Air Duct Pro

Scott did an excellent job. He was very professional and even made recommendations on how to improve the quality of air in our home, in addition he took his time and the pricing was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is looking for air duct cleaning.

They were punctual, came out and showed me a video of supposedly my air ducts "before and after", however I didn't realize that they cleaned and showed only the very beginning of air ducts. As I found out later using another company, they didn't even have proper equipment to get even to the middle of the vents - they just vacuumed the very beginning part of the air ducts, and showed me pictures of those areas only. Overall, my money was WASTED!

Service could not be arranged, a refund was asked for and received. Writing review to get Angies List to Cease asking me for a review.

ADP Never Responded -and never did the work. Sorry for my previous review - I ended up having to use a different company to do the duct cleaning work. Air Ducts Pro gets an F review from me.

They called and told me that they were so busy and it would be a while. They were supposed to call me back to schedule but I never heard anything back from. I waited six months and got a refund from Angie's List.

They were very thorough and you do not get the feeling that they were just pretending to clean. They actually cleaned. My interaction with them was very good and the work they did turned out really well.

They were alright. I was expecting a filtration pull out and they just stuck a hose up and knocked everything loose and sucked it with a regular vacuum cleaner. They were in and out not too long and they cleaned up after themselves. They were okay. There was nothing more that I could ask for that price. They did not offer or asked for anything more than the Big Deal price.

Very professional! No mess and did any excellent job

He was very good. We didn't end up doing the service because he wasn't able to do the service because we had so many people, pets, and furniture stacked/living all over my home. It wasn't his fault. He understood my situation and he was very sympathetic.

They did it very quickly I did not have t wait the long time and they were on schedule. They did clean up after them selves.

We needed to reschedule the original appointment which was 't a problem. Two men arrived on time and they completed the job in a timely matter. Both were very professional. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone who wants a quality job done.

This provider never answered my calls to schedule the service and after a period of time I forgot about them, then the voucher expired and finally AirDuctPro stay in the penalty box so long I requested a refund.

The owner seemed very nice, but there were always scheduling issues. He called on two occasions to reschedule and I had to call on another, it just never worked out. I can't rate my experience because I never got the opportunity to work with him.

I couldn't establish communication with the service provider. No work was ever performed.

Not use this provider in the future: We mostly likely needed a more detailed cleaning than we got from Air Duct Pro. Our recent house remodeling did make our vents and returns especially dirty. We have used other providers over the years, and I know that many of the others do a better job of cleaning the entire system. We have allergies and symptoms of allergies that duct cleaning does improve. Cost of Service: We had paid for this service, but since that time, I have forgotten the amount we did pay

Didn't show up on scheduled day. Rescheduled. No show. Rescheduled. No show. Got refund.

They were good. They were prompt and very professional.

Scott's voice mail is always full. Finally reached him and scheduled. He had to change the appt. because he over booked. Couldn't get him to return my call. Work never got done. Not a good representation of trustworthy and reliable.

It was ok. They were on time and responsive. It was a very good price. I was pleased.

We discussed the service and determined it was not appropriate for me.

We did get a date scheduled after several months of calling to get this set up, but I had to cancel because of an emergency at work. I gave him at least 6 hours notice. I called back again to reschedule and he said he had no record of a purchase and he was busy. He blew me off. I tried emailing him, but got no response.

When contacted in late winter/ early spring 2013, the provider said he was swamped by all the responses he had received from the Angie's List ad and asked if he could put me first on his list when fall started. I agreed, but when fall came around and I contacted him, I could not get a response, by email or phone. I eventually spoke to him in November and he said he would be able to perform the chimney service I had signed up for in a couple of days. But he never called to confirm his appointment or give a reason for any delay. I sent numerous emails and made several phone calls afterwards, but never received any response.

It turned out good. I never heard back from them for a very long time, I guess they were busy, but I followed up and I finally reached them and they came out. Based on the size of the house, it was a good bit more than what they had said. It's a big house so that wasn't a problem and they did a great job.

I've contacted them several times since I purchased the big deal - both by email and phone. Even though the big deal had expired, I left a message, offering to pay for it at cost. I have yet to hear back from them.
