Air Duct Pro

Appointment delayed, but since I was working from home, it wasn't too much of an issue. Once they arrived, they explained the service and performed everything quickly. Very pleased.

On time and about 2 1/2 hours for service

Arrived late but once here it only took them an hour an half to vacuum out vents, clean the vent covers and spray. They also clean out the dryer vent. I have dogs so it was good to know the vents were cleaned on my one level was free of dog hair and saw dust.

This was a wonderful experience!! They not only did the job they were quick, clean and left my house smelling fresh!! We got the feeling that they were really invested in out approval of the job and asked beforehand what exactly we wanted and gave helpful suggestions that were great!!

Other than arriving very late for my appointment, Scott with Clean Air Pros was a pleasure to work with. The appt time was set for 8-9 am. At around 9:30, I called him and was told he was en route. He did not arrive until close to 10:30 am. Once here, he did his job quickly and thoroughly. Very nice man.

He was l little late but came ready to work. He and his helper did the job quick and efficiently. He did give me some pointers as to what type of filters to use to keep dust down. I was pleased with the job.

After Scott and his worker came out to our house on Thursday evening the 24th of April they gave a very good explanation of what needed to be done, how long it would take and a competitive quote. We then booked for them to come back March 3rd. I asked if it was necessary for me to send a calendar invite..Scott said it would not be required and they would arrive around 2PM...i went ahead and sent one out to his email simply because as someone that works for a publicly traded software company and manages 700+ accounts I have a busy schedule and in order not to forget or double book an appointment...so I did not think much of it when he did not "accept" On April 30th I sent Scott a text message confirming that he would still be coming per our conversation..at which point he said "I was hoping to do next Friday May 10th at noon...but can do late afternoon this Friday or May 8th early morning"...I then texted backto confirm that if he were to come out later afternoon (as previously planned) would he be able to finish before 7PM...his reply "OK. I will do" At this point I am happy and looking forward to breathing clean air and knowing that I do not have to continue my research for a an air duct cleaning... Then comes Friday may 3rd....I sent a text at 3:16PM.."Hey Scott...was wondering if you are still coming today...already getting late..shall we aim for next Friday early morning?"...so even though he did not call, email, text..I was not mad, stressed, etc and even willing to rebook.... two days later...Sunday at 12:15PM..Scott texts me.."Hey buddy yes we worked late Friday. We will get you done this week"...so were buddies now...interesting...but hey going to get the work done this week so still happy...i believe in second chances and do not feel like going back to the drawing board... I felt a little slighted I have to admit and texted back (Sunday 1:54PM) "Would have appreciated a heas up as I rearranged quite a few conf. calls expecting y'all..can I count on y'all this Friday (the tenst) in the morning"...remember he said he would get us this week ...he replies on Monday 6:51PM.."Sorry my friend i thought you understood we were trying to work you in I stay booked 2 and 3 weeks in advance I can do your job Friday the 17th or 24th" So at this point not only have i escalated from buddy to friend but i should be grateful that he is working me into his schedule and accept that as someone he is "fitting in" is not held to the same standards of customer service as someone else...in my eyes you tell me a date...which by the way he never mentioned he was fitting me in or putting me on a "cancellation list" in case one of his jobs cancels I would be his back-up So what do I do...I try calling him..he just texted me so he is by his phone..it is almost 7PM...he does not answer and simply texts me "Can't talk right now..will call ltr"...he does not call back After leaving a voice mail..Scott calls me back (May 7th) and we agree that May 10th (Friday) he will "fit me in" either around 7AM or around 9AM depending on another job... It is now May 9th..the day before the job and I have not heard from Scott...I also have a painter coming that day so wanted to time things correct...he texts me back that he would come between 11 and 1 and that he has another job.. I then circle back on the original times and go with the flow and say that is cool but I let Scott know there is going to be a painter in the house painting two bedrooms and I asked if this would be a problem for him... Here is his reply and first nail in the coffin: "Hey brother Thanks for the opportunity but I think you should get someone else to do your job your too stressed out for me"..... So I have not gone from buddy to friend to brother all in a under 10 days...am i stressed..well now a little...i mean I am rearranging my day so he can come to my house...not going into the office...and dealing with a guy that does not seem to know how to use his calendar... so I reply...not sure why but I do..but i did not appreciate the fact he made this out to be because of me and I had not right to hold him to his word..anyway this leads to a couple of more texts where he says I accuse him of saying or committing to something he says he did not ..have of the texts I could barely understand so I will save you the trouble .. Long story short...if you want a good price it will come with a price...your time...i see reviews from others that he does a good job and I am sure he does...the question is just when will Clean Air Pros do it and if you have the patience of Mother Theresa and Ghandi combined to deal with them I wish I could post a screen shot of all my text messages for those that might not believe me...anyway I wish Scott and his team only success as he seems to be a nice guy and very knowledgeable of his field but just not the most respectful of peoples schedules..well at least mine

