Scheduled services for 4PM. At 5:45 was told that they had over scheduled for that day and that I would have to reschedule. Following day, rescheduled for one week later at 12PM. At 4 PM, I called to find out if/when they planned to show. No response. Two appointments - two wasted afternoons.

All staff were nice and professional. They changed my appt a couple of times because of changes in their schedule but ended up performing services earlier than originally scheduled. They cleaned out the vents, the AC air filter and inside the unit. They also put sanitizer in the system, cleaned all the vent covers and put them back securely. The service itself is pretty noisy but they worked quickly and there was no mess from it. Any furniture that was moved was put back in place. I was very pleased with this service.

I realize that this is a small business; however, they need a better system of tracking their appointments. They are unprofessional and need to get someone to assist them wtih scheduling. Most people do not have the time to stop what they are doing because there schedules are not aligning as they initially stated. They need to be more realistic with their time and not think that I should be put out and constantly change my schedule to accomadate theirs. I would recommend using someone else. They were very apologetic but that did not help me since I was trying to get things done before my baby arrives. I realize that they will respond to this review and give there sob story and state that I should have been more understanding. Anyone reading this should realize that while they do have the best price, do you have a week to wait around for them to get to you.

Everything went smoothly. I purchased the Big Deal and called to schedule an appointment. He came out within a week and did a thorough job cleaning the duct work and furnace in both systems. He showed us how bad the furnaces were before he cleaned them so we could see how much he was getting out. He and his crew were very professional and took great care not to damage the freshly-painted walls or the hardwood floors, which had just been refinished. I was very pleased with the work overall, and didn't feel like I got scammed like I did the last time I hired someone to clean our ducts many years ago in a previous home.

They were early which was great! We have a large house with many ducts and 4 HVAC units. They were here when I got here. My husband let them in. Scott explained everything that they were doing. When Scott and crew left everything was clean and they left no mess! I was very pleased with the service......I inspected many of the air vents and there was a big difference in the way they looked before and after. The vents were truly spotless!

Scott came out to our home and cleaned out our air vents and dryer vents. He was very knowledgeable and very nice. We plan to continue to do business with him in the future!

Scott and Zach arrived when promised. Scott was very professional as well as personable. Before beginning the cleaning of my dryer vent, they were kind enough to check another issue with my duct work and fix it without additional cost to me. They did a very thorough job cleaning the dryer vent and left no mess. I was so impressed with their professionalism as well as kindness, that I have sent a letter of recommendation to our HOA so that others can have a trustworthy contact. I will use them again!

Scott and Zach were excellent! I hired them to clean my vents after I had some construction work done. When they arrived Scott listen to my concerns and even helped me figure out why I was having some airflow issues. (This really didn't have anything to do with the duct cleaning and his recommendation fixed the problem.) They then carefully went through all of the vents. Scott even told me that I didn't need a sanitizer because I just had dust in my vents. When they were done he told me what types of filters I should get for my units and how often I needed to have them changed. I am very happy with Scott and Zach and will use them again and recommend them to others.

The appointment was supposed to be 8-28, set up between 11am-1pm. By 2pm no one had called me, so I called them. That was when I discovered that they were still at the 1st appointment and something was holding them up, but no one had bothered to call me. At that point, the person on the phone took a quick evaluation and determined they wouldn't be able to get to me until 330-4pm. I didn't received another phone call until 7:13pm saying that they were not coming. I had taken off the entire day to have this work done. They did not communicate well at all. I had to continue to call them. The next day the owner called, and he was very apologetic and offered to make it right, but at that point I had decided to not go further with their services. It is so unfortunate you found it necessary to lie about the account of that day. I read your rebuttal and was very dissappointed, therefore, prompting me clarify for the Angies List Customers the truth.First off, I took the day off to have these services completed, and waited for you all day to show up. You or no one from your team had the decency to contact me and let me know you were running late. I had to call you at 2:00pm because you were late for the 11:00-1:00pm appt, then you moved the appt. back to 3:30-4:00pm to which you did not show up or call until 7:13pm. I did not cancel the appointment as you state in your rebuttal - YOU FAILED TO SHOW UP! There is a BIG difference.As stated in my original report, I made a decision not to move forward with the services after the bad experience, and that is my perogative.You and I had a very cordial conversation, I was upset because you failed to show up or call and took my time for granted. Anyone in my situation would not be very happy. I was not beyond reproach as you state, but did ask, how you can make this right. I asked, not demanded if you would do both systems for my inconvenience, and you agree, however, again, I decided not to move forward with the services. You stressed to me you have never had a bad report written and that is why I believe you found it necessary to try and make the customer look bad - Shame on You for that behavior. This was not my fault but yours, and you should accept responsibility and move you. Things like this happen, but it is how you respond to it. Customer Service is so important, and on this day you failed. Since you found it necessary to fabricate the story to try and cover your tracks vs. just accepting the responsibility, I will file a report now with the BBB. Next time just tell the truth, and be a person and business of integrity.

There was an initial glitch in arranging an appointment. They arrived on time, were very professional and polite, and completed the work in about half an hour. The experience was good and I would definitely use them again.

Service was excellent. He took out much more dirt and grime than we expected to see. Knew where to look, what to unhook, etc. Had to trace the dryer vent to where it cam out of the house. Dryer now works great at drying.

Scott and his helper arrived on time and finished sooner than he quoted. When they were done, everything was where it was before they arrived and there was not a trace of dirt or lint where they did their work. Cleaned dryer vent line from the outside vent back to the dryer so we did not have to move the washer and dryer. This was a FANTASTIC experience for service.

Easy to reach by telephone after purchasing Angie's List Big Deal. Fast scheduling. Received call to confirm appointment. Punctual. Explained services. Efficient service and cleaned-up afterwards.

Scott and his assistant were both very professional and courteous. They came in and cleaned out my dryer vent -- which I'm pretty sure has never been cleaned since the house was built. They did an EXCELLENT job! Before, I could see tons of lint hanging out of my vent -- he climbed up the ladder and cleared it all out -- as an added bonus, he noticed that the flap wasnt closing (I didnt even know there WAS a flap) due to the vent opening being bent. He straightened it out and closed the flap. They cleaned up all the lint from my patio and took it away in trash bag. I couldnt be happier. It is all about service -- you get so little of that these days. He went above and beyond. I will definitely be calling him in the future for air duct cleaning and telling all my friends to do so too.

Clean Air Pros did an excellent job cleaning our air ducts and dryer vent. We have not had this service done in the 17 years we've lived in this house so there was a lot of cleaning to do. They arrived on time and spent approximately four and a half hours on the job (2 story house with 2 furnaces and a heat exchanger). The team took every duct cover off, cleaned the ducts and hand cleaned the covers before replacing them. They were friendly. low-key, very thorough and professional. I will definitely use their services again.

I think Scott did a great job at cleaning and sanitizing the 2 systems in my house. He was professional yet friendly and he was careful around the house. I would definitively reuse Scott's services next time I need my air ducts cleaned.

He did an excellent job. He got the job done in about 3 hours. It was cost efficient compared to other companies. I have him coming back to add an air purifier.
