Vasyl was great. He called me within a minute of my requesting a job on Angie’s List. He completed the work the next day, kept me updated step-by-step regarding parts, costs and time. He needed to go back to his warehouse to get another unanticipated part, but was back quickly. All work finished in just a couple of hours. He was always quick to respond to my texts. Thank you!

Vasyl was prompt, courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the broken part on my washer in less than 2 hours. I would not hesitate to call him again.

On 7/19 I contracted with Mr Khodak to perform the work on 7/20 between 8-10 am! By 9:30 he had not shown, so I called him and he told me that I was not on his calendar! He offered to come at 11 am, however, that was not convenient for us, so we said no. He then hung up! He did not offer another more convenient time! Therefore, his professionalism is questionable, also his reliability! I would not hire him again!

Appliance Repair Solutions scheduling was fast. Technician arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly. Although he did not have all the parts needed. He fixed what he could and came back the next day with new parts and finished everything. Andrey is good man and very knowledgeable.

They correctly diagnosed the issue. With replacement cost, would have been approximately $300. They were able to take apart the dishwasher and clean the part, eliminating the need for replacement. They also had to chip out the ceramic tile in front of the dishwasher that they did without complaint. They also noted improper initial installation and installed the correct bracing. They will get a call from us for our next appliance repair.
