Showed up on time and was very thorough. Completed the job in a reasonable amount of time.

It turned out very well with Clean Air Pros. He was on time, courteous, did a good job and cleaned up after himself. Everything was good. He went above and beyond because we have 2 zones so we paid $150 for the second zone which I thought was reasonable. Once I got him, it was fine but it took a while to get him. I think he was overwhelmed by the response and he tried to get to people in a timely manner. I waited 2 or 3 weeks but once he did, we made our appointment very quickly and he came when I needed him to and that was all fine.

He just used a little vacuum and said it was more powerful than the truck type system. I had no reason not to believe him. He and his assistant were very personable. The only problem was I was expecting to see before and after photos like on his website to show that the ducts were actually clean after his service and that didn't happen. My suggestion would be to request this ahead of time. I should have then I would be more confident to say it was worth the cost.

It went very well. I had to schedule the cleaning close to the coupon expiration date because of my scheduling, but he worked with me and I was able to finally set a date. All went very well and I would recommend him to others.

The range of prices I found for air duct cleaning service was enormous it seemed. I called a few providers I found on Angie's List, got some rather high prices, and also left some messages. Scott was the only one to call me back of the ones I left a message with, already a plus in my book. He was also available to come out within the next few days and not the following week like some of the other companies. His price seemed very reasonable and I liked that it wasn't dependent on exactly how many vents we had. When he came to the house he was professional and personable and then got right to work. He took precautions to keep our floors clean and was thorough. There were only two vents that he missed (we have a large house) but as soon as I mentioned them to him he jumped right on them even though he had begun to put some of his tools away. When I paid him, I mentioned one of the offers I had seen for Clean Air Pros online through Angie's List (I hadn't been able to remember it over the phone), and he didn't baulk at all to give me that price. I was very pleased with Scott and his work. We moved into our ~25 year old house a year ago and we have been the sickest we've ever been over this past year. Since Scott's duct cleaning, I haven't had a single cold or sinus infection, illnesses I was having back to back and on into the summer.

I booked the Big Deal on June 24th hoping to get the cleaning done by July 12. Scott and I had a tough time connecting (his vacation and mine conflicted), but even so, it still took a lot of time to get a booking. When we did finally set a date and time (morning), he didn't show until 6:45 pm and he didn't call to let me know he'd be late. That said, I'm giving him a B grade since the price was right, his work was good, he explained what he was doing, and was very apologetic for the delays. Also, it didn't inconvenience me terribly, but delays like these may be a deterrent for others.

Scott did a great job. He is a pleasure to work with-I felt like he was easy to schedule with as well - within a week of scheduling our air duct cleanings he was able to come out. He was very neat and tidy and made sure everything was cleaned thoroughly. I will definitely recommend him to others and will use Clean Air Pros again in the future.

Scott was super fantastic. I called him on a Wednesday and he came as scheduled Saturday afternoon. He initially said would take a few hours, but this home we just bought was a mess. I couldn't believe the stuff he got out. I was busy doing other home repairs and gave him free reign of the house. He could have easily taken short cuts but he did not. It took him nearly 6 hours and never once complained or asked for more money. I'm sure he is busy because he is GREAT. Don't waste your time and money on others. Scott is great and worth every penny. If you call someone else, you will get at best, second best. Thank you Scott!

Took about two weeks to get an appointment. Another couple of weeks to appointment. Brought a compressor into the house to hook the hoses up. Extremely noisy in the house. I've seen a couple of other families have this done and the companies they used had everything hooked up to their trucks.

He uses the latest equipment,which includes a system that brushes out the ducts instead of just using suction. Kind of like the soft brushes that rotate in a car wash. I was surprised that he also removed and cleaned all of the air inlet and exit vents, the furnace, and changed the air filters. He was very thorough. Personally, he is a likeable man and was very professional in his appearance and demeanor. He thoroughly answered all questions and exceeded my expectations. I will definitely use him in the future and recommend him highly to anyone considering duct cleaning. I gave him all "A's" except for responsiveness ( a "B"). He was very busy, as a result of the "Big Deal" by Angie, so it took a while to get the service scheduled. This was not a major inconvenience, since duct cleaning is not a time critical job, ordinarily.

I found a special on Angie's List for air duct & dryer vent cleaning. I purchased a home built in 1989 and the Seller told me that he had never had the dryer vent cleaned. I thought I would take advantage of the discounted service and Scott Fountain came out and did a great job. What really impressed me the most was the things that he did outside of what I had paid for. Upon examining the furnace Scott found that the filter was not only dirty but 4 inches shorter that it should have been. He told me what size to get and sent me to Home Depot to get the correct size and installed it for me. When he moved the dryer out to clean the dryer vent the hose was spilt and lint had been flying everywhere in the laundry room. He sent me to Home Depot again to get a new hose and he installed it for me but first he vacuumed the laundry room as it was a mess. He was prompt, professional, and a very nice man. I immediately felt a difference in the air flow in the rooms. Because the furnace is the original furnace he recommended D. McKeon Heating & Air who came out the following Wednesday and installed a filter rack so that I could change the filter easier. They also cleaned out the evaporator coil and blew out the drain lines. I would also recommend them as well.

It went ok. The gentleman was fine I just don't think I would use it again.

It was okay. Some of the vents could not be reached. Some of the vents could be opened because of the kind of cover we had, it was wooden cover and he was not able to actually open the vent cover and he was not able to reach down and clean. But, we paid the same price for that. There was no adjustment at the end for that. It was also a little bit on our part because we forgot to mention that to him more so from his side. He did a good job, the work was all good but then I was just expecting for him to kind of adjust the price a little bit because he really didn't reach out to some of the vents. I think he was pretty late. I think we had a time in the morning and it became afternoon and then it was a little bit late afternoon that he finally arrived. As long as there's open communication and clear expectation set, I can work with him but I do just have to make it clear.

Great, they were on time and efficient. My A/C guy later confirmed that the ducts were cleaned and free of debri and he asked for his card so that he could recommend him in the future. I would definitely recommend.

I pick this provider because he is the one of total two "super service award" winners when I searched on angie's list webpage, though his review is much worse than average. I thought it maybe because of bad communication. Now I seriously doubt how or by what standards angie's list gives out "super service award" to a provider. I regret not using the other super service award provider, though the cost is a lot higher, at least, I believe they are reliable and trustworthy.

Scott and his Son were very pleasant and professional and worked around my schedule.

I called and set up an appointment. They were actually very responsive at first. my appointment was set for yesterday and he did call to let me know he wouldn't be able to show up. We rescheduled for today, at 8am, well here it is 1130, and he hasn't showed up, hasn't called, nothing. I consider it very unprofessional for him to no call and no show. I do feel like Angies List should put more weight on the grades for services not done.

It was really good. It really made a big difference and I was really happy with the service. The deal covered one air-handling unit, I ended up having them cover another, and they offered me the same price for that one.

He did a great job! Before he started there was no air coming from the outside vent. After he finished air was flowing freely and dryer was hot on the inside and drying perfectly. Will be calling him yearly to do the vent.

Arrived on time. I did not know what to expect. The technician explained exactly what he was going to do and did it! Was very efficient. No mess! I will recommend this service and provider to others for sure!
