They said the dishwasher heater needs to be changed and they did replace it with a new one but I end up with water leak and still the dishes are not clean or dry.

Alex asked me to wait 24 hours to allow icemaker to produce ice. I waited all day on 6/13/‘24, no ice. I called him and he said he was too busy to come back on 6/13/‘4, but would return on 6/14/‘24 at 8:00am. He did not show, . I attempted to call him multiple times, and text he did not respond. I then called to submit complaint

I WOULD NEVER EVER HIRE HIM AGAIN, AND VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AND HE WAS COMPETENT ENOUGH TO KNOW HWAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. HE WAS NICELY DRESS BUT DID NOT KNOW WHAT WAS DONE. I HAVE SPENT 80 DOLLAR AND THEY DID NOT GET THE JOB DONE. I WANT A REFUND FOR THIS ONE!!

The repair did not need to be made the repair man was nice enough to other things

I call this company late at night. Surprisingly, a human picked up right away. She was professional and precise. She explained the cost and set me up for a visit the next morning. A young men (Alex I believe) arrived within the promised window, defrosted the fridge, clean up the cols in the back, removed the faulty motor, cleaned it, said that the motor needed to be changed and told me the cost. I agreed. He put it all back in place. It was less noisy. So, he asked me whether I still wanted it to be replaced. I said yes. He ordered the part, came the next morning. Installed it. Works fine now. The price was reasonable. It was a good experience. I wish that other companies had that same human touch and efficacy.

Good repair company. Came on time, diagnosed the issue quickly (leaking hose). Tan out for 20 minutes to get the part, came back and repaired it. Super professional, very easy.

Diagnosis through and great value for money charged. Decided to purchase new freezer due to extensive repairs old one required.

Here is the story: Company responded fast and sent a repairman the same day. The repairman took the dryer apart, did all kind of electric measurements and diagnosed that the motor needed to be replaced. He gave a total price of $325.00 for the repair with half of it upfront, and added that almost a week was required to order a new motor. Since the dryer had been taken apart I thought it would be wise to take the offer. He came as scheduled to replace the motor, but then he proceeded to replace the timer instead. When I asked about the motor he mentioned that many times the timer is also defective and it was better to start there first. As soon as the timer was replaced the dryer worked (no need for a new motor). He mentioned that the timer is as expensive as the motor, which I later verified online. Around $125 for any of the two. I assume there was no need to dismantle the dryer if the timer had been identified as the problem. He finished the job properly and the dryer is working now, which I am grateful for.

After paying another company and "parts on backorder" call them. Came out on Labor day and got the refrigerator cooling and came back 2 days later to finish the job.

Awful. I paid 276$ Kevin installed new ice makeR at time of assessment I asked how he was sure it was ice maker and not infrared system . Oh it’s almost always the ice maker the infrared hardly ever goes out . He told me to wait for 24hrs in 2 hrs no ice called and was told that repair guy said to wait 24 hours ( baby screaming in background on call). He text that same night as call asking if water coming out of water dispenser . Told him yes . I also went on YouTube to inquire about problem , sent him the video how to check infrared . I did the check myself and it was the infrared I did the bypass on the curcuit and sure enough . I sent a text asking since it didn’t work and I already paid 276$ how did he want to proceed .... never returned call , never came back . I ordered the optic boards on amazon . 26$ fixed myself . So chances are it was never the ice maker itself . I’m out 276$ . NEVER HIRE This Co.!!!!!! technician name Kevin part was 110$ 166$ to install , in less then 10 minutes . Do NOT Hire!!!

It took awhile to defrost but it works great now.
