Description of Work: Replaced four windows. Added a sunroom. Took longer than the salesman led us to believe, but the installation crew was great to work with! Once room was installed, we began to notice popping sounds in the middle of the day. Turns out the metal coating on the roof makes these sounds and there is nothing to stop it. Wish the salesman had told us about the snap, crackle, pop sounds... if so, we may have gone for a gabled roof with shingles instead. Overall, a positive experience.

Description of Work: I had siding installed on the wood portion of my home and had siding materials installed on the gable. They had problems reinstalling my gutters back in place. I had to called them multiple times to fixed them,and they had been punctuated in repairing them. I think the sliding on the gable, could have been installed better, because it does not look as great as it should. I had heard good things about them, but I was not impressed with their work to be honest.

I found a phone number tied to this address and spoke with her mother and she had no need for windows or any other exterior renovations. Once the windows arrived in Macon, the installation was scheduled and the 3 workers arrived on the scheduled day and systematically removed and replaced all the windows. They were very courteous and professional. All debris was picked up and removed. The door installation required an electrical outlet be moved. An electrician was called and the electrical work completed in a timely manner. Prior to their departure the foreman demonstrated the operation of the new windows / door.
Description of Work: Champion replaced all my existing windows and added a French door opening out onto my patio. The installation was completed in 1 day. The installation included all new exterior window trim wrapped in pre-coated aluminum siding. The fit and finish of the new windows is excellent. The new exterior trim matches the color scheme of the house. The price is high but the window quality is excellent. There is a noticiable reduction is outdoor sounds and heat coming into the home. The only negative is the windows are custom made in Ohio and it took several months to get the new windows and door down in Macon.
