Air Duct Pro

I am very pleased. At first I thought something was wrong with my dryer and that it needed work done. After the technician was completed he informed me that he thought my problem was the lint in the duct. Since having this done I have had no problem at all with my clothes getting dry on the first try. No re-running the dryer!! I am very pleased!!

It has been a frustrating experience dealing with this company. It took many phone calls to get the initial service scheduled, but they did not show up. We then called and rescheduled two more times, and in both cases, they did not show up, nor did they contact with us any explanation. It has been a month since this adventure started and at this point we have given up and asked Angie's List to give us a refund. We'll search for another company to do the work. We are surprised out the outcome of this experience because in general, this company had good reviews, but apparently their reviews have not been so great as of late, and unfortunately we will have add to that. I would not recommend this company to anyone -- you will be frustrated if you use, or at least try to use them.

I was so excited to purchase this deal in November in hopes that I could have this work completed prior to Thanksgiving. I was disappointed that this deal was so popular that Scott couldn't put me on the schedule until after the holiday season. So I waited until our scheduled 1/10/2013 date to arrive. After confirming my address to Scott, I was later contacted on my appointment day to be informed that an earlier job was bigger than anticipated and I would have to wiat a little longer. We set a verbal appointment for the following week, but yet again, Scott and Zack were a no show. I called again to find out what the issue was and there was a mix up made and my name wasn't place on the schedule as promised however; Scott stated that he would come to my house on Saturday. Scott and Zack finally showed up this time and they surveyed the house. He informed me that the coupon only covered one system, and I had three units. I wasn't sure if this was going to be a sell pitch to add the other two systems, but Scott stated that since my house was relatively new that he recommended the main level system to be cleaned as the others had little to no accumulation of lent. They quickly got to work, cleaned and sanitized the furnance and changed the filter. The house smelled wonderful after they left and I was glad it was over. Scott was very professional onsite despite the several missteps in scheduling. Thanks!

I was very concerned about hiring this company with the reviews I read about them not showing up. I elected to use them and give them a chance. I called and they scheduled my service for two weeks later at noon on a saturday. I called the morning of my appointment to confirm. I left a message as there was no answer. I then called back at 11:20 and they informed me they were all sick and would not make it out to my house. I told him I had a feeling this would happen due to the reviews and he acted like he really didn't care. I am in customer service, you do not treat customers this way. I can already picture the response to this post by the owner, It is the same response he says to everybody... He gets defensive and takes no blame. I would not call this company ever again. A total waste of time. I now have to wait longer to have my air ducts cleaned..

I found this company to work well with our difficult schedule. The work was done as promised, when promised and with out any problem.

The crew arrived on time and performed the duct cleaning as requested. Answered my questions with thorough responses. Left the house and duct work/grills as they found them. Even replaced a couple of screws on a vent that were missing.

Overall the whole experience was good..had a slight hiccup with scheduling, however once that was resolved everything went smoothly. Services provided were well worth the money.

Scott and his team were running a little late because they are in such high demand. I was a little concerned because I didn't know how long the service was going to take. When Scott calllled to let me know their estimated time of arrival, he told me he had a great crew and they would be done in a couple of hours. When Scott and his team arrived, they got right to work. Each guy went to a different room and worked independently. Scott explained things as he went along and answered all of my questions - I learned a lot! Not only were he and his team fast and efficient, they even cleaned up after themselves! I needed to refresh my rental home after the tenants moved out. Contacted Angie's list to find the right duct cleaning service, since I have heard of so many rip off companies in this market. I was very pleased with how easy it was to work with Scott over at Clean Air Pros. They worked with my schedule, arrived on time, were efficient and completed the job right on time. I would highly recommend this company for any of your duct cleaning needs.

They were great. I used on of those Big Deals and had until March to use the coupon. When I called, he responded the very next day and was pleasant, and we set up an appointment. He came at the time he said he would (having given me an hour window) and did the work promptly. He even asked me to check to see if there was any dust after they were finished -- there wasn't any. They were very careful and kept everything neat and clean. I would definitely use him again.

