Did wonderful work in a timely and professional manner. We are still very pleased with the product three years later. We will be using them again.

We had our Fla. room closed in. Fantastic glass windows and sliding glass door. We had floor and roof. We love it.

They installed a carport door, utility door, and also the front porch door. They also changed all of the locks in the doors so all of the keys would match each door. They did a great job, everything was very good. We were really pleased with the time frame they completed the work, and the sales person was very nice as well.

I needed a broken glass replaced in a house window to settle an estate. The people at Champion Window came out and took measurements, but had to order a speciality glass and did the work after I left the area. The work was inspected by my realtor and she told me they had done a good job. The house passed inspection and was sold with no further window problem.

The work Champion performed was great. According to an estimate, and was performed last year. Workmanship was great.

Everything went great. They were very helpful and it was a good product. I sold the house yesterday and the patio looked really good.

Their service was fine, they did a good job. The technicians did a good job and I do know they subcontract the work and it was done well. Champion oversaw the work and guaranteed it. The cost was reasonable. The subcontractor was average.

The service has been fantastic. I am very pleased with them. They kept me informed with the manufacturing and the installation. Everyone there was great to work with. They were informative, quick, and they were able to do extra tasks as well.

They did a great job. The price is high but well worth it. I do wish that someone would have called to follow up but everything else has been good. The door does need an adjustment in the hinges as it will not shut by itself. They were hispanic guys from Fort Valley and they have been with Champion for several years and they did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves.

They sent two men first to set up the appointment and handle the payment. They were very friendly , almost too friendly. Once, the service men arrived, some of the arrangements were changed and what had previous been told to us - was different - even with the cost and repayment. We are extremely proud of the new door and it was worth the cost - but we felt as though the men gave us conflicting information.

Company prompt in giving estimate and ready for installation during the week they estimated.

Estimator was punctual and courteous. He provided great detail concerning the quality of the windows and status of his company. Unfortunately, their cost was nearly double that of two other estimates we reviewed. Did not chose to go with Champion.

They were outrageously expensive so we didn't even consider them. The guy was nice.

I was very pleased with the work. They did a great job. It has really helped with the heating and cooling as well.

The workers arrived around 9-10:00 o'clock as promised.Took approximately 5-6 hours and everything was cleaned up all debris removed.The employees of Champion Windows were very nice and courteous.

I have a home in a historic district, so I had Champion Windows replace the eight windows in the back of my home first. This way I could make sure that they looked ok and would comply with the historic standards. They look great and I will now be asking permission from the district to complete the front ones. The windows look EXACTLY the same as my old ones, other than they no longer have the bubbles in the window panes and they look like they received a fresh coat of paint. It was so easy to work with Champion. I was expecting to have to clean up some after the work, and I didn't end up having to clean up anything! They were here within the time frame quoted. The workers were quiet and very professional.

Did not contract with them due to the overpriced estimate. Slick advertising and salesman

They were here when they said they would be and performed the task that was agreed upon. The people we scheduled with and who did the work were professional and polite. We have no complaints. They did a good job and even replaced some rotting around the windows without extra cost.

I like them all. They were great and did the work on time. Talk them down in price.

We were not really happy with some of their installers. They don’t communicate if they messed something up, and they don’t clean up very well after the job. They did responded to our complaints about what was broken by their installers, and they replaced what was wrong. The actual finish product does look good.

The salesman came out to do the presentation a few days after I called the office. He was polite, prompt, well-groomed and seemed knowledgeable. He did tell me one thing incorrect about the windows; whether it was intentional, only he knows. He spent about an hour and a half at the house, very different from another estimate that took about 15 minutes. He measured the doors and windows, prepared the paperwork, including charges, but left the original with me until I'd made up my mind. We agreed that he would call after the first of the year. On 1/3, he called and left a message. I didn't call back for several months but he never hassled me. In fact, that was the only time he called until I called back. We made an appt for him to return, we completed the paperwork AGAIN which I thought was a waste. He said someone else would be coming out to remeasure the windows and make final arrangements. He came, spent about 15 minutes, and said the windows and doors would be in in about 8 weeks. The windows and doors were a week late if I remember correctly. We set a date to begin installation. They came early that morning, about 30 minutes before they were scheduled to arrive. There was a sufficient number to get the work done in one day. The supervisor asked me to check and call the office if i was unhappy with anything. Several window "seats" were not replaced. It was my understanding that any damaged ones would be replaced.The supervisor said this was not in the contract , but I remember specifically asking for it. When they came out to look at the window seats, they found that one door had not been caulked. In my opinion, this should have been found by the supervisor BEFORE they left my house after doing the work. I asked them to check all the other windows and doors, which they did. Also, when I called to report the problem, the manager became snippy with me stating that i had not yet paid my bill. This was even though i had signed a finance agreement and paid approximately half down. One of the doors does not shut properly. I have not yet called to have that corrected.
