Value for the Money just isn't there in my opinion. Here's why: I was charged $72.16 for what appears to be a GFCI outlet that did not get installed. I can not imagine that I was charged that much for the technician to look at the plug and re-wire it all in about 5 mins. I also do not agree with the way the billing is handled per the invoice. I would attach a copy of it for your viewing pleasure but do not think it possible. I just like to see in detail what I am being charged for. 3 (3 Ea.) Pole Switch 20 AMP should not cost $81.56/$244.68 (Ea/Total). On top of all that, the appointment was for 3 pm and the technician did not get here until after that. I can excuse that since he did stay until about 8 pm to complete the work I requested he do. I asked the technician about putting up a light outside but after seeing the invoice and the way it is listed, I am having second thoughts about hiring this company for any further work. Overall, I am satisfied with the work performed and maybe I am being to picky about the invoice.

Showed up in 45 minutes on a late Sunday afternoon. What a God sent...

I was impressed with the "introduction" - rec'd a phone call from company to set up a quote, company sent text with arrival time and photo of the electrician; he arrived in company identiified van. was wearing a uniform including company logo and had a photo ID badge. The service was prompt. The electrician was professional, knowledgable, clean and polite. I was asked to do a "walk through" to make sure I was pleased before being presented with a bill. One tip - it is always important not to leave a mess behind. I appreciated the clean up after the job was done.
