Description of Work: The contractor never provided the service. Failed to return e-mails or phone calls. He never allowed us to schedule an appointment.

Description of Work: I Lost out on $199.00 because of this service. We were scheduled and he canceled, we were scheduled again and I waited 15 minutes then left. My attempts to contact Scott have since failed to bring any results in re-scheduling.

Description of Work: I have called and emailed the contact person for Clean Air Pros multiple times, trying to get on the schedule. He scheduled me for one date, never showed up, and told me when he finally did email me that he had gone to do another job and had not taken my phone number with him, so he couldn't call me to let me know that he was running late. But I called him multiple times--presumably on his cell--so all he had to do was check his messages to get my number. Very unprofessional. Even after someone from the Angie's List customer service dept. intervened on my behalf, Clean Air Pros failed to put me on the schedule.

Description of Work: I first contacted the provider 1 week after purchasing this. I called and left 2 messages. I never heard from him. I then called back about a month later (we were travelling and weren't home) and finally got someone on the phone. He asked when I wanted to do it and I told him I would be out of town the next week but when would be best for him the week after. He said he would be in my area on the 25th of September. So we set the appointment at 1:00pm that afternoon. We had everything ready for him (furniture away from under vents, etc...) to clean the vents. 15 minutes before he was suppose to be there we got a call from his office stating he would not be able to make it and we would have to re-schedule. I am fed up with this provider. I will be asking Angie'slist for a refund from this provider.
