Normal, uneventful mosquito spraying.

Everything went well with this service. They sprayed twice for mosquitos. I was happy with how everything ended up.

Inspector came by professional and courteous, but poorly trained. He said I had evidence of bats, but none present. I called another company and they came by and took pictures to show me there were 35 living in between my attic screen and vent.

It went quite well and it only took about 15 minutes for each visit. They were courteous. they took time to explain the service to us on their first visit, so we knew what they were doing and how the material they were spraying was to work. All in all, they were very professional.

The provider worked with us to re-schedule service (several times) around inclement weather. When we were finally able to get them to come out, they were quick, courteous, and professional.

The Bug Buster's personnel were punctual, professional and friendly. Unfortunately, after having them spray our yard for mosquitoes there was no noticeable decline in the population. My wife and son were still unable to play in the yard without receiving several bites unless they sprayed spraying themselves with repellant. The price of the Big Deal was excellent, unfortunately the results were unnoticeable.

Came for first treatment in July and afterwards there were no mosquitoes. Came back in August and no mosquitoes. I call that a success and for the first time in years I can get out in my yard in the summer without being attacked by tiny insects.

The guy did not cover the entire yard and seemed to be in a hurry. We had mosquitos the next day-not effective at all. We used a competitor in the past and the treatment would last for a month (no mosquitos). And then they called for a follow-up survey and when I rated them low-they never asked why. So I asked if they wanted to know and the caller said "if you want to tell me". Wow. I could not have felt less important.

Very well! No problems at all. I just don't see the value of spraying for a insect that flies in your yard to bite you. True, the spray will kill the bugs it hits, and the ones that land on the residual spray, but a bug that flies in well, it will still bite. I purchased the big deal coupon for this service and it was really good. They were just very professional.

They didn't show up or call for the first appointment. They didn't show up the second time due to weather with no phone call. The third time a technician had a death in the family and we never received a phone call. I cancelled the Big Deal after the third no show. They said their service was unacceptable and offered to give me a complimentary mosquito treatment. They didn't show up or call for the fourth appointment either. They do have a woman named Renee answering the phone who is awesome. She continually went out of her way to try to help me.

They called me within two days of the purchase. They asked when was the best time to come out. I said any time. As long as they gave me a day ahead of time. Each time they called to come to the house it was always on an hours notice. The third time they tried this I finally said, "go ahead and do it". It took 5 minutes to spray the yard and 10 minutes for them to talk to my wife about the other services they offer.

He used to Angie's list coupon for the first spray. We are now using them or seasonal spring to October. So far so good.

I have used Bug Busters for a couple years now for monthly pest control maintenance. To be honest I did have some problems with different people coming out every month and a couple times I would notice there were granules of insecticide all over the place and my house would be left a mess after certain people had been there. But here and there this wouldnt be the case with one gentleman specifically. I did call the company and told them I absolutely did not want anyone else coming to my home except for Keith. He actually appeared to care about the job he did and no so sure about the others I had experiences with performing monthly services. Ever since I have had no issues for at least 1 year. The company did honor my request but I'm leaving my ratings below solely on Keith who I have directly worked with not the company. He seems to be qualified and does a great job as far as the others not so sure.

The service has been good. They’ve been prompt and professional. Their pricing might be a little high, but I feel like I get what I pay for.

We’ve used them for about ten years now, and we’ve been quite satisfied. We’ve had the same technician for several years and he’s been very responsive! They’ve done an excellent job.

The services have gone very well! They’re friendly, professional, and know what they’re doing. We have no complaints.

The first treatment went great! Very knowledgable and professional! Great experience! The second treatment was not scheduled until I call them. Then I had to reschedule it for personal reasons. The day it was rescheduled for they didn't show up and when I called they said that the work order was messed up so they would have to reschedule again. This treatment requires you to pull all bedding off the beds and wash it, also to vacuum carpets and furniture and scrub down all floors. So I had to do this all over again 3 days later to get the maximum results. The day it was rescheduled for again the tech was super late and I had to reschedule a doctors appointment. So glad it was finally finished and it seems to have worked wonderfully!!

Bug Busters offered a competitve price for a quarterly pest control service. Very comperable with other competitors inmy area. I was swayed to go with them in the fact that they offered a referral credit to the person who recommended them to me, and I checked them out on Angie's List and they were good. The technitian even came out a second time after I called and said we were still seeing a lot of spiders in the new home we bought. He was promt to come out the very next business day for no charge. And said that any service calls for bug sitings would be of no charge until my quarterly service and payment. I would recommend this company.

It was not a good experience. The technician was very unprofessional, and I felt uncomfortable in his presence. We stopped using the pest control service due to this issue. However, we continue to use their termite service which is going quite well.

Everything is going well, and the treatment is proving to be effective.
