Air Duct Pro

Air ducts and dryer vent were cleaned thoroughly. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up their work areas as they went. We were very pleased with the service and will definitely recommend and use them again.

This work was done on a rental in a state other than where we live, looked up on Angie's list and as per other reviews chose this one. Arrangements were made over the phone. There was a mix-up on the first date of appointment so had to make another date..........informed Scott of Clean Air Pros that we would be out of the country on the date performed and would need to pay him when we returned. No problem! He did the work to everyones satisfaction and we paid him by phone with a credit card when we returned. The price was what was agreed in advance, no extras were added on as in some cases like this. Will definitely recommend without any hesitation. Good work....honest........trusting.

I can't tell you how it went because I have yet to have the service.

This company did a great job. I thought it was $169.00 per system/floor. They did the upstairs system and my son's asthma and allergies have really benefited from their service. When they were finished with the upstairs, they were ready to do the other two systems/floors. Unfortunately, I wasn't prepared for that so they told me to call them and they would honor the Angie's List Deal and complete the other two systems. Super company!!!!!!!!!! The two gentlemen were efficient, fast and so polite. I will call them again.

Scheduled for two weeks out from initial contact at my request. When Scott hadn't arrived Monday by an hour and a half after our appt time, I called. He had inadvertently left me off the schedule, but we rescheduled for Weds. He was running late that day, but did give me a call when he was headed over. Service took about 4.5 hours. Scott was very pleasant and professional. His price was competitive and I am happy with the service.

This was a terrible experience He was over an hour late for this appointment. He did not protect the floors from the dust and walked on the carpet without shoe protection. He did not clean all of the vents. They were dusted downstairs. I could have dusted them. I watched him and him claim that he cleaned all the ones. He never kept the original appointment times and would not keep in contact with me. If he changed the time on the appointment he would not confirm. I was not pleased with his service.

I exchanged emails with Scott to schedule a service call on Friday March 8th at 3:00 pm. I had also mentioned to him in my initial email that, in addition to my house that I was having this service performed in, I have a condo in-town on which I wanted to get an estimate from him for the same service. My last contact with Scott was on March 27th when he asked for my phone number and address and he mentioned that, because of Atlanta traffic on a Friday afternoon, he might be either early or late. I was fine with that and stated that I was taking off from work that whole day and I would be waiting on him. I even sent my dog to daycare that day so that he could work without the dog sniffing around. Friday afternoon came and I was sitting at home waiting. And waiting. And waiting. The scheduled time of 3:00 pm came and went. No technicians came to the door. No phone call from anyone stating they were running late. No contact. Nothing. I waited until 4:30 pm to call Scott, at which time I got his voicemail. I left a message stating that I was still waiting for my service call and that I had sent the dog to daycare for the day and would soon need to leave to pick him up. I asked for a phone call back. I waited until 5:15 pm before I finally had to leave the house to pick up the dog. At this point, I still had not received a phone call or even an email from anyone. That was Friday afternoon March 8th. It is now the morning of Tuesday March 12th. I have still had no contact from Scott with an explanation of what happened. I won't be contacting him again. I will be giving the business for this service on both my house and my condo to someone else.

I purchased the deal in mid-Feburary, 2 weeks passed and I had no contact from Clean-Air pro's, so I called and left a message along with an alternate number (daughter's). 1 week later still no response, I called again, the next day no response so I then contacted Angie's List and informed them of the situation. Angie's list contacted Scott with Clean Pro's which prompted Scott to call my daughter at 8:00am in which he left a voicemail. Of course, Scott then told Angie's list that he had called and "every time", he got voicemail. He had only called once. I excused the dishonesty and contacted Scott again leaving a message to call me and giving him dates I would like to fulfill my purchase. Scott called my daughter and rudely spoke to her and told her none of the dates we gave him would work and that he would not be available until the week of March 18th. I again called Scott at Clean Air pro's and left a message stating that his services would not be needed and that I would communicate through Angie's List to resolve the issue. I am not accustom to begging for a service I've paid for, and I feel Scott has no knowledge of customer service. I would not trust this person to come into my home.

They were on time, did a thorough job, and were pleasant and friendly to be around. I would definitely recommend Clean Air Pros.

Not very well. I would not recommend Clear Air Pro. Since I purchased the service in advance via Angie's special Deals for Air Duct cleaning, I must now find out how a can get my $149 back.

