Description of Work: The technician was very prompt, checked the a/c unit and cleared the lines to the unit. He also went into my attic and check the part of the unit for any flaws or issues. I had several questions and he answered them without hesitation and was very knowledgeable. When I called to make the appointment the office clerk who answered the phone was very nice and cordial in helping get the appointment that was convenient for my schedule. Thank you for working so well with me.