Finally a company that still knows how to give good old fashion Grade A Customer Service. They treated my house just like it was theirs. They're professionalism and the effeciency of their work was outstanding. They called before the appointment to confirmt eh address and they arrived just like they said they would. They even gave me som best practice tips on how to keep my HVAC in top running order. I would recommend Clean Air Pros to my friends, neighbors, family. Thank you for making my house clean and smelling fresh.

It did NOT go AT ALL! I have been stood up 2 times by this vendor. 3 appointments were made. I was stood up on the 1st. He called me to reschedule the 2nd appointment due to inclement weather. The rescheduled appointment was for yesterday and again, but no one called or showed up after I awaited at home all day. UGH!!!!!

They did a good job but had to charge more than what I thought it would be.

When the owners finally made it to my house they did a great job, however; I had difficulty getting them on the phone and when I did they would say they were going to show up and then would not show up to do the job.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for a chimney cleaning because I was unfamiliar with my gas fireplace and wanted it cleaned, inspected, and instruction on how to use it. I had a little bit of difficulty scheduling my appointment- but Scott was polite and easy to work with once we did connect. The appointment went well. My chimney did not need to be cleaned, so he suggested he clean my dryer vent while he was there. He did show me how to operate my fireplace and gave me some tips on how to improve its appearance. He cleaned my dryer vent (which was fun for my children to watch- dust flying like snow!) After he left, he called me to tell me there was a fireplace store very near my house that he had stopped at to see if they carried products he had recommended to me. It was very thoughtful. The only negative I can relate is with scheduling and punctuality- if you need a hard and fast appointment or are on a tight schedule, make sure Scott knows that otherwise their appointments seem to be more ballpark estimates. Overall I would recommend this company.

I bought an Angies List coupon to use on Clean Air Pros. I had contact with Scott, the owner, who was on hand as part of the team that performed the service. They did the job quickly and well. It took a while to schedule, and there were a few communication lapses, but this was on both ends. Ultimately, Scott kept at it and we eventually got on the calendar. I think this is just kind of how it is these days - even in our business, when companies are good, they are really really busy and sometimes it isn't easy to get hold of them for scheduling quotes or services. What matters is that the service is of good quality, and that they are persistent and respond, if not right away, at least at some point.

The experience was really good. I don't need dry cleaning very often, it was a once off thing. They returned my call and cleaned it at my convenience. They were reliable and professional.

All communications with the company were pleasant, however, I needed this done before they were able to get to me.

My experience with Clean Air Pros went okay. There wasn't anything really negative, but I wouldn't hire them again. They really tried, so I don't want to leave a negative rating. They didn't come out when they were supposed to. That's the only hesitation I have why I wouldn't a 100% positive rating. They are professional and they did what they said they would do. The staff is fine. It's nothing to brag about. It's basically a family operated business.

As I stated the vendor has not returned my request.

Scott and his team were punctual and professional in getting the job done. Scott walked me through as he performed the services and offered useful suggestions to keep the system efficient. Overall a very good experience. Definitely will recommend to others.

Scott from Clean Air Pros was incredibly pleasant and easy to work with. He let us know when he was running late, stressing the need to be completely thorough with each client.....I appreciate that. He walked through the process even going as far to explain some issues with our AC unit that we should get checked. I had additional questions after they left and he called back twice to follow up. All in all it's a service that I hate to spend money on, but necessary, and I would recommend CAP to anyone needing this type of work done.

Overall the service was great. The company came out when they said they would and did the work as promised.

I called them in late March. They were scheduled to perform Air Duct Cleaning on March 30th at 8am. However, I received a call at 830am on March 30th in which they had an emergency and were unable to perform the Air Duct Cleaning. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled for April 6th at noon. They never showed up. Never called me again and I have not heard back from them. I have since had my Air Ducts cleaned by another company who came when they said they would. This company is unreiiable and given the other similar experiences that I missed initially on Angies list i seriously would consider they should not be on this list any more.

They are not very professional. I called, and he told me to text him my address. I did that, called again a few weeks later, and have never heard back.
