Description of Work: This is the third house that I have used their product for. This is the first time I am underwhelmed by the quality. I did the entire house and on several of the windows, the slats don't close properly. I spoke to Castleberry about having some adjustments but never heard back. The lead time was also very long (10 weeks+).

Description of Work: I ordered shutters for our newly updated kitchen on June 22 after Castleberry was highly recommended by a friend and then checked out on Angie's List. I used a coupon from Angie's and got a nice discount on the shutters. Tim came to the house the day after I called and took measurements, gave me an estimate and discount. He told me it would take about six weeks for the shutters to be made. They arrived in six weeks and were installed by a very personable man and his son. The work was done quickly and very neatly and I couldn't be happier with the results. They totally finish off the kitchen and keep the late afternoon sun from blinding me when I am preparing dinner. I would highly recommend Castleberry Shutters to anyone. They are truly professional and excellent craftsmen.
