Checkup resulted in some required repairs which were performed while on-site. The work was accomplished efficiently and in a professional manner. I would highly recommend Ricky to anyone lookingfor quality work at a reasonable price.

I contacted the Robinson Heating & Air to get a second opinion because of a previous inspection estimate that I received was very high for preventive maintenance. Ricky promptly responded, came out very quickly, found one problem and fixed it in no time, at a fraction of the cost that was previously given to me. I will be using Robinson Heating & Air in the future.

Diagnosed it quickly and cleaned corrosion off ends, cleaned filter too and was finished in about 20 minutes. Works perfectly since. Extremely satisfied and highly recomend, absolutely the best in quality, price and professionalism!

I called Mr Robinson Tuesday night around 10PM and left a voice mail reporting a massive overflow of condensation in our A/C unit. He called me back at 8:30 the next morning, arrived that day and had the problem fixed in short order. He is simply the best A/C person I have ever seen. I'll never call anyone else. Ricky, don't lose his number!

Ricky is always a pleasure to do business with. He is professional and punctual. The heat pump replacement went well. He did have to remove the wood molding around the opening to the attic to get the air handler install. The molding was replaced with only minor damage. The heat pump works fine although there was a very slight 'puttering' sound. I called Ricky and he came over and found that the air handler was causing a harmonic vibration to a bracket. He did not have the insulating material with him, so I loaned him some rubber insulation which reduced the sound. He said he would be back to put his insulation in place, but I told him that it was enough reduced that he can bring the other insulation over when he does our fall check-up. That should completely eliminate the puttering sound. Just one of those things when you deal with moving parts.

I would highly recommend them again! He was on time, respectful, clean and overall a great person to deal with. Reasonably priced for serviced, and did a great and efficient job! If your in the winder area and need service done for your heating and air, this is the person you need to call. I will definitely be using them again! Thank You! Ricky was very responsive to our request to come look at our heater that wasn't blowing any air. He was on site within a few hours and diagnosed the issue as a bad start up capacitor on the blower. He had one in the truck as this is a fairly common issue and had us up and running within 20 minutes of arriving. We will definitely use his services again in the future if needed.

Fix A/C. Only needs minor part Ricky inspected all parts and only fixed what needed fixing. Arrived ahead of schedule.

Checks made. Inside and outside. Heat pumps were in good shape so no additional work required.

Mr. Robinson called about 20-30 min before he arrived. I found him to be a genuinely easy individual to talk with. He checked my units and informed me of their status. He educated me on the differenced between flex and pipe tubing. We discussed some work that he will be doing in the basement early this spring. I was very pleased with work and evaluation of our HVAC system. I really found that dealing with the gentleman who owns the company to be more satisfying then working with a bigger HVAC company.

Ricky was absolutely amazing! If you need someone to work on your A/C or heat he is the one. Very punctual and good prices too. Would highly recommend.

This particular visit to replace the bad switch went really well, as is usual with him. He replaced the part and only charged us for the part. We have a good working relationship, where he has fixed very major things and very minor ones as well. Each time I have felt that he is either very fair or beyond fair with his charge. He always lets you know up front what he thinks the problem is, what he estimates the options and costs are, and how long it'll likely take. I really can't ask for anything better.

Decided not to have any work done at that time. However, we will definitely call on them again for a new estimate if we decide to have the work done. Very professional and thorough.

Mr. Robinson was professional, courteous, and arrived on time. He determined the cause of the problem and had it repaired within minutes. Mr. Robinson was knowledgeable and patiently answered all of our questions. Most of all he was honest with his prices, did not try to over charge us, or sell us things we did not need. We highly recommend Mr. Robinson and will call him again in the future.

Ricky responded to my call within two hours of my request, which pleased me to no end. Upon arrival, he quickly diagnosed the problem and assisted us in emergency help to get through the night. He returned again the next morning and performed the necessary repairs to return the unit to working order. He was very professional and courteous, plus I felt he was being honest with me. Also, his charges are fair. I would definitely use him again.

Ricky, said he thought he knew what the problem was when I described what had happen over the phone. He came out 2 hrs. later and fixed the problem. AC has been working fine since.

I called Mr. Robinson this morning at 9am and told him our AC wasn't working since the evening before, and I thought it was the fan motor on the compressor unit that was not working. He arrived shortly after noon, and went right to work. 10 minutes later he had the AC running, after changing some capacitor for the compressor fan motor. On one of the hottest days of the year, they put our problem on top priority and responded extremely quickly, and completely the job in record time and very inexpensively. We barely broke a sweat. I will always be calling him first any time I have an AC need.

Ricky is an awesome guy and seems to be a very competent HVAC contractor. He was very responsive and arrived on time Saturday morning 8:00 AM. He identified the problem and added freon within 30 minutes. Ricky advised the leak appeared to be slow and the freon would likely last the season and maybe even two. My HVAC system is 22 years old. We discussed future coil repair/replacement and air conditioner replacement options and costs. He did not try to push anything on me. Ricky seems to be a very honest individual. I will absolutely use his for all of my future HVAC needs and would / will refer him to anyone that asks for my opinion.

The low voltage cables running to the outside ac unit were accidentally mangled by a weed eater. Cables touched and resulted in a burnt out transformer. We called Robinson at about noon and the tech arrived here about 12:30. Work was completed in about 45 minutes. He was very thorough, clean and courteous.
