Air Duct Pro

astarted out very bad ..... very little communication from the company, then when we were finally scheduled and stayed home all day waiting we called and the repairman had taken another call and not bothered to let us know....there were a few other communication bumps along the way but finally someone called us and told us there company was going through changes with another company and it had caused some scheduling problems, he scheduled us , they came out when they said they would and were very apologetic for all the problems and took care of the dryer vent cleaning.......they did a good job and we would use them again.

No show. No call . No service. When I called Scott today. His voice mail box is full and can't avcept messages. Pretty sorry way to run a business.

Scott and his crew completed the work at my house. He and his team was very professional, thorough and courteous. They performed the job and thoroughly cleaned up before leaving. I would highly recommend Clean Air Pros.

They were originally scheduled to clean only the air ducts but after meeting them and seeing how professional and friendly they were i asked them to clean the chimney and the dryer vent also. When they first arrived, Scott fully explained what he was going to do & how long it would take. He was not pushy and did not try to upsell me at anytime. I really appreciated that, i have never dealt with anyone before that didnt do that. He seemed to understand that if i wanted anything else done, i would have asked for it to be done. I will tell everyone i know about how geat Scott & Kenny were and how friendly they were. They did such a great job and were so nice, it seemed like i had known them for years, thats how comfortable i felt with them. They went above and beyond what i expected. My house has never smelt so clean & fresh, not even when it was first built. I cant say enough good things about them. Everyone in the house enjoyed them being there, even the dog, Scott had a pupperoni dog treat for him. I will definately use again in the future. A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Very prompt and thorough communication - calls were returned promptly and they were able to fit me in very quickly! Overall a very good experience. They worked with me on the price because I had three systems. Even installed some filters in my units.

Scott was very prompt in setting up the appointment, they were running early and called to see if they could come early. Crew of 3 showed up, very clean and professional. All were very friendly. A team of two started on the duct cleaning, helping to move stuff around to reach vents, cleaned the vent grills while they were at it ( I was not expecting that). While the duct cleaning was going on a 3rd member of the team was taping off the fire place and sweeping the chimmey. When the 1st crew was done with the ducts, they moved on the dryer vent and then on to the furnace tune up. I felt like they did a great job, very timely and professional.

I called to inquire about price as I saw an Angies List Deal and a Half Off Depot deal. The owner preferred I purchase directly from him and explained the pricing. It was a bit confusing as to what was included when reading the deals online, but he explained the process on the phone clearly. He showed up on time and performed the work in the estimated time. My only complaint was that he forgot to replace one of the vent covers. Not a big deal for me to do myself, but a little sloppy. It was in my young son's play room so luckily I caught it first before he began to play with the screws! It's hard to tell if this kind of service is done well, but my house did smell sanitized and the vents seem clean.