Clean Air Pros did an excellent job cleaning all the ducts and vents in my home. They got out all the dust and grime that had built up around the returns and vents. When they finished cleaning the air smelled so much better and we have breathed much better since. Clean Air Pros were fast, friendly, efficient and very respectful of my home. They cleaned up during and after the process and left my home in great shape. I would recommend this company to anyone who wishes to improve the interior air quailty of their home or business.

Once I purchased the Angies List Big Deal for Clean Air Pros...they called me within a day or two to schedule the service. They were running a little late on the day they were coming by but called ahead to let us know. We go to sleep in a bit more so that was great for us! Once they arrived they did a full home inspection for all the ducts and set to work. I would say it only took a couple of hours if that...in any case it was fast, efficient, and a job well done. Everyone was very friendly and professional.

It took several calls and e-mails to contact Scott and schedule my Angie's List "big deal" for either a chimney sweep or a dryer vent cleaning. With all the flu, etc. going around, I was not surprised that the initial appointment was not kept. Scott was like many people when they are sick, you just want to get well, and you don't think about calling customers to reschedule. That's what happened here. After a week, Scott finally sent me an e-mail stating he would contact me very soon to reschedule and offered his sincerest apologies for the delays. The next day, Scott called and we set a time for him to come out. Long story short, I had to reschedule due to an illness in my family. Scott was understanding. Once the services were completed, I was thrilled

It took a little while for us to match up times, then it might rain. But we started really working on a good day and got it done.

I bought a deal from Angies List for having the dryer vent/duct cleaned. I bought this in July 2012. I called the same day and left a message. The work was a scheduled for a few days later when he would be in my area. He sid he'd call when finished with other job that day. He did not. I called a week later to reschedule. He told me to text him my info and the next time he is in my area he'd call me, since mine was just a dryer duct cleaning. He never called. A couple months later, the same thing. Maybe this guy does good work. But I apparently may never know. I'm out nearly $80 to Angie's List and NEVER got the service I paid for.

Scot did a great job. He explained everything he was doing. Very neat, no messes left over. When he checked my dryer vent it was very clogged and he cleaned it from the roof all the way down to the dryer. He even gave my kittie some love. Thanks, Scot

I can not thank Scott the owner enough for his caring attitude in treating toxins and allergens in the home, cleaning out all 6 heating/ac units, my dyer, and all vents that contained debris and dirt left in the ductwork by the builder for the past 17 years. I was breathing in dirt and mold every day and Scott was able to take care of it for me in one day in a highly professional manner. I can not rave enough about his attention to detail and being ultra careful with my furniture and accessories in my home to avoid breakage. He is my top voted vendor on Angie's List and if you have allergies or sinus infections, you need to call Scott for help. Karen Geiger

We have had ongoing scheduling issues because they were not reachable so I decided to get a refund. Only 1 call was returned and even then was after a couple of weeks.

I received a call back within 1 hour of leaving a message! Scheduled appointment that evening. We did a walk through of my home. Went up into the attic and he told me about my systems. How to maintain and clean and replace the filter. (This is a new home for me, I actually closed the day before services were done, so the education on the units was appreciated). Each duct was cleaned and he did a sanitization prior to leaving. The home smelled really fresh. Looking in the ducts afterwards, they looked like they were brand new! I have already recommended to two people and will have Clean Air Pros do the ducts in my old home I a preparing to put on the market! Thanks Clean Air Pros!

I have so far been unable to schedule an appointment, so no service has been performed.

Scott and his team showed up when they said they would and were very thorough and professional. They did a great job and I would definitely recommend them!

The crew was polite and professional, the cleaning took only a few minutes, everything went as expected.

I got more than I expected. I thought they would just take the vent covers off, clean the ducts and put them back on but they washed each vent cover before they put them back on. I also expected it to be very mess and have dirt/dust to clean up but when they left you couldn't tell they had been there. They were very good about protecting things below the ducts and cleaning up anything that fell down. The air flow seems to be much better and there are no odd smells coming from any of the ducts. Just fresh air.

One of the things I liked the most about Clean Air Pros is that it is truly a locally owned small business. The owner Scott Fountain personally takes your call, sets up the service appointment, and performs the service himself. He is very personable and I felt very comfortable having him in my home. I will definitely use him again in the future and will recommend him to friends and family without hesitation.

There is one thing to keep in mind with Clean Air Pros. You may have to wait but it's well worth it. Scott is a very busy man and it's easy to see why. He has a high quality of service at an extremely reasonable price. I was pleased that he was actually on site performing the work himself. It's not often the case these days. Overall my experience was excellent.
