Steve and Hamp were so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. They went out of their way to help give piece of mind with our HVAC system. Would highly recommend Buzzell and especially the service agreement to help ensure your system stays ready.

Stay Away from this company as far as you can. Totally unprofessional, arrogant and overcharging people. I requested service on AC in my 1 bedroom Unit. A technician came, told me he could fix the issue just by adding some Very expensive freon that cost me over $1300 and in 3 days my Unit was not working again. When I disputed the charge, the owner said that he must be paid or would send it to collection. Arrogant, unprofessional people.

Technician was very professional. He did a thorough job on AC units. Cleaned out clog in drain for return unit. Installed a cutoff switch to reduce risk of overflow in drain pan.

I had an complete HVAC change out by Buzzell around 3 years ago (see my prior review). My review remains top notch and is now confirmed. The Tech Serviceman was top notch (Arron) and knew what he was talking about (I've got about 35 years of experience both running and teaching how electrical power plants run, including A/C). I thought I had it diagnosed (a short that was causing the compressor to shutdown/restart) but Arron did a little bit of troubleshooting and determined in was actually a Freon leak (not a short). The Buzzell warranty was for 2 years labor and (from Reem) 10 year parts. Now this is where a grey area occurs. The Freon leak was from a part (covered) but, is the actual Freon also considered a "part". I talked to Mark (the supervisor/manager) who was a major part of my original review. He told me that Reem does normally consider the Freon as a warranty part. However, he offered a discount on the Freon which was probably not much over cost. From my experience (including initial offered prices) I would not hesitate to recommend Buzzell. They have great techs (yeah, Aaron, I mean you) and great management (Mark, if the head gets bigger is going to bust). The guys from Buzzell are all just "hired help". But people can be nasty or they can be nice. With Buzzell, you can want to do business with them again. I like Mark, Aaron and the other people that have come to my house. I think their prices are fair and Mark is something exceptional (again, see my previous review). I am not a Pollyanna. I'm relatively old (65), a Vietnam Era Veteran (married to a Vietnamese). My reviews are scarce (on anything, anywhere). It takes a lot for me to say anything. In fact I'm kind of a negative person. However, this Buzzell review has not changed in 3 years. If it does, I'll let you know.

The had their people on site within an hour of when I called, and it was a Friday afternoon. They worked continually until finished, cleaned up well, and the technician was professional and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great on HVAC - some miscommunication on one area of plumbing that was easily rectified.

It was awesome. Quick to respond, polite and courteous techs. They cleaned up as they were going; couldn't ask for better service. The price was better than expected, didn't try to up sell unnecessary things.

It appears that other people gave great reviews. However, I could not get this company to give me a call back. I tried for over a month. The receptionist promised that someone would get back with me each time I called.

They showed up on time and did a good job.

Excellent, mostly. Chad came by, was very courteous and professional, replaced the garbage disposal, unclogged the sink, asked him to check the bathroom sinks and he cleaned them and left. Excellent work, until later in the evening. We were blanching butterbeans when we noticed the new garbage disposal was leaking as well and called again. A representative was there in less than 20 minutes to change it out and everything worked out fine. I don't blame the disposal leaking on Bussell as I have had other brand new products with defects as well. We were just very pleased with the service and response we got from them. Not real expensive either.

The installers showed up on time and in one day the HVAC had been replaced and operational. They did a good job of cleaning up after themselves and the HVAC unit has performed flawless since March 2016. I have seen a nice reduction in my electric bill for both the summer and winter months compared to the previous years with my older RHEE SERE 6 HVAC. To date the only issue I’ve had is with the drain pipe dripping condensation on my ceiling because it does not sit within the drain pan and it is not insulated. I reported the issue to Buzzell and all that was done to resolve the issue was tape some pipe insulation over the drain line (see Pictures). I guess they don’t sell the correct size of pipe insulation. What I have learn from this job, is that I need to be present when I have this type of work done in my home.

Communication was bad, prices were changed several times and the part was not ordered over a 3 week period. The excuse was they hadn't heard from me. I drove 4 hours for this process to occur and to meet with several people, one which chose to come late without a call or apology. I called several times to find out about cost and to verify when it would be installed. If the service person wasn't sure about ordering the part why not call & verify. I asked to speak with the owner but I was told he they were not sure when he would be back. My concern is that I lost about a month dealing with that company and it should have already been repaired. I was told they would refund me, but that never happen. I would not use Buzzell or Angie's list again

I was out of town and they did all of the work without me present. When I looked at the repairs after payment, I was very pleased with the quality of work. Would definitely use them again.

Technician was very thorough, giving suggestions on how to mitigate risk of flooding and mold proliferation.

They came out the very day I needed them, very promptly. They were right on time, right when they said they'd be here. Richie is very professional, got the job done quickly and cleaned up his mess.

They were very punctual, courteous, and through on the work they performed. Answered questions in detail and completely without hesitation. Very pleased with their work.

We had worried that the coolant had leaked out of the system along with mechanical problems. I know a little about home air systems and was concerned I'd have yet another service come out and immediately suggest complete replacement. Buzzell's servicemen arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the motor with a "rescue motor", and got our old system running like new. They noted that the R-22 level was just fine and got us going quickly. I was so impressed, I went ahead and signed them for regular service and preventative maintenance. Probably the fourth or fifth service I've used at this residence in nine years, but they won me over and I'm glad to have them signed as our service provider.

We came home to find that the master bedroom was not cooling. Other parts of the house appeared to be ok. Later that night, the thermostat went blank which shut down the AC. We called them on a Sunday and agreed to be placed on schedule for Monday to avoid weekend and overtime rates. They came out on Monday and advised the zone board was old and not working and would have to order a new one. The part that came in early Wednesday was not the correct part. This was not Buzzell's fault but the 3rd party vendor. They found a second source and installed the zone board. They got the AC up and running but later that night we found it was still not cooling. They sent out another team and worked with us to adjust the 4-zone thermostat and make other changes. I forgot to sign the check and when I went to the Warner Robins office to sign, Bob Buzzell was there and was very gracious and I'm sure assisted in getting the team out the second time. The admin staff were very professional and the tech reps were very knowledgeable as well as professional. Buzzell is my new plumbing, heating and AC company. We plan to sign a service contract to have our system checked twice a year. Thanks for the great service.

The guys came out and had the AC unit installed in no time. I am pleased with the work they did. I have called a few times since the unit was put in to ask general questions and have always gotten a quick response. I would definitely recommend this company.

The plumber arrived on time and was very professional. The plumber answered any questions that I had and gave me suggestions of somethings that I could update. He was a very diligent worker.
