I called T &T customs on 3/18 and left a message stating that I need a siding work to be done. Joe called me back the next day and gave me an appointment for 3/20 @ 3pm. Around 8:30am, he called me and asked told me that he can come earlier if I wanted and I agreed. he came in time and I told him what my problem is and explained what I need to be done. He said he will be happy to do the job but his work may not solve my problem and gave me an excellent advice on getting to the root of my problem. I thank him very much for his honest and professional opinion. I had four other companies that came and charged me but did not solve my problem. They were all guessing and none of them fixed the problem. Joe was honest and professional.

Joe's painters were professional, polite and flexible. They started working on exterior painting of my home on Monday, arrived ahead of schedule and began preparing the surface for painting. When I had to inform them that only 4 of the 10 gallons of paint I had ordered for the siding were in, they did an excellent job of rearranging their work flow to acommodate the lack of the full order. The remaining 6 gallons didn't come in until Wednesday around 3PM. Thursday it rained all day. On Friday, Joe's crew brought in some extra painters to insure that the job was completed on schedule. I had 3 doors painted as well as the sides of their corresponding storm doors. Two of the doors had wooden grids over the windows (yes - a real bear to paint!). They also painted my front porch with a masonry paint. I was very pleased with the quality of workmanship and with the crew's patience and diligence as I pointed out a few areas to be touched up. When Joe's painters left, the grounds were immaculate. Another great job done by T&T Custom Crafts!! Thanks, Joe and Crew!

I ordered eleven replacement windows from Joe, the owner. He told me he would call the order in and when windows arrived his crew would be out within a week to install them. Joe called me when the windows came in and scheduled a day for installation. Just as he had stated, windows were installed within two weeks of ordering. Yeah!! On installation day, Joe's window crew, Danny and Michael were in my driveway even before there scheduled start time of 9:45.Wow - they were on time - actually, early! They were courteous and ready to go to work. I showed them both around and they immediately began removal of the old windows. Danny has had 31 yrs experience in window installation and he and his partner, Michael, performed their tasks independently, quickly and with precision. As they worked, they efficiently hauled off old debris, thereby keeping the work areas clean and safe. Within 4 hours, I had beautiful new windows! I checked each window to make sure it opened and closed properly, that there were no gaps and that they were actually caulked. I was amazed! This team was one of the few crews I've had perform work for me where I didn't have to clean up after they 'cleaned up' ! Kudos to both of these guys for their good attitude and work ethic! Joe, the owner, cleaned my new windows, filled out all pertinent info in the warranty, and showed me how to operate them. "Oh - and one more thing. Within 3 minutes of leaving my house, Michael drove back up the driveway, leaned out of his truck and said, " You left your checkbook and keys on the box hanging over the side of the truck. They fell off down the street and I happened to see them." I was so shocked at what I had done and that Michael was honest enough to return my checkbook; I alternated between thanking him profusely and covering my mouth with my hands!! God blessed me richly that day! So, thank you, Joe, Danny and Michael for a superb job done with promptness, efficiency, quality, honesty and integrity. You're the best!!!!!!!

Joe and his crew did an excellent job. Even with the uncertainty of possible inclement weather, they still came and did the job in a professional manner. All the windows were installed in less than 5 hours on day one. On day two, the trim was completed. The following week we had a walk through. Joe made sure we were completely happy, satisfied and without doubts before receiving our payment in full. A class act!

As usual, Joe and his team did a great job. Replaced 11 windows in one of our rental houses. The job was completed in less than a day and they look great. The crew completely cleaned up after the job and there was no evidence that they were even in the house. Joe does not accept payment until the job is complete and we are satisfied. This is the fourth house that he has done for us and we are very happy with his work and highly recommend him.

I had 10 sliding windows around the back and side of my home replaced with double hung windows. Joe and his crew were very professional and did an excellent job from start to finish. The windows look great and I couldn't be more pleased. Also, Joe noticed I had a problem with the paint and weather stripping on an exterior door. He sanded the door so it could be painted, repaired the weather stripping and did not charge me for the extra work. This was very much appreciated. I plan to replace the windows on the front of my house soon; and, of course, I will call Joe. I highly recommend his company.

The service provided was excellent. I thought I was going to spend a lot of money fixing several windows that did not align and did not fully closed. Joe came to do an estimate and fixed them all without having to replace any. He charged me only a dollar for fixing all the windows. I am very thankful.

Joe helped to reduce the cost with ideas. His team worked professionaly. And it took only one day to change 29windows. And after job done, his team cleaned the house properly. My wife and I are very happy after change windows.

