect it while they were working on the tile. These men went right to work, they were professional, courteous, and literally transformed our grout and tile. Our shower and the floors look brand new! They even went to the extent of telling us how to take care of the grout and tile, leaving a booklet on the "do's" and "don'ts" and offered an extended service plan which we jumped on! Their work is of the highest quality and we give them an A++!!

Atlanta Grout and Tile Care did previous work for us and we called them out again. They cleaned and sealed all of the tile floors in our new condo. The previous homeowners did not take care of the grout and we did not like the color they chose. Atlanta Grout changed the color of the grout to a lighter color and made the floors look brand new. They also brought back the shine to our Travertine floors in the front entry. They are our favorite contractor. We left them in our home while we were at work and they cleaned up after themselves-- you would never know they were there. Great family owned company!

They did an OUTSTANDING job. They were prompt and thorough. The work was done extremely well and they were extremely professional. We are very, very pleased. It looks better than when we first had the two tile areas installed.

Michelle arrived on schedule, and finished the job in just three hours. The tile floor in our bathroom looks new - an AMAZING transformation. Michelle obviously takes great pride in her work. I highly recommend Atlanta Grout and Tile! This is a very efficient and well-run family business.

At first the job looked great, but after a couple of days the grout started coming up. I waited the longer than the recommended amount of time for the grout to cure based on Atlanta Grout and Tile. I had to install new doors which took another couple of weeks plus we were out of town for a week after they completed the work. The grout had plenty of time to cure. When I confronted them they accused me of trying to cheat them. They are nice up front, but if you challenge them they are quite nasty. The photos provided are taken approximately a month after the work was done due to the previously mentioned reasons, but the shower was used for maybe a week before the grout started coming up. I had grout coming up in places I did not have problems before they started. They missed spots. And they did not completely re-grout the entire shower.

Atlanta Grout & Tile knows what customer service, quality workmanship and pride in their work means. From the time you first call and the phone is answered by a very personable and knowledgeable real person (Cathy), you feel you are important and they care about you and what you need; through the estimate and the actual work, you know you called the right people. They were there when they said they would be there and the work looks great. EXCELLENT SERVICE, EXCELLENT WORK! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Excellent. Kathy was superb - from the first call to the finish. The quality of workmanship was excellent. The job was done on time and within the estimate. When completed, the floors, shower and tub surrounds looked better than new construction. I definitely recommend them. We had one small problem which turned out to be unrelated to the work performed by Atlanta Grout and Tile...the seal around the glass on a shower surround needs replacing and a leak developed. When I called to have them check to assess the problem, which I thought was grout related, they responded promptly and sent a service person out to inspect the area. Even though it turned out to be an issue unrelated to their work, they did not charge for a service call. I hope to use them annually to seal the tile and keep its pristine look!

Steve D. provided the estimate. He indicated this was a 1 day, 2 person job. We were hosting a family gathering and coordinated the completion date with Steve. We were surprised when 1 person arrived to perform the work. We were told this was an office mix-up. The work was not completed before our company arrived. The 1 day job took 7 days. We recolored neon-blue 1980's grout to white. Steve assured us 1 coat of color seal would cover the blue. One coat wasn't enough. Steve admitted he made a mistake and applied a 2nd coat of seal at no charge. We had been told by the crew that the company would "work with us" on the price due to the inconvenience, etc. We were unhappy when we got the "run around" from the office, claiming they were "just a small company" who "had to cover costs" & had given us the second coat of seal at no charge (which they should have since it was their error). We were disappointed with the rushed, sloppy finish and the sudden lack of customer empathy.

I used these guys last year to restore the tile (it was in bad shape), seal and stain the grout and repair chips (limepops). They did an excellent job and I had them come back this year to reseal as I have a dog that over the course of a year wears down the sealer. I highly recommend them.

I have almost 700 square feet of 8'' ceramic tile in my kitchen and den. They split the work into 2 days. They were very professional and arrived exactly when they said they would. I am more than pleased with the result. I will definitely be calling them again to renew the grout in my bathrooms.

Steve Dault and his son were very personable and professional. They did a wonderful job on the ceramic kitchen floor. It looks brand new. Using their grouting, coloring, and sealing process saved the cost and effort of installing a new floor.

Very impressive! This was a great alternative to trying to regrout or replace the floor - with the color seal we couldn't tell where the old grout met the new, truly looked like a new floor. The service was top notch, fast and quality work.

Finally! After years of scrubbing (with a tooth brush and everything else) on my grout and tile I found the perfect company! Atlanta Grout and Tile Care made my shower and kitchen floor look BRAND NEW!! It is so nice to take a shower in a clean shower now and to walk on a nice clean kitchen floor without any stains! They are a FAMILY OWNED and OPERATED company so it was really nice to do business with them. They came in and were very respectful of my home when they did the estimate and the job. You don't find customer service anymore like we received from them. I would highly recommend them and use them again - it was definitely worth the price!
