Was not really pleased with the initial technicians, price too costly. However when Shan and his helper came, I found professionalism, knowledge and favor. I would definitely hire them again if need be. They did a perfect job of replacing the exhaust fan in the bathroom.

They came and started the work right away but didnâ t finish everything they said they would.

On time, COVID-19 prepared, good worker. Tried to call twice to give an alternate route to my house that day, because of the rain - no answer, or voice mail. Overall, I am satisfied with service. High price for simple service matter.

They actually arrived an hour early! Both young were very knowledgeable, very polite, and finished everything I asked them to check/repair promptly at a reasonable cost.

The service man did an excellent job of removing and installing a outdoor floodlight under the eave of my home.

After a year of trying to get an electrician to our home to wire a a brand new shed for power and getting blown off by numerous electricians because it wasn't a huge job or a commercial job, Mr. Electric showed up and gave us a quote. Quote was reasonable for the work needed so we hired them for the job. They scheduled us in promptly and got the job done quickly. They were pleasant and professional. I had ordered a ceiling fan to be installed because our ceilings were too high, i forgot to order a drop for it and they even came back the day after it came in to install it without hesitation. Thank you for the promptness and for doing a great job!
