It went very well. Scott was prompt, professional and friendly and cleaned up well after himself. He even brought a biscuit for our dog.

We had scheduled for them to come out on 8/6 and they never showed up to the appointment. I called and I left messages and I never received a call back. It has been several days since and he has still not called us back. When I initially called to schedule the appointment, he had us email him to confirm the appointment, not the other way around.

After purchasing an online voucher for air duct and dryer vent cleaning with Clean Air Pros, it took multiple attempts to get a return call from Scott. The return call was finally prompted by an inquiry with Living Social (the entity through which I acquired the promotion). An appointment date and time were arranged and confirmed and this person did not show up, call, or anything on the scheduled date. Living social informed me that they have received several complaints with this company and they currently are unable to contact him. Scott with Clean Air Pros is beyond unprofessional and no one should solicit his business.

Refused to return phone calls. When I did get him on the line and set up an appointment he failed to show up and didn't even call to let us know. He clearly wasn't interested in doing the job.

We were moving into a 30 year old home and I reached Scott over the phone for an appt. He was able to beat his competitors price for air duct cleaning of 2 systems and dryer vent cleaning . He was running late the appt afternoon and actually made it really early the next day which worked out great for both of us. He did a great job and the ducts were very dirty. Glad he came!

They did a great job, very professional

Not only did he clean the vent from the outside, but he came back in and cleaned from the inside. Because the dryer was still not blowing, Scott went to his truck and got his blower and put it on the inside and you could feel the air outside. Scott is very personable and professional. Great job.

The day I was to have service (6/14) , I had to call, because no one showed up as scheduled. Mr. Fountain confirmed that he was running behind and would call me back to let me know that he was on his way. I called him back after not hearing from him. He finally cancelled and we rescheduled for 6/19. After not hearing form him again, I texted him to said he would call back after checking his schedule to confirm a date. h never called. I had to call him and he then cancelled that that he tentatively set, but never called back. I tdwas late. When he finally reached me, he told me he would be there, but would be late. In the end, he never came.

I have been trying to contact him for two weeks, left a message Friday 7/19/2013 about scheduling work for Big Deal, called back Monday 7/22/2013 but his voicemail box was full, and when I called the following day his voicemail had been cleared and I left him another message. It is Friday 7/26/2013 and I still have not heard from him. Might use him in the future, just depends on circumstances.

Technicial used brush to clean at the end of a line which he "fed" into the vent from the outside. Method cleared out packed lint.

Went very well, including cleansing of the dryer duct that was unplanned.

Company called to see if he could come earlier than scheduled appointment. The work was explained, process they would be using and the approximate length of time it would take to complete the work. He also talked through some areas we should keep an eye on to keep the units working properly. Overall, they did a fantastic job.

Scott and his partner were friendly, punctual, and thorough. Before arriving, Scott called and gave notice that he could come earlier than scheduled. That worked out great for me. Once here, they got to work and completed the job in a timely manner. I will highly recommend Clean Air Pros.

the lent was left on the ground. I would have expected that the person doing the job would clean this up! other than that everything was fine.

I called him once, and we set up an appointment. I called him near the end of the range of the time he was supposed to come, and didn't hear back from him. He ultimately missed the appointment. I called him back today to reschedule, and got a message saying his inbox was full.

I have called the vender 3 times over a 4 week period, and never received a call back. Currently the Voice Mail box is full and no longer taking any messages :-( Obviously the services have not been performed. So I am now trying to cancel the order via Angie's List.

Clean Air Pros arrived on time, and performed the work to my satisfaction. The laundry room was heating up when the dryer was used and Clean Air Pros cleaned out the vent and reattached the vent using more secure attachments than the builder had utilized. Dryer is running great and the laundry room is no longer a sauna. I would recommend Clean Air Pros for this service.

The company was a no show and I haven't heard from them. I purchased the Big Deal from Angie's List and I need to know how to get a refund credited.

Clean Air Pro is the worst business I ever paid my money to. I purchased the service early June and called several times to schedule an appointment. After I did not get a call back I emailed Scott at Clean Air Pro. He returned my email and then proceed to set and appointment. He did not show up or call for the appointment he setup. My husband waited around all day for them to show up. Scott did not call or email me. Since I was out of town on business, my husband asked me to follow up when I returned. I called Scott and he said he did not have my contact information so he could not call or come and do the service. What kind of madness of an excuse is that. I have an Angie's list account and can see all of my purchase history, so Vendors don't have sales history. He couldn't go back to his email and get my contact information on there? Or he could not retrieve any of my voice mails with my contact information? I forgave him and set another appointment for this week and he still did not show up or call. Seriously, 223 is a lot of money and he has it and did not complete the service. I am at the end of my rope. I just want my money back so that I can get my stupid dryer vent cleaned. I would never ever do business with Clean Air Pro under any circumstances. Scott is a bad business man with terrible business habits. I stop short at calling him a fraud, but if I don't get a refund immediately, I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau!

Scott couldn't make his first scheduled appointment due to his help being unavailable. We re-scheduled. I called him the day of service, since I didn't receive a verification call or email. He had forgotten my phone and email, not writing it down when we re-scheduled (I wouldn't have known that but he told me). He apologized and said he would arrive in an hour. He and his help arrived about 1 hour and forty-five minutes later. The job was completed efficiently however, they did not clean up too well prior to leaving. I believe this was due to having another job on the other side of town that had him under some pressure. Bottom line: work was good but most everything around it was sub-par.
