Description of Work: After I signed up for the big deal,I tried to phone Clean Air Pros,received a recorded answer, so I left a message. We played phone tag for a couple of days and he finally got in touch with me. I described our air system to him and he indicated he probably would not be able to clean our system and dryer vent for the $199.00 price. We talked about it for a short time, and I finally said I was no longer interested. The person I talked with was very polite and willing to help,but our system would not fit the $199.00 price!

Description of Work: Never heard from the provide until a week after the Deal Purchase. He left a message to call him. I called him back twice, on the second attempt he picks up phone and is confused about who I am. He says he has a lot of call to return. He ask me about the job and where I live. He then says that he does not have his appointment book since he is driving and would call back in 30 minutes. Never heard from him again. I have left 3 other messages since my last contact with Scott 20 hrs ago

Description of Work: We purchased a Big Deal from this company for professional dryer vent cleaning back in October of 2012. We were happy with the results.

Description of Work: on April 9th I purchased the deal for $199. Coupon code AirDucts-640287-1, order number 640287. I spoke with Scott and scheduled an appointment for May 20th. He was unable to make it due to an illness (he called) and stated he would contact me to reschedule. Late June I had heard nothing so I contacted him. We set a tentative date and I told him I would email him to confirm Monday August 5th. I did not hear back from him until I called him last Tuesday (July 30th), and also received a confirmation email from him that day (it was already sent that day before I called him). He told me he would be here August 5th, at noon. He did not show, nor did he call to let me know that he would not make it, and I have not heard from him today (aug 6th) either. I would prefer to be refunded the $199 for the coupon I purchased, and do not wish to reschedule again.

Description of Work: Called and talked to Scott, we agreed on 5/25/13. he called on 5/24/13 to say he was going out of town. We rescheduled for 7/12/13 and Scott never called to confirm the day before, so I called him. He said he had another appointment across town and would have to figure it out and call me back. He never called, so I left several messages. No response, no call, no show. I have tried every day since, but no response. This was very frustrating,and it cost me a day at work, and a lot of my time and effort, for nothing.

Description of Work: I can't provide a more granular review, because I never received a return phone call from the vendor. I called on the day of my BuyNow purchase at 11am and 4pm, leaving voicemails both times. To date (ten days later) I have not received a response. Today I have canceled the BuyNow order for refund.

Description of Work: I called All Pro immediately after I knew the coupon had gone through and left my name and phone number. I told Scott that I had just gotten over pneumonia, bronchitis and now have asthma and desperately needed my air vents cleaned out as soon as possible and to please call me so we could set up an appointment. I waited 8 days and never heard back from him so I had to cancel the coupon and get my money back. Very unprofessional. I would advise against using this company.

I've had to take two vacation days off of work since the service can only be performed Monday - Friday, and I am not willing to use another vacation day.

He finally returned my call and we ageed on a date which was mutually satisfactual . Then he just seemed to disapear, giving me no excuse. My phone calls remain unreturned.Today is one mont h latter and I've yet to hear anything. Worse of all American Express is holding 223 of my money.

Description of Work: Scott at Clean Air Pros has become completely unresponsive to my requests to schedule the service I purchased with Angie's Big Deal. He originally scheduled the service for 5/22, but then cancelled the day of the service because he was unable to get the certificate of insurance from his agent that is required by my condo board to work in my building. This is after I gave him notice of this requirement more than a week before the scheduled appointment. After Scott cancelled on 5/22 I have emailed him 4 times over the last 2 weeks offering dates to reschedule the appointment, but he has not responded to any of my emails. This has been a terrible experience and at this point I have no desire to contract for any work with this service provider. I would appreciate a full refund of the big deal purchase price.

I went to their website www.cleanairpros.com to send a request for scheduling the service. I waited for 2 days, haven't heard anything about them. I called their phone number (770) 364-3918 no one answered my call so I left a message for Scott Fountain. I waited for 3 days. I didn't hear anything or anyone call me back.

Description of Work: $140.00 Charges extra for additional unit. Replaced vent covers incorrectly air blown into Room instead of towards window, also forgot to replace one vent cover.

After the last time that they did not show up on the scheduled day I decided to give up. Got tired of wasting my day waiting for them.
