Friendly service man

The tech was scheduled between 4 &7 because I work from 9-5 but agreed to leave early to meet them. I received a call around 2 PM stating they were in the area. I told them again, I was at work and could not just leave my employment. I left early to get to the house and the tech did not get there until 7:30 PM. He seemed confident, but I believe a $40 service fee is too much.

They could not resolve no determine what was wrong with my dishwasher. They promised that someone with more expertise will come but two weeks have passed and no one contacted me.

Fridge stopped cooling. They told us $40 to tell us what’s wrong. Came and then said will have to come back tomorrow and additional $80 because will take longer to tell what’s wrong. Never have had to do that for telling what’s wrong after saying $40 initial. Then were told compressor is out and will cost $600-800 so we decided not worth fixing and will now have to buy a new plus $120 to tell us what’s wrong.

Way way way overpriced $339 to install a $29 switch and 45 minutes

Arrive at the time promised. Completed repairs and cleaned my dryer for a fair price.

Punctual on both occasions they came. Addressed & fixed both issues - ice maker and dishwasher. Didn't know it would be two separate service call charges despite making one trip, but Dmitri offered to work on the ice maker and if the solutions didn't work he would only charge the service charge, which I thought was fair. Also didn't know about the extra 3.5% charge to use a credit card. Who uses checks these days? Ultimately, Dmitri did a great job, was very professional, and returned on time with the parts to complete the job later in the evening. Glad it's all working now!

Vasyl was very helpful, he talked me through what he had to do and waited until the dishwasher was working. Awesome job. Very friendly. I would use them again.