I called Clean-Air Pros to make an appointment to have the job done and I got Scott Fountain?s answering machine and so I left a message. When I did not get called back, I called the number again, but could not leave a message because the mailbox was not taking any messages. I sent an email to the company and did get a call from Scott Fountain the next day. He and two others came out on Friday, Dec. 21 to do the job. One thing that, at that point, did not make me happy was that Scott allowed the metal took he was using to bang down a few times on the top of my dryer (where the dials are). I take very good care of my appliances and was concerned about him possibly scratching the finish. This, I thought was careless of him, only to eventually learn that this was the least of my problems with Clean Air Pros.I did not use my dryer until Wednesday, Dec. 26 because of the holidays (I did not do any laundry during that period). I ran a load of towels, put them into the dryer set to the highest heat setting, started running it, and got another load going. After about a half hour, I checked the towels and they were still wet. There was almost no heat coming out of the dryer. The lint filter was empty. I started running it again, same thing. I realized that my dryer was not producing heat. About 5:00pm Dec. 26, I called Scott and got his answering machine. I left a very polite message that my dryer, which worked great before I had the cleaning done, was now not working. Possibly had they turned off something, like a gas valve? Could he please call me and see what might be going on? Remember, I had two wet loads of laundry at this point. The next day, he had not called me, so I left another message for him, asking him if he could please come that evening after 6:15 or Friday morning before 10:00am (I had to go to work). At this point, I was practically begging him to come see what was going on with my dryer. Remember, it worked great before Clean Air Pros was here. Well, I did not hear from him, nor did he come by. I came home from work and was very angry. I called once again and expressed my anger and also sent an email to him stating pretty much what I had said on my message. Scott claims that I ?threatened to ruin him and his business.? Believe me, I have no such ideas of a superiority or power on my part that I could do such a thing. I did say that I would be revising my review on Angie?s List and call Angie?s List about this situation.Scott Fountain did not call me, but sent me a very nasty email, part of which was that this is ?just a dryer? that we?re talking about. He said that if he had time, he might stop by on Friday to see if he could ?help? me (because he was certain that he had done nothing to cause this). Friday evening came and he had neither come by nor called. We were going to call a service company to repair my dryer. I was even looking at Angie?s List for appliance repair companies. On Saturday, my husband went out to look at where the dryer vent exits from the house. It was COMPLETELY clogged with lint. My husband pulled out all of the lint. I ran the dryer and, what a surprise, it was running again, nice and hot.I emailed Scott Fountain and said that they never cleaned out the lint that they pushed through the line. Not only was the vent extremely clogged with lint at the outside but there was none on the ground. If they had cleaned it out, what did they do with the lint? Take it with them? I don?t think so. Scott says in his reply email that this was lint still in the dryer vent and that when I ran the dryer it came out. If this is the case, all this tells me is that they did not do a thorough job of cleaning out the vent in the first place. There should not have been this much lint left in the vent, no matter how much was in there in the first place (he says in his email that my vent was very ?dirty? which I assume he means that there was a lot of lint. But, again, if it was very filled with lint, gee, that?s why I hired him in the first place!). Scott Fountain says that he would have tried to ?help me? if I had given him the opportunity. He had ample opportunity to come here and chose to ignore my calls and to spend his time sending me nasty emails (I have attached the email correspondence between us.). He said that he would stop by on Friday, if he had the time. He never came. Not even in the evening. I believe that he had no intention of doing anything about this. He even intimated that my dryer may not even have been working in the first place. He certainly suggested that it was nothing that they did. Now we know that it was.

The process was clearly explained to us before the job started. The job was done very neatly. We would definitely use them again. Thanks.

Dyer vent was clogged from many years of not being cleaned. All necessary tools were brought, and end result was an open vent. Problems were one tech standing on the air conditioning unit to get at the vent outlet, and pounds of lint ending up in the yard and in the ac unit. The techs picked up a few handfuls of lint, but declined to use their vac because it would pick up too many leaves. The inside of the house was good, however, and the vent is open

Bobby and Doug did a job explaining what they were doing and why. They took care of all my issues and concerns ( in the rain for the outside outlets. They explaing carefully the reasons for their recomendations, and provide me a solid quote for the various services suggested. The experience was everything I was hoping for from an electrician. With the Angies list coupon, the cost was far less then I would have otherwise expected.

They were very efficient and professional. It was the money well spent.

Very satisfied with the work. I had tried another air duct cleaner previously and was not satisfied with the results. Scott came out personally with a helper and did a much superior job. I am completely satisfied!

A close friend of mine and I both ordered duct cleaning from Clean Air Pros and we were were both pleased with the results. Since we both suffer from allergies, we noticed an immediate difference after the air ducts were cleaned and sanitized.

It went smooth. No waiting or haggling.

Contractors arrived on time, and were very efficient in identifying and clearing the blocked vent to the outside.

Did not call or show for two separate. scheduled appointments.

Scott and Zane squeezed me in after they had a cancellation which I was really thankful for. My partner has been having really severe allergy attacks which stopped once we were able to turn the AC off for the fall. But it's been getting cold and we really needed the heat on but NOT with those allergens I knew were hiding in those ducts! They were really great about finding time to fulfill my work request as soon as possible. I had a dual system on 3 levels and they cleaned all the ducts, all the duct plates and sanitized the whole system. They were quick and professional and actually pointed out several problems I might be having with my 2 Furnace/AC systems that would make them less efficient. We ran the heat all night last night and NO allergy attack!! Scott actually called back today to ask how my partner did with the air running. I thought that was some great customer service right there! Thanks so much guys!! I will definitely recommend you to friends of mine that might need your service.
