Air Duct Pro

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. I was happy with the service but I had a lot of trouble getting him to respond and getting it scheduled. I had to call into Angie's List and complain, I was almost at the point of going with a different provider and he finally called me and we got it scheduled. He did a good job, I was happy with the work. It was just difficult getting him to respond and schedule the work.

It was very successful! They did dryer vent and air duct cleaning. We didn’t do the a/c tune up. They completed the job in a couple hours. Scheduling the Big Deal was very easy.

10/24 - Purchase of HVAC cleaning service. 11/2 - emailed to find out when Rapid Response service was going to be scheduled. 11/4 - Clean Air Pros responded that they would call. 11/20 - email and voicemail follow up to find out what was going on with service. 11/21 - second voicemail with no response.

Cleaned put all 4 units and air vent with a sanitizing solution. They even cleaned out filters so I would not need to replace for 90 days.. Overall did a great quality job

I contacted the business in June explaining that my Big Deal expired in June. I was told that it was best to wait until the fall to clean the chimney and that he would honor the Big Deal I had purchased even though it would have expired. My husband and I have made numerous attempts to contact this provide. I called today explaining that it is getting cold and I would like to use my fire place. The provider has not returned any of my calls.

I had an appointment scheduled with them in Mid October and they did not show up but let me know before hand they would not be able to keep appointment. But ever since I have not been able to get them to return my phone calls to schedule a new appointment.

It took a long time to get ahold of him and he could not come out on the dates I requested. It made me mad by continuing to advertise the deal when he couldn't honor ours. He refuses to respond at all. It seems like he had no intention of doing the job.

It has not been a good experience. I never heard from them. I received a call and scheduled a time to come out. They never showed even after I took time off work for them to come out. I never heard back from him to reschedule. I have sent multiple emails with no response. His last response was to contact Angie’s List to get a refund for the Deal.

They did NOTHING!! I purchased this "deal" on Sept. 27th. From that time forward I spoke with Scott a/k/a Clean Air Pros numerous times to schedule the appointment. The schedule day was changed twice. On the 3rd re-scheduled appointment, he did not show up and when I contacted him, he said some lady was suppose to contact me and re-schedule, but she did not. During that call, Scott rescheduled me, again, for 10-30-13 at noon. Scott never showed up on 10-30 nor did he call me to advise he was not coming or to reschedule, again. I waited until 4pm before attempting to reach him; he did not answer. I have left numerous voicemails since that date, all of which have NOT been answered. On 11-1, I spoke with Angie's List; they confirmed that they would contact Clean Air Pros on my behalf to resolve the matter but nothing has happened. I, too, have continued to leave voicemails for Scott but stopped trying after 11-5 as it is obvious he does not want my business. I will be requesting a refund from Angie's List. MY MISTAKE - not researching reviews of Clean Air Pros prior to snagging this alleged, big "deal". Stay away from this business!

Cannot get them to return my calls. The gentleman told me to call back in the fall to get my chimney cleaned. His mailbox is full. Depressing.

Vendor basically ignored my repeated attempts to schedule an appointment for the service.

It was overall a very disappointing experience. The guy didn't show up when he said he would and when he finally did show up he made it sound like he was fitting me into his schedule when really I was the only one he had. He sounded very professional on the phone and granted did do a good job cleaning the metal vents and cleaning up after themselves, but all the job did was to stir up the dirt that was already in the ducts without getting any of it out. They sprayed the sanitizer through and it did not smell very good. My house actually smelled worse when they were done and here we are a year later still coughing from dirty air ducts and wondering who to call. When the job was done the air conditioner no longer worked. It had been working fine before they did the work and they denied they had anything to do with it being broken. I had to pay $60 to have the heat/air guys come and reattach a hose that had been disconnected. So yes the price was good but definitely not worth it. I could have cleaned the metal vents myself and save $240.

I had to call twice before this company even returned my call to schedule the appointment. I scheduled weeks in advance. They didn't show up and I haven't heard anything from them even after Angie's List sent a note (I tried to call but voice mailbox was full). After reading the recent reviews on Angie's List and my experience, I called Angie's List and requested a refund.

They never returned my call.

They never called me initially. I've called 3 times and they never called me back.

