We have used them for nearly seven years. They always do good work, call ahead to confirm appointments, and they arrive on time.

Bug Busters is great at what it does, is very reliable, and it can be trusted to do thorough work.

Ultimately, we cancelled their service as their treatment failed to remove the spiders from the house. They also made it difficult to cancel the contract.

I have been using Bug Busters for quite some time, and I would highly recommend them. They are always professional, courteous, and do the work quickly.

Everything always goes well. They are reliable, phone ahead to confirm appointments, and we haven't had any termite issues. My only concern is that the technicians sometimes leave used cups from the perimeter system lying around the yard.

They are always courteous, timely, and competent.

It took a while for them to figure out that they need call ahead of time to make sure I could get the dogs inside before they came, but other than that everything is fine.

They show up on time and we haven’t had any mosquitos.

I've been using them for eight years. They've done real good. They get A's all across the board.

They do an annual service on all of our units and then they come back to the ones every month where they have seen bugs. They do come back every month but they don’t service all of them. I have 53 units and it is approximately $ 1100 for the year and that includes the monthly service also. We are very pleased with the service. We have had very good results. It’s a bait method and there is no shine, no spray. It definitely works. They are a very good company. We would use them again in the future.

They are absolutely fabulous. The bugs are gone - there are no more mosquitoes or anything. Our neighbors and a lot of people we know use them too. John, who comes to our home, is the best. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

They were professional and clean. They rendered the service correctly. Their price was good. They charged $40 a month.

I applaud the company for its quick turn around in providing service and the tech, Scott, is friendly, professional, and a great communicator. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the administrative support. The company made several attempts to forward me the service agreement (the 1st by fax was illegible and I never received the additional 2 attempts through email). My credit card information was misplaced and I was asked again to provide the information so the service could be billed. I also asked the company to set up a termite time with the tech Scott. The message was not relayed so I called him directly to set up the appointment. I called again, today, on August 10, 2010 to request a copy of my invoice. Since I have yet to receive a service agreement, I will not be contacting them again. Sadly, I would love to do business with Scott the tech again, but since the admin support is not adequate, I guess I'll seek a new company.

They did an affordable job and a good job.

So far we have been happy with Bug Busters. They showed up on time. They were here to do what they needed to, they did it and left. They were nice to talk to and seemed into what they were doing.

I was very pleased with them as they got rid of all of my bugs. They came back out to double check everything and followed up on what they did. I was glad that everything was gone. The workers were really nice as well.

They send out a quarterly post card. My initial service was very detailed (in and outside my home) even cleared out cob webs in the carport. Each quarter they will do the outside perimeter protection which is working just fine. My tech left a detailed invoice once completed.

THEY HAD TO BORE HOLES IN FRONT OF THE SIDE DOOR OF THE GARAGE. THEY DIDN'T BORE THE HOLES IN FRONT OF THE SIDE DOOR OF THE GARAGE AS PROMISED AND SPECIFIED IN THE CONTRACT. THEY MOVED THE WASHER & DRYER FROM THE WALL, THEY DAMAGED THE DRYER VENT HOSE AND SAID THEY WOULD PATCH IT WHEN IT NEEDS REPLACED DUE TO IT BEING PLASTIC. THE PART IS ONLY $9.95. THEY USE COPPER FOR THOSE PARTS NOW. THEY DID NOTHING AND LEFT. THE WASHER & DRYER ARE STILL MOVED AWAY FROM THE WALL. THE HOSE IS STILL PUNCTURED. I AM 82 YEARS OLD AND I HAVE TO STAND AND HOLD MY WASHING MACHINE WHEN IT GOES INTO A SPIN CYCLE OR I'M AFRAID IT MIGHT LOOSEN OR DAMAGE SOME OF THE PARTS. HE WAS VERY RUDE.
