Allen out of Topeka should not be trusted. He lacks accountability for his actions and he doesnt seem to mind blaming customers for his short falls. It should never take 6 months to get a door in. Then Mike his manager doesnt seem to want to be bothered to listen to what happened as its a "waste of my time" We were a valued customer for many years to now be treated like this. The Kansas team does care except for Della. She is the only one who tries to get things fixed. So disappointing.

6 months later still havent fixed my door. The communication is terrible and no end in site to get it fixed properly. They dont respond when asked when itll arrive and each department gives you the run around.

Vinyl siding has been ordered. Communication and progress has been very good. Everyone has been very professional. Everything has been on time. So far would hire champion again

It took a few months for them to get started due to the volume of work they had, but the work went quickly once they started. We are very pleased with the finished product.

The Champion employees arrived early and went right to work. They did a fantastic job and, despite encountering some difficulties, pressed through and completed the entire project in one day, as promised. They did a beautiful job installing the windows and they look great!

Haven't started yet. Its been awhile since materials were ordered. I know it's not their fault for shipping due to area circumstances but should have started by now. I get biweekly updates from the sales rep. He is good. Not sure about PM and workers. Taking way too long. I was afraid of this happening.

Everything went great from the beginning to completion. Everyone was very professional. House looks great.

Never did the gutters and siding. I signed a contract and they asked for thousands of dollars more because they made a mistake. I said no. Discovered that they did not price everything I asked. Fired them off the gutter/siding job. Door project took over six months to complete. Supposed to be all white except the door. They created the frame in all white except two pieces that are tan. No one can explain why. The two ladies who took over my projects did a great job as did the team who installed the door. But the tan pieces, not pricing it properly and saying they will cancel a signed contract unless I pay more? Add to that the fact I had to wait six months and the entire experience was a disaster. Not only no but a thousand times no, I would never recommend this company. The only reason I gave one star is because this survey required at least one.

Work have not been done because Jay Tarvin lied on the contract with champion that we agreed to and will not return my phone calls. Jay would not give me my contract until the three day cancellation date had ended.

Perfect. They were ontime for every appointment and very professional. My windows look gorgeous and it really made a difference with the heat in that west facing room. Could not be more pleased.

Removed bathroom vents from soft-fit refused to reinstall until I told them I was going to back charge for me to reinstall. Removed electrical junction boxes for flood lights did not reinstall they threw the boxes away I had to go buy boxes and reinstall.

They enclosed the breezeway with windows and doors, and they installed a sliding glass door on the side of the house. There were some changes and interuptions but they always made it right.

Sergio and Al were actually early (no problem we're retired) and went right to work. Can't believe how easy these guys made it look. Very Professional! Geat work just like last time.

They showed up earlier than I expected that day, very polite, answered all my questions, and I was extremely pleased with the quality of the install and product. I plan on installing more windows with them, They cleaned up their mess and left everything in perfect condition. They even took time to answer all questions at the end of the installation.

They were very prompt with coming and doing the job without lingering. They did it timely. I've had to call them a couple of times, it was always something I wasn't sure about my windows and they were very good about that. It was nothing to do with their workmanship, it was just a question I had with opening and with cleaning.

They did it very well. They worked it out really well. They had just done other windows on the houses in our neigborhood and I got good responses from them. I had good interactions with them. They came out and pre-measured, came out again to measure then came out to install it. They seem to be very professional. The windows are perfect right now and they seem to be fine. They are good but they are kind of expensive.

They had a very excellent presentation. I would absolutely use them in the future.

It went so smooth. You don't expect Installers to be so happy, but these were HAPPY installers. It was a very pleasant experience. The windows are much better quality than what we had

We had a couple of problems with them but they were resolved. The original measurement was not correct so they had to replace it with a smaller window. The lead contact person Al was excellent. He had two woodworkers who we also enjoyed working with. Al was very helpful.

The service was great. They were very thorough. When they replaced the windows they also had to replace the framing. We had some termite damage in one area and they did a great job re-posting the whole frame. We also had water damage in the garage area and they worked extra hard to fix the area prior to installing the window. All the work was included in the original fee including water, termite or any other type of damage unlike other providers we received estimates from. They worked so hard, from morning to night trying to get things done for us. They were courteous, responsive and polite. We are very happy with product and the workmanship.

They were very nice people. It wasn't an easy project for them to do so it took them awhile to figure out how to add the sunroom to my house. My daughter had multiple conversations with Michael, the owner, who was easy to talk to and to get along with about the design. The project took around three months to complete. The finished product is beautiful.

From the moment we contacted Champion, each and every individual we came in contact with were professional and friendly. Brandon was nice and patient in taking the time to answer all our questions. The contractors worked very hard each and every day they were here, and did an outstanding job cleaning up after themselves - special kudos to Manny and Joseph. Our sunroom turned out beautifully.

They gave us a free service as far as giving us a free quote but they were too expensive. They were very thorough in doing the quote. They were prompt in coming out and giving us an estimate but the quote was too high.