Our house is approximately 26 years old and the windows are original wood windows. Because of exposure to the elements, we had several windows damaged by water and wood rot beyond repair. Joe Tichenor came out and went over what we would need. His price was very fair and surprisingly affordable, the windows are so nice and the installation was painless. Danny and his crew arrived right on time and were finished in about 6 hours, including cleanup and hauling off old windows. While I always thought purchasing a car was the most challenging decision. Window replacements are right up there with cars.. With that said, I am glad I had taken the time to do my research. After a number of meetings with different companies and listening to the different variation of facts and promises I became very confused and to the point where I almost made a decision not to move forward with the project. However, I was fortunate to make contact with Joe Tichenor, owner of T&T Custom Crafts. His presentation was professional and to the point. While not trying to up sell he provided all the various options and answered all my questions. After our initial meeting I was hesitant to replace all my windows. Joe agreed to just replace six windows in the sun room and I could decide at a later date if I was comfortable to replace the remaining twenty windows. After only one week I called Joe back and placed the order for the remaing windows. Total windows twenty six. The work on both installations was on time and went smoothly. Dan, the installer and his tram worked very efficiently, they were very friendly and not only paid attention to details they also cleaned up after the job was completed. Joe was also on site while the work was being done. and both Joe and Dan made sure I was completely satisfied before requesting payment. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone that is in the market for window replacements. In 2007, a neighbor referred Joe Tischenor of T&T Custom Crafts to me to replace my windows. At the time, I already had 3 quotes from other vendors and almost didn?t give him a call. I?m so glad that I called Joe; he saved me thousands of dollars for better quality Simonton windows that came with an amazing warranty. Joe and his crew replaced all 23 windows in one day with great attention to detail. Recently, I called T&T Custom Crafts for an exterior paint quote. Again Mr. Tischneor?s quote was the best. They were amazingly professional and made sure that I was completely satisfied with their products and services before payment. Initial phone call was able to obtain a good estimate; initial follow-up meeting was low pressure and quick; no initial deposit was required; manufactured on time; installed on time with a team who completed work within 2 hours. Joe personally checked each window, found one dent in a sash and reordered for repair the next week. Payment was not due until all was completed satisfactorily. I will definitely use this company again when I update the rest of my windows. Possibly the easiest company to deal with that I've ever hired for any home improvements. Very satisfied.

The entire process went off without a hitch. Joe was very responsive to my questions and his installers were very professional and courteous. The installed and wrapped 22 windows but also took the time to wrap a few other windows (at not charge) that were not getting replaced. It was truly appreciated. I also like that Joe inspected (and cleaned) every window before letting his crew leave or presenting me with a bill. As for the windows, the standard model offered by Joe are a massive improvement over the builders grade, single-paned windows they were replacing. There is a noticable difference in how the house feels which should translate to a lower electric bill. Great experience and I would recommend T&T to anyone looking for replacement windows.

We really didn't want vinal , so we decided to go with Nichiha siding instead (which we love), but Joe does other siding options as well. Joe and his crew were on time, courteous and respectful of our property. I really can't say enough nice things about Joe as a contractor. He got a quote back to me quickly and wasn't trying to "sell" me on anything. He even offered up ways we could save money. Great guy, great company and by far the best price we were quoted. My siding looks great!

I had a very positive experience working with this company. Joe very promptly returned my initial call and came to my home to give me an estimate. Because of his willingness to sit down with me and discuss my options without no pressure whatsoever, I decided to go with the company practically on the spot. Just a little over a week later, Danny and his crew installed my 11 windows. When one of the windows didn't fit. Joe told me I wouldn't have to pay anything until the last window was reordered and installed. When Joe came to install the last window, he also took the time to clean my sliding glass door that I opted not to replace at this time. I think that was above and beyond the call of duty. I will definitely give him a call when I decide to replace the door.

What! This isn't supposed to happen! Joe came out, looked at the windows and advised me that they didn't need replacement and that it would cost me a lot less to just have the fogging panes replaced. He then recommended another contractor to do the work. I wouldn't have known this and he could have simply done what I asked him to do and made some money off me. All windows replacement completed in a day, outside trims completed in the next day, very efficient and professional.

We hired Joe and his company mainly for his reputation. He has already done some homes in our neighborhood. All praised his work and his crew. We had two other quotes, Joes price was in the mid range. We are very very pleased with their performance and like others, would highly recommend him. They showed up on time. They took down window treatments, removed the old windows, installed replacement windows, replaced any rotted exterior wood window trim and installed aluminum trim on the exterior of the windows over the wood. They then cleaned up the work area completely, cleaned the windows inside and outside and reinstalled the window treatments. They took all old windows with them and made sure we were completely satisfied before they left.
