Awful. I paid 276$ Kevin installed new ice makeR at time of assessment I asked how he was sure it was ice maker and not infrared system . Oh it’s almost always the ice maker the infrared hardly ever goes out . He told me to wait for 24hrs in 2 hrs no ice called and was told that repair guy said to wait 24 hours ( baby screaming in background on call). He text that same night as call asking if water coming out of water dispenser . Told him yes . I also went on YouTube to inquire about problem , sent him the video how to check infrared . I did the check myself and it was the infrared I did the bypass on the curcuit and sure enough . I sent a text asking since it didn’t work and I already paid 276$ how did he want to proceed .... never returned call , never came back . I ordered the optic boards on amazon . 26$ fixed myself . So chances are it was never the ice maker itself . I’m out 276$ . NEVER HIRE This Co.!!!!!! technician name Kevin part was 110$ 166$ to install , in less then 10 minutes . Do NOT Hire!!!

It took awhile to defrost but it works great now.

Parts replacement were needed and had to be ordered. Repairs were made on old parts to keep everything working temporarily until replacement parts could be installed. Good service and prompt repairs were made.
