I spoke with several other companies and was completely baffled at the wide range of rates for this type of service. In the past (when we lived in another house) I had hired a company and was happy with them.. recalling spending $250. I lost their contact information so I had to start over. I received several quotes from companies charging upwards of $1,000 for our 3 unit system and while their sales pitch was good, I just couldnt see the value for approximately 3 hours of work. Thats over $300/hour -- I dont think this is comparable to the expertise needed to be an attorney! When I called Clean Air Pros the first thing I said/asked "Why is there such a big difference from one company to the next .. what do you charge, and why. Please help me understand the value of your service rate". I cant begin to re-iterate what Scott from Clean Air Pros said, but I felt talking to him that he was #1 an honest man just out to make an honest living. He came when he said. Did what he promised and I appreciated that they are clean cut and friendly! We had to run errands and left them alone in our home .. call me crazy, but I trusted them. Passing their card out to my neighbors.. and will encourage everyone I know to open up one of their floor vents and just check out the crap that is inside of them that you are breathing! Thanks Scott .. for a great value for your services!

It was the first time we had used them. It went great. They were very knowledgeable and professional. We had no complaints and would use them again.

I made four attempts to contact this company to schedule an appointment to perform the service that I purchased. I never heard from them. It was only when I contacted Angies List for a refund that they decided to contact me for for an appointment. I scheduled the next available day for them to come to the house which was 2 weeks out. They asked me to send them an email with the date and address of my home. Several days later after scheduling, I received a call from them telling me they could not make it at the mutually agreed time/date. They would have to reschedule for the following day. I agreed to the change On the scheduled day, I left work early to meet them and let them in the house. I waited several hours - A complete no show ! They were not even professional enough to notify me. Its been a week since our appointment and still no word from them. Don't waste your time!

Seeing the good reviews on Angie?s List, I asked my daughter to contact Clean Air Pros to clean the dryer vents in our house. My daughter spoke directly with Scott who was able to schedule the work promptly. He did an outstanding job in a professional manner. Not only was he a pleasure to work with, but we were greatly pleased with his flexible schedule.

I contacted him to schedule an appointment and he said to send him an email. I sent it and he wrote back that he would call me the next day to schedule an appt. He never did and my repeated efforts to contact by phone an email have failed.

I paid for it and expected a call or email. NEVER HEARD FOR THEM AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK. NEVER CALLED NEVER EMAILED NEVER DID ANYTHING ANGIE CAN YOU PLEASE GET A REFUND ANGIE'S LIST IS GOLDEN IN MY EXPERIENCE AND NEVER DREAMED I WOULD BE TREATED THIS WAY. NOT ANGIES FAULT THEY JUST MUST BE OVERBOOKED, BUT THATS NO EXCUSE NOT TO CALL

I have to say that I had more than one scheduling issue with Scott. He would have gotten a perfect score if the communication was better on their part. The work performed at my residence was great. He did a great job at explaining the process and letting me know what type of instruments will be used and how long it will take. I could actually see the difference in just looking at my vents how clean they are. Overall, Scott is a very nice person. He did the job and cleaned up after himself as well. When I need it done again, ill give him a call

I purchased the Big Deal to have mu dryer duct cleaned. And made an appt with the company. They were to be at my home at 7:30 on a Friday morning, and did not show up. Scott called to say sorry he forgot the appt. and if it was OK with me he would call to reschedule. I agreed and then waited 6 weeks with no call. So, I called him on Oct. 26 and they returned the call on the 27th. An appt. was made for Friday Nov. 2nd 8 am. At 8:20 I called them to see where they were. He called back and had no record of the appt. then proceeded to tell me he would TRY to work me in the next day. I then told him to forget it that I would contact Angies List about a refund.

I bought a 20 year old house and wanted the tubes cleaned out so I could breathe clean air. They did a nice job. They came in and did the job. They didn’t leave any mess. They were very good.

Very well. Very professional. Cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend and will use again in future.

