I tried calling several other plumbers at first and the answer was all the same: they either didn’t answer their phone or they wouldn’t be able to come and even take a look until Monday. I kept trying various companies and finally called Rooter ProXpress and I am so glad I did! They worked a miracle, in my opinion. The tech was personable and empathetic and he quickly removed our ancient water heater and installed a new one in less than 4 hours! I had hot water again and was back to entertaining my guests in time for dinner. I will always remember the great service and professionalism I received from Rooter ProXpress! Bowen's is a family and locally owned business with over 35 years of service at the same location. We cover septic tank systems in every way from inspections to large commercial installations. Our service is prompt and professional. We cover the entire Atlanta Metro Area. We offer routine maintenance, backups/emergencies as well as full system repairs and installation. Financing is available.
"Well, the markings for all utilities were taken, but these guys still decided to bring a bobcat, without hesitation as to what could be in the ground, tore up my sprinklers. Common sense, a shovel should have been used for the first few minutes to determine if any wires, pipes (which isn't ideal location) was next to the tank. I was in a meeting, if only the meeting wasn't taken place, i would have stopped them from using a bobcat to rip into the ground without first carefully checking what's near. There are two pvc pipes sticking out of the ground with no purpose, maybe other than to warn something is near the tank. First these guys thought it was my main water line, with all the water pouring out! Thank goodness it wasn't. Then one of the guys explained my septic tank was between my ranch fence and wanted to get his sledgehammer to break the fence. Mind you, I took the fence down or gate in 25 minutes. End, cost me $2500 for the risers, and will cost Me another $1000 for the sprinklers! To management, ry and get your guys to care a bit more about your potential customers property! I'm not sure why all the positive ratings on Google, but I can't help wondering if there's something ? about my house hold that is different!"
