He came earlier than scheduled, which worked for me. Did the service, did not try to sell additional services. Very Nice.

I am new to the area and am buying the house at the service address. Mr. Robinson made the service call on short notice. He was prompt and very professional. He explained what the problem was and fixed it quickly with no additional charge beyond the service call fee. I can't say enough good things about this experience and I will use and recommend his business in the future. Great company to do business with!

This guy is fantastic!~! I've been a Navy Wife for 14 years so I am used to "those" contractors - you know 'em - the ones that show you your dipstick and tell you that it's your starter because they think you're STUPID and won't notice. Or the ones that lecture you to death on the proper maintenance of the thing they're working on like you care at all or they have a reason to be so self righteous. Hello - I called YOU to fix MY problem - if you have a problem with that - you can leave my house. So here I am broken AC in a new state and I know absolutely Jack about HVAC. BUT I reckon I was about to find out a lot. The story: Our AC fan stopped on Saturday night, our landlord was on vacation in Florida and he said he wanted to call someone but he couldn't find "his" contractor - so he told me today MONDAY (yes, I know - I was about crazy from heat 86 outside - 97 inside GROSS!~! ) that I could call who I wanted. So I hopped on here and found Ricky. He was honest from the jump. I called him at 9am he said "I can't get there until around 3 or 4 but I'll call you when I'm on my way because it's just me today" and right on time at around 2:50 he called and said "I'm leaving Braselton now, I'll be there in a few minutes." Now Braselton is 26 miles away from my town, Statham, GA and he was here at 3:30, said a quick Hi to my husband and got right to work, he came inside to look at the thermostat - didn't even seem bothered by our 3 dogs - or the fact that our Bloodhound Puppy was standing guard at his truck. Why? Because our son was in his truck - he didn't even blink, he tested the vents for temperature, chit chatted for awhile, I made him a glass of ice water, wrote him a check for his service fee 75 bucks - and the part 40 bucks he didn't charge extra labor, and he was efficient to say the very least. He is the grand master of all things HVAC so do not waste your time looking any further - THIS IS YOUR HVAC guy. I feel terrible because there are really not words to describe him in a good enough light!~! He is simply amazing.

Ricky is as GREAT as all his previous customers have described. After 8 years of hiring many others to fix our air system and almost constantly pouring money into it, we have finally found a true professional I trust! He very quickly saw what had been done to the wiring and within 30minutes we had AIR!!! The experience was very positive and the individual who help was extremely helpful.

They did a good job. Their profile says no travel fees, however they did charge me a fee. It could be because they came out on Sunday, but regardless I would be sure and check with them before you schedule an appointment.

The hose from my air vent was stopped up and they cleared it right out. they were very quick and efficient and seemed to know what was going on. They did a good job.

I called Robinson's Heating and Air after normal working hours because my daughter's air conditioning was not working. Her husband is deployed to Iraq and we were 6 hours away. I did not expect him to call me back at 9:00 at night, but he did. He had it fixed by 10:00 the next morning for a very reasonable price. It is such a pleasure to do business with someone like this. He went beyond expectations and I would reccommend him to anyone looking for a honest and trustworthy person to work on their air conditioning. We will be using him in the future.

The basement heat pump stopped working. Rickie Robinson quickly returned the original call and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. He was punctual and fixed the problem in 15 minutes. Very polite.

Returned called immediately. Fast service. Very knowledgeable.

Came out and fixed unit within 4 hours of the initial call (less than 15 minutes on-site). Great personality and very professional.

Ricky came out the same day I called and quickly found the problem. His price was reasonable and my system is cooling again. I've used him before and I'll use him again if I have any more problems.

Ricky arrived on time and checked my HVAC system. I had questions and he answered them courteously and didn't mind taking the time to talk over my concerns regarding the system, since it has a little age on it. Ricky made suggestions about how I could adjust the floor registers to help make the temperature more even throughout the house. I will definitely call him again when it's time to check out the system before cold weather or if there is a repair needed before then. Overall, I was very pleased with Robinson Heating and Air.

My daughter's air conditioner broke down for the second time in one year.(The house is only 4 years old). I Got Robinson's heating and Air services from Angies list. Called him 5/10 in the evening, he was at my daughter's house at 7:00 AM as he said. Called me with a quote and y 2:00 PM her air conditioner was running. I couldn't pay him right away because I was at work. He trusted me to deliver his payment later on that evening. We met , he got paid. He was very punctual, professional and overall seems like a very trusty guy. I will use him again in the future without hesitation. I will also recommend him to my friends.

Ricky arrived when he was supposed to and got right to work. After I showed him where are the units were located and explained the problems I have had he started the inspection of all the units. He did a very thorough job from my point of veiw and went above and beyond to find a cap from his truck to replace the one that was missing. My only thought was that the freon was very expensive, but not being privy to that information on a daily basis I do not know. Would certainly have this company perform more work in the future and would recommend them to others.

Arrived on time when he said he would . Very knowledgeable about the problem talked to me about all the options.Did a great Job. Looking to have him install the new one this fall.

Our A/C had gone out over the weekend and on Monday after calling several other A/C companies we were told that a service tech was not available for several days!! After two very hot and sleepless nights I got on Angie's list Wednesday morning 4/12/2011 and found Robinson Heating/Air; my husband called that morning and Ricky came out that afternoon. He quickly found the problem and was able to get our A/C running until the part came in needed to complete the repair. He came back two days later with the part and completed the repair. My husband and I were both very pleased with the service and cost. We will definitely use Ricky for our heating and A/C needs as well as recommend him to our family and friends!

Mr. Robinson arrived right on time and inspected and recharged the freon on my AC unit. He is very professional, and takes time to explain everything and answer all my questions. He went above and beyond in assisting me to level out the outside unit, which had become quite crooked, due to soil erosion. He is a really nice guy, and I plan to use him for all my heating and AC needs in the future.

I called Rickey on a Sunday evening. He was just heading out his door to go to a wedding. He asked if I would mind him coming out the next morning to give me a quote/estimate on what the problem was and what it would cost to have him do the repair. Although we were having a cold front, the weather was not as cold that evening as the couple of days before so I said that would be ok. He promptly arrived to check my unit the next morning. We have a manufactured home and the unit is a AC/heat pump combo that sits outside of the house. The part that had broken (actually worn out) was way down in the bottom of the unit so he had to pull alot of stuff off the unit in order to get to the broken part. He was very courteous and worked quickly. He tried to get me a new after market assembly in order to save me money but that was not possible with my brand of unit. He told me that because the part was costing me over twice as much that he would not charge me for the estimate he had come out to give me on Monday. He had everything up and running on Tuesday and was very tidy, cleaning up everything before he left. The system has been working great since the repair. He was polite, professional and neat. I would not hesitate in calling him again if needed. One other thing, he was honest and that is the other reason I would call on him again. When he left I had that good feeling that one gets when they know that their money has been well spent.

My old furnace was making a very loud noise. Ricky came out within a few hours of my call, pulled the offending fan and showed me the problem. I decided to forgo the repair and replace the unit instead. Ricky gave an estimate and after a little study, I decided to have him do the job. The install was done as promised and my new furnace seems to be working great. Highly recommended!

I called on a Sunday afternoon when my AC started blowing hot - later that evening after having to leave a family gathering, I got my air conditioner repaired and it has worked perfectly ever since!

Will use again...have already referred to others

Everything went well. He checked everything and everything was good to go. He did everything I asked. He let me know about how to fix some things. He told me how to do some short cuts if I didn't really want to go through the right way.