It went well. Chris called to say that they were hung up in Monday morning traffic (go figure :-)) and would be at my house in 30 minutes or less. They set up their equipment and went straight to work. Found some old wall board in some ducts from when the house was constructed in 1997. Boy were they gross. They finished up in two hours and of course as earlier described, Chris cleaned my furnace for free. I really appreciated that.

They were 3 hours late, one of those really bad traffic days in Atlanta. They did call to update on timing. Came, worked, cleaned up and left. All smiling. I thought they did a wonderful job and I will use them again.

The service is good, but it takes a while to contact them and make appointments; maybe their coupon is over sold at the time.

Scott was very responsive in returning our call and setting an appointment. The work was completed in a very professional manner. The only issue we had with the experience was the appointment time was missed resulting in the the work starting late. Overall we are very pleased with the experience and would not hesitate to use Clean Air Pros services in the future.

They explained to me how their system works and comparison with the "big trunk and hose" type. Since I had my main floor unit cleaned by a different company with "big trunk and hose", they opened couple of vents on the floor, I can see there is a lot dust uncleaned. They demoed to me how they cleaned one of the vents, and it was pretty clear that their system works much better. Scott is very professional and courteous, I will have them come back to clean my other unit too.

I used them through a deal on Angie's List. At first, we had a miscommunication in the time/date. I really think that the gentleman was probably traveling and didn’t get it written down or maybe didn’t understand his writing. Once we got all that out of the way, they were there like they said they would be. They did an excellent job. I would hire them again. With regard to responsiveness, I don’t want to hold something against them that I think was clearly a mistake. I hope to see some more coupons, because I would like to get some for the rest of my family.

After purchasing the Angie's List Big Deal, I received a phone call to set up an appointment. I was told that someone would arrive between 11:00am and 1:00pm. At 1:30pm, no one had come or called, so I called them. I spoke to a different gentleman this time. He was not aware of the appointment and said that his assistant had failed to put it on the calendar. However, he was very apologetic and came to my house as soon as he finished the job he was on. If memory serves me correctly, I believe he arrived at about 2:15pm or so. He was very friendly, professional and polite and apologized again for the schedule mix-up. He did a thorough job in cleaning out the vent and hose from the dryer itself all the way to the outside of the house (about 15-20 feet of dryer vent hose). After he thought he had gotten everything cleaned out of it, he did it all over again, just to make sure. He did an excellent job and was very pleasant, and I would not hesitate to hire this company again in the future, despite the initial scheduling mix-up (hey, nobody's perfect!) They did an excellent job. :)

I have called this company at least ten times. I have left numerous messages and emailed him. He won’t return my calls. I am moving next week and it is very aggravating and I need to get this done. I have requested a refund for this Big Deal and asked for recommendations for other companies to do this work.

Scott showed up on time with one assistant. My schedule was a little crazy but they worked with me in the time frame given to complete the job thoroughly and efficiently. They did point out several reasons why the company i got from val-pak last year to clean my air ducts did absolutely nothing. They cleaned every individual vent and furnace and cleaned up after themselves fully when they were finished. Very professional, courteous and thorough. Will definitely use them again. I'm done with Val-pak crooks.

Everything went smoothly. Scott showed up on time and cleaned all the vents in my rental house. The house was built in 1990 and is about 3000 sq ft. The vents have never been cleaned so they were pretty dirty. Scott did a great job! The tenants I have right now are great, but very particular about everything, especially cleanliness and even they were happy with the vents. I would definitely recommend Scott. As a side note Scott introduced me to the Bread Beckers and milling my own wheat flour. This has changed my life. I am so happy that I met Scott and that he mentioned this to me. The health benefits are incredible!!

We had a lot of difficulty scheduling service. They had to cancel the first appointment, and were several hours late for the rescheduled time. Once they arrived, they worked quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased that unlimited ducts were included, since I have so many. I'm surprised that the dryer cleaning cost so much since it didn't look like as much work, but I'm very glad that I did it. My clothes dry much more quickly now, which saves me money on electricity. All in all, I would hire them to work for me again, but I would probably wait for another Angie's deal to do so.

They were very nice and professional. I will definitely use them again. I can see a big difference in my house. My overall experience with them was excellent.