I purchased this deal on one of the "Big Deals" read the reviews and the downside seemed to be the lack of contact. On the original sale I put the dates that would be convenient. He did acknowledge it, but said he was booking into the next month (October). I asked for him to contact me if there were any cancellations. On 10/24, I emailed Scott and asked him what was convenient. No response. On 10/28, I called and he picked up but was on the other line with an interpreter and a customer and would call me back. I asked if he had "captured" my number and he said yes. On 11/5, I called and left a voice mail. It went straight to his voice mail. On 11/6, I sent him an email via Angie's List, but I had already contacted you about a refund. He did respond to the Angie's List email, BUT wanted me to call him to make sure he had the right number and he would explain. I feel that Scott should have got my number off the email I sent him. Off the phone call when he was on the line with the interpreter. As well as, the voice mail I left him this week. I should not have to call him, now I just want to start new and find another provider.

Called three days in a row to make appt. Calls were never returned. Asking for refund from Angie's List.

I called Scott in July for an appointment and was often faced with his voice mailbox being full. After several attempts by email and phone, I finally reached him. He asked that I call again in the fall since this was a chimney sweeping job (?). So I delayed again until October, at which time I called and set up an appointment for the end of the month. He called me at the scheduled time and asked for a reschedule due to rain. We rescheduled for the next day, and he did not show up. When I called, he said he remembered rescheduling but that he had forgotten due to some medication following a car accident the previous week. I took pity on him and rescheduled for later in the week. He showed up for this appointment and, after I confirmed that he was indeed alert and healthy, immediately began to check my furnace, assuming this was a ductwork cleaning I had requested. Once we got that cleared up, He surveyed my chimney, and noticing that it was a brick chimney, stated that the equipment for that job was in the truck he had wrecked the previous week. He offered to do the job with his available equipment and I told him I thought we should reschedule. He left without writing down the appointment time and I made sure verbally that I repeated the date and time several times as he headed out the door. Yesterday, I called to confirm the appointment time and left my information on his voicemail. This morning, he failed to show up for the 9am appointment. I called at 9:05 to leave a message saying that I assumed he was caught in traffic. It is 9:40 and I have not heard a word from this guy. This man is so unreliable, I would not hire him to do something for my enemy. He clearly has no incentive to work.

The provider called more than a month after I paid for the Big Deal. We set up the service for Oct 31. I was told the owner would call me the following day to go through the process with me. On Sept 27 I reached out to Angie's list because I had not had any further contact from the owner. I wanted to make sure they were still in business. Scott Fountain from Clean Air Pros called me Tuesday Sept 28 and told me the "new girl" in the office had failed to mark me on his calendar. He could not make it on Oct 31, but could be here Monday Nov 4th in the afternoon. He failed to call. He failed to show up. This company is disreputable and irresponsible. I am very disappointed that I trusted a company and was let down. Twice. Angie's list should not offer this company's services.

Very well, I didn't even know where the duct went out. He found it in a celing, it had a hard corner and had never been cleaned out. My new very expensive dryer was not working. After an hour, it now works like a dream. Scott was very knowledgeable and cool.

Very disappointed. Do not use this company.

The services was purchased on 8/14. Clean Air Pros contacted me on 8/22 to schedule the service. The service was scheduled 3 weeks later. Clean Air Pros never showed up for the appointment nor did they call. I called them to see what happened and was informed that they ran over with another appointment. We rescheduled for another date. Again Clean Air Pros never showed up. I tried calling several times to have the service delivered. Each time I called I only got voice mail. No one has ever called me back.

Nothing. Never contacted me back. Angie's switch me to another vendor deal

Service was great and provider and employees were personable and professional. We were very happy with the work that was done and would definitely use them in the future. They did a very thorough job of cleaning the vent covers and the vents themselves, as well as the dryer vent, and the smelled great when they were done. Our only issue was that one of the employees made some dents and scratches in our wall with his ladder, which we didn't realize until they were gone. We appreciated the approach of this company in that they were very honest with us and said our vents all looked very good even before the cleaning, so we didn't need to have things done annually. I appreciate an honest provider who does not try to "up-sell" customers! Recommend them very, very highly.
