Air Duct Pro

When I called Scott for an appointment - he told me to email him. I've done that twice and he will not respond. Now I cannot reach him by phone. Help - I need a refund !!

Great prompt service. Arrived on time left on time did a great job.

Air Duct Pro was on time and professional. They did an excellent job removing years of build up and the remains of a remodel from our duct work and furnace. I would use them again.

He hasn't been able to come out yet. Due to my extenuating circumstances, I wasn't able to use the deal before it expired. He had told us that even though the deal had expired, he could hold the deal for me. I was impressed that he was willing to hold on to the deal for me. He got right back to me after I left him a message too.

I contacted the provider several times to try to schedule, weeks later I got on his 'very busy' schedule and then he didn't show up. He was very nice and appologized because he had wrote it on the schedule in his truck but not at the office. I wasn't sure what that meant but he said he would call me back with times and dates that were available. I waited a few more weeks and this call never happen. I eventually emailed him and told him I was getting my money back and planned to find another provider. The man was very nice but in no way made me feel like I was an important customer.

They did a really good job. He was very quick and on time. He was knowledgeable and polite.

Has been very difficult to tie down an appointment time! I had given him several options and none worked. We did have a time set up ONCE, and I had to postpone. I can't even get a response from email or voicemail now.

Everything was fine, unfortunately I was unable to use the deal due to scheduling problems.

The deal said to call and I called but they never returned my phone calls and after about three attempts or so, I got irritated. I did talk to a guy from the company and when I finally got a hold of him one time, he told me that he was so busy that he hired somebody to come and do all of the scheduling and that she had the calendar so he could not set up an appointment with me but he had my phone number and he would call me back. I had to wait for about three weeks and I never heard from him so I decided that I had enough of that. I have never used them before and I thought that their price was pretty good. I thought that it was a fair price.

I think they were fine and everything stands out okay.

They were exceptional. I have used other companies, and these people had different equipment that did a much better job of cleaning the air ducts. They seemed to be more thorough than others.

From what I understand the people who came out were fine. They showed up on time and took care of the work in a timely manner. My husband was satisfied with the work they did.

Service provider missed appointment, I followed up several times. Service provider would occasionally call back and ask me to call a number with a full voice mail, that would not accept incoming calls. I was excited about the radiant barrier insulation, oh well!

I got a refund from Angie's List. Never any contact from Clean Air Pros.

Service provider never returned my calls.

Had a call back 1x from provider and I called back several times after. No response and could never get the service scheduled.

Never responded to my calls and never performed the service.

In my last message, I told him that I was happy for him that his business was going so well that he had no time to accept new clients. I also asked for my money back, but never received it. Incidently, I called another company (Universal) and they sent someone the next business day to clean my air ducts...

Paid for this big deal to have vents and dryer vent cleaned out on 10/25/13 Seemed like a good deal at $189. About two weeks later, finally got a message on Angie's list to call him to set up appointment. Never could connect with him and, after about 6 attempts, gave up. I contacted Angie's list and they reached out to him on my behalf, but still never heard anything. Folks there at Angie's list help desk were most apologetic and offered to help find another company. There was a similar deal with Five Season's mechanical, so used them instead and they were great! Wasted nearly a month on Clean Air Pros and Five Season's had the job completed within the week.

Provider no-showed for appt to clean 2 chimney's. Called him and he said his appt. scheduler quit and that he would have to call us back to reschedule. Made multiple attempts to reschedule with him. He never returned any calls. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL VERY DISSATISFIED.

Purchased coupon from Angie's List for an air duct and dryer vent cleaning and sanitizing from Clean Air Pros. The provider never contacted me to set up an appointment. Angie's List called them to see if they could help. I called them and talked to the owner and he told me he would be in my area the next week and would call to set an appointment. He never called me back. I called numerous times and he never returned my calls. Now I'm filling out this form.

It was fine.They came in and they did what they said they'd do. We were doing it just to help the resale of the house.

We used Clean Air Pros about 2 years ago and they did a good job. We decided to get our vents recleaned and do a mold inspection. Bought the package 11/13/2013. Two messages into them and no response. Two emails into Angie's List for help and no response from them either. Not good

Not responsive. Did not use

Called and was told to send an email with contact info. Exchanged initial emails with available dates. No response. Called again and booked a date for the appointment. Got a call that he cannot make it. Never called to reschedule. Called again to schedule and he said he would drop by that Friday. No show and no call. Sent an email - no response. A few weeks later. Sent and email and left a message stating I need to schedule or refund - no response.
