Our upright freezer stopped working. Called Appliance Repair Solution and got a tech out within a little over an hour. Service call was 40.00 and that went towards repair. The tech was very friendly, knowledgeable and honest. He diagnosed problem within 5 min. and had our freezer working like new within 30min. Was it worth the total cost for repair of 145. You bet! Much less than cost of new freezer which would have been over 500. We would definitely use Appliance Repair Solution again.

He came out the same day and was very professional, kind and efficient. I would recommend his services !!!

Initially positive experience , responded quickly, he was not prepared to the the job, he came by himself, did not use his available equipment to prevent the damages to the floor. He did not take responsibility for the damages initially. When pressed for the resolution he was misleading in regards to general insurance. Droop the washer on its back while moving it.

The technician was good about calling to update his arrival time and showed up when he said he would. An extra part that he did not have on the truck was required for an unexpected separate repair but he called around 8:00 p.m. to say that he had picked up the part could come back on his way home to install it. I gave him an A+ for customer service!
