Description of Work: OUTSTANDING! The crew came in and cleaned my vent covers and put them back on correctly as they were installed incorrectly. They also cleaned all the vents. They were quick and cleaned as they went if dust from the vents came out. Highly recommend this company

Description of Work: This was supposed to be for complete system air duct cleaning with unlimited vents. They did not show up and the service was not good at all.

Description of Work: I called and email several times. My calls where never returned. I appreciate this business for having excellent reviews but they need to fix their ability to return calls and schedule work. Or automate it via their website similar to ZeroRez and send confirmation via email or automated calls. There is a lot they can do to fix this.

Description of Work: When I first reached Clean Air Pros we scheduled a time for them to come to my house and when I called the day before to confirm the time, they said that they didn't have me on the schedule and would give me some alternate times. I never heard back so I followed up several times, but never received a response. The last contact I had with him was in November

Description of Work: The overall service was good. He knew exactly what the problem appeared to be and corrected it. My only disappointment was in trying to get a receipt via email in a timely manner. It took about a week, I do understand there are always circumstances involved, but email is one of the fastest ways to provide service. I would use this company again.

Description of Work: Scheduled an appointment but they cancelled due to truck problems. Rescheduled the service but they never came and never called to tell us they weren't coming. Followed up with phone call and voicemail but never heard back from them.

Description of Work: We were scheduled for Tuesday 5th March, however, no one showed up, nor did they call. When I tried to call Scott, I got a full mail box and couldn't leave a message. I emailed him and was promised a follow up phone call the next morning. It never Happened. Not only is that rude, but very poor business practice,not at all professional,and not worth wasting any more time over.

Description of Work: Was suppsoe to be chimmney and dryer duct cleaning, but the vendor missed the appt by so much I had to call and cancel and he came by anyway, left a card and I never heard from him again.

Description of Work: Duct cleaning was performed according to the agreement with Angie's List. However, the amount paid through Angie's List was claimed to be in error by the duct cleaners. They made us pay an additional $69 before cleaning the ducts. What happened?

Description of Work: We had the ducts and dryer vent in our home cleaned out. Scott was very professional and a pleasure to have in our home. They did excellent work and I will definitely call upon them again in the future. GREAT JOB ALL THE WAY!!!

Description of Work: I purchased this deal on Dec 14, called the next day and left a message and never heard back. I called once a month for the next couple months, but never had a call returned.

Description of Work: Scott and his partner were thorough, professional, and impressively good at what they did. They know the business, do it very well, and clean up after them. As important, they are very nice and pleasant, and they go the extra mile, doing things -- like cleaning off spider webs, that were not part of the agreement. I would recommend them highly to anyone.

Description of Work: I placed the order on Dec.1 and waited very patiently for Clean Air Pros to return my calls. They finally returned my call in mid-January only to schedule an appointment on Feb. 8th and no-call/no-show. I've been trying to reach them since, but none of my calls have been returned and it's time to part ways. Unfortunately, my overall was very unpleasant. I would not recommend Clean Air Pros to anyone else.

Description of Work: Same day as paid for order I emailed provider with details of order and specified a request for service with multiple dates and time options - all during regular business hours and weekdays. Several days passed with no response. Another email and a phone call were sent. Phone went to VM. Other followups were made to no avail. I suggested email as best contact option since phone was not working. We never made contact to agree on service date or time.

Description of Work: They came to clean the lent air duct coming out of our clothes dryer and did an excellent job in about 30 minutes. They were very professional and reconnected our external hose which had become unconnected.

Description of Work: I contacted Scott before i left for 10 days in London on business. I wanted him to do the work while I was gone or on my return but the expiration was days after my return. I kept getting his voicemail. I left my number and my roommate's number with explanation to call her while I was out of the country. He never called her. I called him on my return again getting voicemail. He left me a message to call him back which I did immediately; again it went to voicemail. Now I haven't heard back for over 2 weeks. I don't have time to play phone tag especially when I call back right away and he's already not available.

Description of Work: There were a few issues with scheduling, but once that was settled everything was fine. The job was done to my satisfaction, and Scott provided some information about heating and air conditioning that I was not aware of. I think the scheduling problems they have had are due to unanticipated demand from specials offered on Angies list.

Description of Work: I spoke with Scott on Monday who said he could come to my house that afternoon. Said he would call 30 minutes prior to arrival but I've never heard from him. I work over an hour from home so I had to leave work early to be within 30 minutes of my home for his call. I called on Tuesday and left a message asking that he call me to re-schedule but he has not returned my call. I purchased this as one of the Big Deals.

Description of Work: I booked an appointment for Air duct cleaning. They were very punctual. I received a courtesy call prior to the appointment. I asked about cleaning my furnace and he said it would be an additional $100 which I agreed to. Later he came back and said that he will only charge me $75 because the unit was very easy to clean and I am very great full for that. I would def recommend them the everyone. Thank You! I will use them again when I buy my new house.

Description of Work: We bought a deal for a full house system clean through Angie's List from this company at the end of November. It took four or five calls to this company to even get a first call back. When we finally got a call back in mid-December the caller was rude and told us there was no way they could possibly get to us until after the first of the year. Further, despite there not being any restrictions listed on the deal, we were told that the cost referred only to one HVAC unit -- and not two. We were told that we would have to pay more or to buy another deal from Angie's list (which was not an option because the deal had ended three weeks before they called us). During the whole call, the guy from this company was complaining that he wasn't making any money on the deal but that Angie sure was getting their cut. Basically, this company did nothing for us. UPDATE: Oddly, the vendor seems to think that it was a rude man -- apparently me -- who contacted them to perform the work. To the contrary -- my wife handled this entire transaction, and it appears that this contractor is now calling her very rude. Classy, guys. It certainly sounds like you think we are some other upset customer. Get your facts straight before you start throwing stones and attacking the customer. In addition, the contractor has not addressed the issue regarding the fact that it took FOUR OR FIVE calls to even get a call back from them. Once we did get a call back, all we heard from Zach were not explanations, but excuses: "we're just a small company", "we don't have time to fit you in until at least after the first of the year", "too bad you bought this deal for just one unit being cleaned -- tough luck", etc. There was no offer of a lower price on the second furnace either -- as I said before, my wife was told, "well, you need to buy another Angie's List deal." The idea that we told this contractor that we declined to schedule and that we would get back to them is ridiculous as well -- the service was scheduled, but after the treatment we received from this company we decided to cancel it. After all, if the company representative continually complains about how they are not making money on the deal to clean the vents, I have to assume that these guys are going to try to find a way to make their money somewhere else on this job. There is no way I would let these people near my house at this point -- why would I accept an offer to honor the coupon price when you attack me as being rude, angry, and short with you? I'll take my refund from Angie's List and engage a company that doesn't complain about the fact that they have to work.
