Alex showed up on time checked my microwave and said it needed a new Magnetron. He said he needed to order it and he would be back in two days. He said he needed half the total repair payment at that time to continue work. I gave him that money. He returned in two days with the part and installed it but the microwave still did not work. He said it was not worth fixing at that point and he would refund me the difference in the fee to come our and diagnose the issue and the amount I paid for half the service which is $65. It has been about 4 days since this happened and no payment

The owner and lisa called me at 9:30 AM to try to intimidate me to take down my 2 star review or my 90 day warranty wont be valid! My dryer was repaired and after 24 hours it stopped working

I was able to get a same day appointment within hours of initial inquiry. The price of $185 to repair my dryer seemed a little steep considering the part was $10 and the labor was 10 minutes. However, it was cheaper than buying a new dryer and the service was fast and efficient, so I canâ t complain. Would recommend!!

Alexy was able to replace a burned out magnetron in an over the stove microwave oven for a reasonable price. Taking the appliance apart and reassembling it takes prior experience. Good job.

We booked this company for a dryer repair today based on their reviews and Alex the technician just left our house and my wife and I are 125% DISGUSTED with the level of service we experienced here. All we needed was a fuse replaced and this company charged us $220.00 for a 5 minute repair (not including the cost to diagnose as it was waived if hired) that cost on average $80-$130. This place took advantage of us because they could. Alex was absolutely terrible. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GREEDY RIDICULOUS COMPANY. You will be sorry! I will be posted this review everywhere and telling everyone about this poor company.

I called yesterday afternoon and he came early this morning. He was prompt , courteous and fixed my freezer. The condenser coils were dirty from cat hair so it would freeze up then leak. I will definitely use them again!

Andriy Komarevtsev is rather pricey, his work doesnâ t hold up, nor does he stand behind his work. Our project was simple: replace a burner on the stovetop in Marietta, July 2021. It worked fine for a few months then got flakey and was on and off because of a loose connection on the install. Repeated messages left for him (email, voicemail and text) went unresponded to. Weâ ll not half to hire somebody else and pay for it again.

Andrew was on time and worked fast. He explained the issue to me, quoted it and fixed it right away.

This company was quick to schedule an appointment which was good. Their pricing was kinda high compared to Lowes installations. However they did a good job, but charged me extra to have another helper on hand to install a GE monogram range hood.

They sent a man out that day which i needed. He explained everything . the refrigerator was up and running in no time. He explain that the heating coil was on its way out He told me it could go in 3 weeks or so. he is coming back to replace that. I will use then again if needed

Great experience. Scheduling the appointment was seamless. Alex contacted me prior to arrival, and he arrived within the scheduled time frame. He diagnosed the issue in a timely manner, and a new part was needed. After ordering and receiving the new part, Alex returned and installed the part. I highly recommend hiring this company for appliance repair.

Hired them to fix my broken dishwasher. The repairman came and determined I needed a new pump which had to be ordered; said he would return in 1-2 days once it arrived. He left the drain hose stuck in a bucket for the residual water in the dishwasher to drain out. The hose was not properly secured so the hose slipped out of the bucket and water ran all over my wooden floors and warped them. Water also dripped into the basement. Two days after, he returned and replaced the pump. A week and a half afterward, my dishwasher started tipping forward. I called and reported this. The lady who answered sounded annoyed with me! Yesterday, the repairman came back out and attempted to re-secure my machine. Told me one of the brackets was damaged. He secured the unit and left. Yesterday evening the machine started tipping forward again. I looked and discovered that instead of the two brackets securing the machine to the underside of the cabinet, there is now only one. As in, he did not replace the broken bracket. I called again to register this complaint. I asked to speak to the manager. I was told he would call me. It is now the end of the day and I have received no call. In all my years of homeownership, this is the absolute WORST repair experience I have had. Ever! I will eat my loss and hire another (reputable) repair service to properly secure my dishwasher. Lesson learned.