I bought the coupon for a full house air duct cleaning on Angie's List and called the next day, not really expecting to hear back right away since it was the week between Christmas and New Years. To my surprise, Scott called me within 2 hours to let me know he was on a job and would get back to me later that day or the next day when he could look at his schedule. He did call me the next day, and we talked about him taking care of my ducts when he was in this area with another job that was coming up. I was very pleased with his prompt communication and was glad to wait a few more days to get on his schedule, especially since he was coming up to Soddy Daisy from North Atlanta. He did call back in a few days and we scheduled an appointment for 5:00 when I would be home from work. The day came and he gave me a call to let me know he was done with the other job early and would be glad to come out if I wanted. I couldn't get home any earlier, so he said no problem, he would just wait. He and his helper were there waiting when I got home and were both pleasant and professional. I put my dogs up - one is a barker and the other big guy is a jumper - and they said as long as the dogs didn't bite to go ahead and let them loose. I followed Scott around to see how he did the cleaning, and he explained everything to me as he went. My dog got in the way a lot wanting attention but they both pet him and were just as nice as they could be - real dog people! I actually got to see how dirty the ducts were and am so glad I got them cleaned. They finished the job off with a sanitizer in the ducts at no extra charge. I am extremely pleased with the work and the way I and my dogs were treated. (My big boxer mix would have gone home with them!) All I can say about some of the other comments is have a little patience and understanding and treat people the way you would want to be treated. If I had needed someone the same day I would have called someone from down the road, and maybe not been half as pleased. They were worth the wait.

I made the appointment before Christmas for early January. He called me on the day we set and said he wont be here till later that afternoon. He called and set up a new appointment date. I have not heard from him yet and he has ignored my phone calls.

Showed up on time, protected the interior of my home from soot and chimney debris, cleaned and inspected the chimey and gave us an assessment on a scale of 1-3 about the condition of the chimney prior to sweeping. I was able to reach Scott immediately and he set up a time to fit my 30-min. cleaning in between a couple of larger jobs in my area. He asked whether I was OK with the possibility of needing to reschedule, because he sometimes finds that jobs already on the schedule take longer than expected. I told him I was fine with the possible need to reschedule and waited to hear from him on the originally-scheduled date of 1/9. Nobody from Clean Air Pros contacted me on the 9th, so I left a message late afternoon that day and again the next morning. Scott returned my call on 1/10, apologized and set me up again for Friday the 18th. Then the very next day, he had a job end earlier than expected and called to say he and his crew were available if I was able to have the job done that day. I was home, so told them to come ahead. They arrived right around 6:30 p.m. and completed the job quickly and professionally. Scott was able to determine why I'd been experiencing excessive dust in my laundry room (vent connection was split on the bottom, so damage wasn't visible to me.) He repaired it, cleaned the vent and went on his way with his crew. Overall, I was pleased with my experience with Clean Air Pros and would hire them again. Scott couldn't have been more pleasant, both on the phone and in person. My only caution (and the reason for the less-than-perfect grades I gave) is that his scheduling system is still a bit "buggy." If you read prior customers' comments, you'll find repeated concerns about no-shows, reschedulings, etc., which Scott has attempted to address with hiring, new scheduling system, etc. Because my original visit didn't occur as scheduled and I had to be the one phoning them to follow up, I'm sure that there are still issues with scheduling and communication. On the other hand, they are knowledgeable, pleasant and honest, and they didn't spend even one second trying to up-sell me any additional services beyond my Big Deal.

I made repeated calls and left messages. Never got a return call to set up an appointment. When I did finally reach the owner, he assured me that he would come out. We agreed on a date and time. He never showed nor did he call to cancel. I will never pre-pay for a service again. I did get a refund once contacting Angie's List.

No service was performed. Tried several times to contact vendor via telephone and/or email. I cancelled with Angies List customer service and they quickly arranged a refund. The vendor apparently was on vacation and did not provide a means to contact them. Their voicemail message did not mention it nor did the email autoreply. Eventually, the vendor contacted us via email and indicated they were on a vacation. Although the vendor seemed nonplussed by it all because they simply said oh well, they have a lot of other business waiting in the wings. An N/A perhaps would have been better than an F since no service was performed. However, that option is not available to the reviewer. A prospective client might do better to peruse the comments of those who were able to use the service. The customer service at Angies List was great about arranging a refund.

Had issues scheduling, they were real busy and a few times caught on bigger jobs and did not make it to us, but when they finally made it, they were quick, and seemed to do a good job.

The team was courteous and punctual. I appreciated their call to let me know they were on their way before the appointment. I felt comfortable with Scott immediately - he was even cat approved until he turned on the vacum cleaner!!! When the job was complete no spec of soot was anywhere to be found. They even left the bathroom sink free of soot, and the white bar of soap they used to clean their hands was still white when they were finished.

The price was a special deal thru Angie's List, but the job was still done very well. Polite, professional, and quick.

When the 8-year-old home was purchased earlier this year, the home inspector suggested a professional inspection/cleaning of the chimney prior to use. The dropping temperatures and Angie's List coupon prompted me to get this work done. I made the appointment for approximately 3:30pm and waited until after 5:00 to receive the call notifying me they were on their way. Once they arrived, the work was done professionally and quickly. They protected the area well from the disturbed ash material and cleaned up thoroughly. Within 30 minutes, they had cleaned the chimney and educated me on maintenance best practices. I plan to hire this company again to clean the ducts in my home. (I would have given all A's in this review if they had simply telephoned me ~3:30 to let me know they would be so late.)
