The repair representative was very friendly and professional. He diagnosed the problem correctly and quickly. They didn’t have the part in stock so he picked the part up on his day off and came to install it on New Year’s Day. I highly recommend this company for any Appliance repair.

Dmitriy's response time to our initial call was great! We were told when to expect him and he called 30-45 mins before he arrived. His demeanor and work ethic were exceptional and when he couldn't get the part until the next morning, he arrived early and the dishwasher was running again after about 30 mins. We would definitely recommend this professional and would use him again!!!
