Our experience with T&T Custom Crafts was nothing short of exceptional. Joe and his team were prompt, courteous and professional in every way. Their teamwork was spot on and there were no surprises. But what really stood out was Joe's attention to customer focus. He made every effort to actually save us money. How refreshing! That is the kind of performance any company should exhibit day in and day out. My only regret is that T&T Custom Crafts can only be rewarded with 5 stars. If 6 were an option they should get them.

This was a scary process. I talked to several contractors which served to inform but also bewilder me. Almost went with another company but installer was brusque and said I'd lose detailing around windows. Then I found Joe. *Clouds parted, angels sung.* Joe walked through the process with me and cleared confusion. Then I met Donnie (installer). Joe said he was good. He is. So good. Detailing remains. I am pleased. Installation went smoothly and quickly. Clean up inside the house was excellent.

Responded promptly to my voice mail requesting service. Joe fit me in to his schedule on short notice for the next day, a Saturday. Let me know he was on the way about 20 minutes before arrival. Excellent communication. Professional and courteous. Diagnosed the issue with the door soon after arrival. Although it appeared that the fix would require replacing the door, Joe managed to repair the door after persevering with several different approaches to fixing the binding. Outstanding overall. Highly recommend. Keeping his service on my contact list for the future.

Joe and his team at T & T Custom Crafts lived up to my high expectations, and then surpassed them! From his friendly demeanor, to his professional and accurate measurements, then advise on what windows, styles, tints, etc. we should use, we felt at ease with him and his expertise. He took care of ordering the windows, getting all the permits, and scheduling the installation, all on a very timely basis, communicating with us the whole way. The install day came and went without a hitch. His man-on-the-spot Danny was just as friendly and professional as Joe. I was told installing all 22 windows would be accomplished in less than a full day, finishing by 2:30,pm. Joe Tichenor, and his team led by Daniel replaced all the windows in our house with Simonton Azure windows with Double-Lifetime warranty from Simonton. The men on Daniel's team were polite, well mannered, and very professional. They completed the entire project in one day with out a hitch. A good reason for not having any installation problems was because Joe probably spent 2 1/2 hours measuring for the project. Professional, fast, and $7,500.00 less than the big box hardware stores. High quality windows too! Our family room feels much more comfortable in the afternoon sun right after the new windows were put in place. We give them the best rating we can....

From the initial meeting to the handshake when the job was completed, we felt confidant we had made a great decision to hire Joe's company for the job. I had 9 windows replaced on the second floor of my home 3 weeks ago. I am very happy with the quality of the windows and the installation. The install crew was professional and quick. All the windows were installed in about 4 hours. I am pleased with the look and the improved insulation in the rooms. I would hire Joe again, and may sooner than later to replace the rest of the windows in my house.

Joe was great and very dependable. He repaired my gutters, and even cleaned them out for me. Went above and beyond to replace, caulk and paint siding that was water damaged. The sliding glass door was old and had fogged. The replacement looks so much better and only took an hour or so for the installation. All the mess was cleaned up after. Highly recommend!

Excellent workmanship and professionalism. The windows are a significant upgrade to the existing ones. Joe spent over an hour doing the estimate and helping determine the location of the leaks. All work was completed on time, within budget, and with a smile. I would definitely hire them again.

My fiancé and I just moved in a house that is about 30 years old so you can imagine, we have a list of things to repair or replace. We hired Joe to install two doors and two windows in our sunroom. He came out to our house at the time he said he would and went right to work. The windows he installed were on our back porch and the stairs were a little “suspect” (one of the many things on “the list”). Joe was able to get both windows and the door up the steps without breaking his neck but was very concerned for the safety of my family and me as it pertained to the condition of our steps. After installing our windows he assisted my fiancé in repairing the steps on our back porch. Joe is a stand up guy, very courteous and professional, an expert at his craft and I am looking forward to doing more business with him in the future. I shopped around for a contractor to replace my windows. I'm so glad I found Joe Tichenor of T&T Custom Crafts. He is great to work with and does not try to do any high pressure sales. He gave me a great quote on project and offers a quality window product. I did my research and contacted other folks for whom Joe did window replacement and they were very pleased.
