It went well. Andrey showed up on time and got right to work. He needed to order one of the parts; when it came in, he came and installed them both in a timely manner. I would definitely hire Appliance Repair Solutions again.

Well. He gave me a diagnosis and price for the work. We decided to replace the unit instead of repair.

Friendly service, from first phone call to in-person visit. Set reasonable expectations, and offered fair estimate as well as a fast repair and easy invoicing. Didn't try to "over sell" me more than I needed, and it felt so good to have it all done in one day. 10/10 would recommend, and I saved their number to my phone - if I ever need anything done, I am calling them

Technician arrived on time and completed the repair timely. Pricing was competitive and they responded quickly to my initial call. Phone estimate was accurate. No surprises.

Parts replacement were needed and had to be ordered. Repairs were made on old parts to keep everything working temporarily until replacement parts could be installed. Good service and prompt repairs were made.

I called Appliance Repair Solutions of Atlanta. 1. They answered the phone. 2. They send Andrey out the very next day. Andrey was timely, hard working and polite. I actually was able to send him photos of my washer and dryer model numbers in advance as well as what I suspected was the issue, which I feel expedited the repair process. He arrived ready and with the parts necessary. I first had the dryer serviced and an additional visit for the washer (he had to run diagnostics on the first visit and order the parts). I cannot comment as to the price because I have no idea what the industry standard is for either of these repairs. I paid roughly $250 per visit - parts and labor and was given a 30 day warranty on parts and labor for both. Thank you.

Very, very well.. A part was needed, which the repairman ordered and installed. The cost was reasonable, too.

He did have to come the next day when the problem re-occurred. However he was prompt on both occasions and fixed it on the second attempt. Initially he found a piece of glass stuck in pumps impeller. He also checked the drains and they looked good with no obstructions. When the problem re-occurred the next day he came out and cleared out the entire drain line which corrected the entire problem. They do offer a senior citizen discount. I would definitely hire them again.

Vasyl was great. He called me within a minute of my requesting a job on Angie’s List. He completed the work the next day, kept me updated step-by-step regarding parts, costs and time. He needed to go back to his warehouse to get another unanticipated part, but was back quickly. All work finished in just a couple of hours. He was always quick to respond to my texts. Thank you!
