These guys were fantastic! They finally fixed my leak problem! After they did that, they inspected the washer for other faults and fixed those too without me even asking to! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. They were at my house before my appointment window, they worked fast (about 45 minutes), and I felt very comfortable letting them into my house. I will never go to another appliance repair company ever again and will tell all my friends and family in the area about them.

The technician called on his way to my home, very friendly new what he was doing. He showed me the problem with my wash machine, opened the big price book gave the price , I agreed he completed the repair. Done, in and out in 40 minutes.

The estimate to replace the heating element and clean the duct was $700.00 which is what I paid for the dryer 7 years ago. I paid $40.00 for the service call because I did not have exact change ($35). It was nearly 9:00 pm and I just wanted this stranger out of my house. When I called Samsung, the quote for the heating element plus shipping was $98.00.
