Air Duct Pro

My partner bought the big deal duct cleaning for $239.00. My partner called to schedule and Scott picked up and we scheduled for May 28 at noon. We picked this day because it was before our new carpet was installed and it was a day my partner was off work. On the day of the cleaning, Scott called and said his earlier job was taking longer than expected. His assistant called at 1 pm to let us know that he could not come at all and that he would try to work us in. When we inquired about his availability and she said he wasn't available for a month. I asked that Scott call me and he didn't call back. On Saturday we called to reschedule and left a message. He called back but we missed the call so we called back and it went to voicemail so we left a message. We didn't receive a call back any other day so we called on Friday, May 31 to reschedule and picked today June 21 at 9 am. Today is June 21 and when he didn't show at the 9 am scheduled time, my partner called at 9:45 and 10:45 and left voicemails. We didn't receive a call back so we called again at 6 pm to leave a third voicemail. This is unacceptable and no way to run a business. We had to continuously call. We are scared we are out the $239.00 we prepaid for the big deal. Since it appears the work will not be completed we would like a refund. I would not recommend this company and believe they should not be allowed to offer a prepaid big deal on Angie's List.

I purchased a big deal for Clean Air Pros. It turned out great. I didn't have to pay anything outside of the big deal amount. We had to go over the phone to get things worked out. They were right on time.

Scott returned my initial phone call promptly. He was eager to work with me and was able to give me same day service. That was exceptional. He called before coming and arrived in the allotted time. Work was done in a professional, timely manner. He was very personable. I would definitely call on him again.

When I first called CAP to make an appointment, Scott and I spoke for over half an hour about his ratings on Angie's List. I was concerned about his unresponsiveness but impressed with the comments about his work. At first he was defensive, but I suggested some things to him and he assured me his lack of follow up phone calls would no longer be a probem...that if he was going to be late, he would call. I also suggested a few other postive customer service and marketing tips. Last night, I left a message to let him know I was sick and that it was ok if he still wanted to come but if he wanted to change the appointment to let me know. I also said he didn't need to call back if he was still coming. He didn't call so I considered the appointment a go. He was supposed to be here at 3:00PM. It is now almost 5:30 and I have called him twice. No answer. No call back. Especially after our conversation, I find this totally unacceptable. Caveat emptor.

We were very pleased with the service that was provided. Scott was very professional and took time to explain what he was doing. We will use him again.

It went well overall. The only thing I wished the provider would have called me the day before to confirm our appointment (which is what a lot of providers do to ensure you will make your appointment) Instead I ended up calling him to confirm and when I did there seem to be a mix up on his part. (Good thing I called) He had two clients with "similar names" not same name which led to his confusion. Lucklly he still honored the date we had initially scheduled but he was half hour late. I would use this provider again because he was professional and overall did a good job but maybe not as organized as I would like and/or expect. That would be why I rated him a B versus an A.

We had a bit of a problem trying to set up an appointment with Clean Air Pros, but once they came they were absolutely fine. We had trouble setting up a date to get them out. They had swept through my area before I managed to contact them so I kind of had to wait until they got back around to me again. I was pleased with them. I purchased a Big Deal and did not end up spending any more. Clean Air Pros did a great job. They were here on time. Once we got a firm date for them to come I had no problems at all. It was trying to get that done was the hard part; we played a lot of telephone tag. They were very friendly, nice and explained what they were doing and were very pleasant.

I used them last February. The guy that came and did the job and I asked him to go ahead and replace my filters I bought them and he did it for me. He ended up cleaning up and sanitizing all my vents, all my ducts and all my systems basically. Overall he provided me an excellent service.

Ran a little late getting to house but went to work immediately. Clean and knowledgeable. Even did some extra work for running late.

Clean Air Pros is extremely friendly, professional and did exactly what we expected. We look forward to having more air ducts cleaned soon and highly recommend them.

They were fine. I didn't have a problem with them and everything went okay. He called me, so I didn't have to call him. They had three guys come out which was kind of an overkill, but they were here when they said they would be.

Scott made an appointment with me for noon (plus or minus 30 minutes) on 5/18/13. I waited and waited. When I did not hear from him by 1pm, I called and texted. At 3:30 pm he finally replied VIA TEXT that he couldn't come and offered no explanation and not even a courtesy phone call. When I enquired what happened, he said some of his guys didn't show up and he was running behind. Surely he knew that earlier in the day??? When I asked when he would be able to do the work, he said later that week. I waited all week and never did hear from him. I called the next week and left 2 messages but never got any return phone call or text back from him. He had promised such good rates for the work and I had read that others here have had such good service from Clean Air Pros that I was really looking forward to having him do the work. But if he won't call me back and/or actually keep an appointment, it's hard to give someone your business. I'm now up against a deadline to get the work done and am very sorry I waited for them. It seems others have been having this problem with Clean Air Pros quite a lot lately. Too bad. UPDATE: Scott claims I rescheduled my appointment but that is not the case. Our 5/18/13 was the only appointment that was ever made. I was explaining to him when we made it that additional work to the studio could only be completed once he did the heat and air work. If he declined the job, he did so only in his head as that was NEVER communicated to me. Very very unprofessional behavior.

It was a difficult experience because all I needed them to do was one simple thing. I think they wee swamped with the amount of offers they had and it took like a couple of months for them to even get to me. My appointments were canceled a few times. I was floating around different people to try to get the appointment and then they just didn't show up or were late or forgot altogether, so it took like four or five appointments to get them in the door. The work met my expectations, but it was just hard because they were disorganized.

Scott Fountain was punctual, professional, and obviously expert in his business. He took his time and did a fantastic job cleaning the vents. Scott didn't rush the job as so many other service people seem to do these days. My husband has a business in the home and Scott was professional about this in that he didn't disturb my husband's daily routine. I can't say enough how polite, proficient, and thorough Scott was in doing business. Couldn't recommend more highly.

purchased as part of Angie's List deal in Dec. of 2012. had many problems with provider making appointments for service that we agreed to. Did not call back I always had to call him. Took over 2 months to get service delivered

They were prompt, polite, and thorough.

They were very good, very nice. They cleaned it and told me it was as clean as it could be and it was fine to use. They did what we wanted them to do.

Arrived early and worked efficiently and professionally. Removed all registers and used rotating brush and vacume to clean all lines to and from our AC units. Finished both systems in 5 hours and did an excellent job.

Extremely unprofessional and rude. Didnt show up for three appointments and didnt have the courtesy to call. I ended up waiting for them to show up for a few hours and then when I did call, they seemed shocked that I was upset. I would not recommend this company.

The tech arrived on time and was fast and efficient. It was pretty cut and dry. I can't really say much about the whole experience since this is a first time air duct cleaning for me. I have no complaints.

He has made attempts. My issue is work travel and no one at home.
