Description of Work: Their representative came and gave us an estimate to install a dishwasher, connect a drain to the new sink and install a faucet. The only new thing was the sink. The dishwasher and faucet were previously installed in the same place. We told their representative to leave our home. The price was way to high. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: West replaced a shower fixture and added a spigot to my back yard. Both jobs were done exceptionally and cleanup was flawless. Professional courteous, and prompt. I was very pleased with the work. The only issue, and a very minor one, was that the shower cartridge was installed backwards. It could have been due to the faucet that I supplied and it was installed incorrectly at the factory. It was able to easily correct it so it was really not a big deal.

I apologize that our technician repeatedly pushed a water extraction company. Water extraction companies were paying referral fees directly to our technicians but because of repeated complaints of this nature, we implemented a policy over a year ago that no longer allows employees to receive these referral fees or kick backs of any kind. We will still offer a referral of a water extraction company if we feel their services may be required but rest assured, our technician has no monetary purpose in doing so. Your work was scheduled for and completed on February 7, 2013 in which we repaired a leak at your water heater as well as a leak at your kitchen sink. The total charge for these repairs was $217.41. Very professional and very fast.
Description of Work: The tech replaced a Moen shower single control cartridge in approximately 5 minutes with a replacement part that he had on his truck. He had to shut off the water and then turn it back on at the meter at the street in the middle of a downpour which he did with out complaint or delay. I was impressed.

I had two other companies come out to give me estimates. The Plumbing Doctor said I needed to have all my plumbing pipes replaced to the tune of $3200. The second plumber, came out and said they'd have to tear up the slab and that it'd be about $500. Then the guys from West came out and said we can fix it now for $80. It took them about an hour and they provided additional info on the "bad pipes" from the Plumbing Doctor. The pipes only needed replacing if they were deterioting or leaking -- which they weren't.
Description of Work: West repaired a nail hole in a pipe at the base of my slab floor. They did it in about an hour when they came out to give me an estimate. They replaced the piece of plastic pipe.

Late on 1/21 no call to notify of tardiness. Service man was not careful where he placed dirty old parts. Serviceman was very polite, other than that. On both occasions, we were very pleased with West Plumbing.

Professional service. Responded promptly and performed repairs well. Honored guarantee 26 days later. Techinicians were very courteous and professional. Overall, the service was pricey but we received the high quality service that we paid for.
Description of Work: Repaired leaky faucet and wobbly toilet. They honored their 30 day guarantee when on 5/19/09 they returned to repair wobbly toilet again.
