Joe was professional and followed his commitments and promises to the letter. His pricing was very competitive. The products are an excellent quality and value. The installation process was painless and met my expectations. His team worked diligently and efficiently to complete the job correctly in 1 day. They were courteous, clean, and professional. I will be calling them for Phase ll of our window project.

He had the best price by far. He saved me over 10 thousand dollars. He and his subs did such a fantastic job! Everything was very well installed. After the install he also mentioned some other issues that needed addressed and didn't charge me for it. With the windows, we were interested in laminated windows, and he looked at the french doors we have and said he could laminate that door as well. He gave us a great deal on the door! This added huge value to our home and dropped the noise drastically. When he says he is going to be there he is. I can't say enough about the service!

Used T & T Custom Crafts 10 years ago for windows in my home at that time. I recently moved and needed new windows in my current home. I returned to Joe and T&T for the second time. During the consult, Joe talked about how windows have updated since my last set was installed. He also gave me some options on what I could do with a double window that would save me some money in the process. After the order was written up there was a couple days before the order would actually be submitted. During that time frame I called Joe to change to one of the cheaper double window options. He called me back as something had been bothering him. I have a very small basement window that was one piece of glass. Joe recommended switching that window to a side sliding window which would provide more security for my home. Nice suggestion Joe. When the windows were installed and it came time for payment, I asked Joe if the amount I owed was the amount on my paperwork. He had reminded me that the option I had chosen was going to save me some money and the amount I owed him was less than the original paperwork he left with me. He is very honest.

We have used T & T Custom Crafts in our first home 10 years ago. When purchasing another home, the first thing we did was replace all of the windows, since the windows were the original ones from 1973. Joe is the most honest, friendly and trustworthy person. We love our T & T windows. I have recommended Joe to several of our friends and they all have informed me they have been extremely happy with Joe. I would not hesitate to hire T & T Custom Craft again for any services they offer. The windows are great - outside noise is reduced and so easy to open and close.

We have worked with Joe's other company (CRSI) for window replacement and repair and had great experiences both times. I highly recommend Joe! The after-purchase service (3+ years later) was as good as the initial whole-house window replacement experience.

Everything went very well ultimately. Joe was very good to work with. He was understanding of our situation and worked very hard to meet our needs while staying within budget which was very important to us. He saved us enough money to be able to get a new front door as well. We had a couple of small issues after all was said and done and he had been paid, but he came right back out and corrected the issues. I would definitely recommend him to a friend or neighbor and would use him again in a heartbeat.

Joe (T&T Custom) was recommended by my parents whom they had used to replace all the windows in their home a few years prior. When I met with him he is very personable and knowledgeable. I had all the windows replaced at that time and 10 years later they have remained a fabulous product providing great insulation for my home. I would definitely use T&T custom for window replacement in the future.

It went well. Four windows were installed within two hours. They cleaned up everything. They were on time, and made sure that I was happy with their work. They definitely knew what they were doing. I will probably use them again. I was very disappointed with other installers in my area and the Atlanta area who either wouldn't return my call or was curt and unfriendly. Mr. Tichinor was very courteous and professional.

As usual, Joe provided a quick quote on the window replacement for a rental property. The installers arrived as scheduled, completed the job in a timely manner, hauled away all of the old windows and left no trace that they were even there except for the beautiful new windows they installed. Joe continues to be great to work with and I highly recommend T&T if you want job done professionally and punctually. Also, they do not ask for payment until the job is done and we are satisfied.

We started with phase 1. Once the windows were ordered Joe had set up an appointment according to our schedule to come in and install the Windows. The installer, Danny, who works with Joe was great at his workmanship. His men that worked with him were experienced also. We were so pleased with our windows we actually call Joe over the next week after installing the 1st phase to come in and do the 2nd phase of the house.

Like 1st phase, 2nd phase also went with punctuality and professionalism. Excellent workmanship throughout. Danny and his workers really knew what they were doing, they took only 3 hours to install 10 windows with new blinds. Thanks to Joe and his team, now my house is almost sound proof.

Joe was the absolute best. He gave his honest opinion about what kind of windows I needed for my townhome that is currently on the market to be sold. He was never pushy at anytime which made him so trustworthy. He came in well below 5 quotes I got from big chain window companies. All of them wanted to charge extra to put my mini blinds back and to put grids in the windows. Joe said his quote included all of the that. He kept his word regarding ordering the windows, installation time etc. Very easy to get in touch with and he let me know each step of the process what to expect so their were no surprises. The windows look great. You will not go wrong using this company. Save yourself the hassle of going through all the quotes I went through. Joe cannot be beat.

It went GREAT! First of all, we love working with fellow Christians and that's what we found with Joe at "T&T CUSTOM CRAFTS". Though he did not preach as he was doing his window presentation (smile), you could tell that he was an honest, personable, no-nonsense straight shooter. He didn't come in talking a mile a minute (a tactic of a high-pressure salesman-they continue talking to wear you down, giving you no room to ask questions). That was not Joe. We found Joe on Angie's List with numerous excellent reviews. And once we met Joe we realized the reviews were most likely on the up & up. Joe's presentation was short and to the point. No high pressure, no bait n switch, just straight forward information for us to use in making our decision. And no pressure to make our decision right then. Once the installers arrived, they too were just as personable and professional as Joe. They jumped right in, got the eleven window job done in approximately three hours! The installers were fast, efficient, and cleaned up when they finished. We love the windows we chose. And the price of the windows was better than any others shown to us by other companies. We are totally satisfied with Joe, our installers, and the windows. We highly recommend Joe at T&T CUSTOM CRAFTS.

I was very pleased with how they work around my schedule and needs. I cannot express how impressed I was with the job done, the customer interaction and the price. I had several surprises show up during the install but it was all handled in a manner that left me with the feeling I had gotten the better end of the deal. All trash and old windows were hauled away. Everything was done to specification and they even washed the windows before they left!

I used Joe and his guys for phase 1 (6 windows) and recently hired him to complete phase 2 (another 6 windows). Ordering is easy. Joe is non pressure; windows were manufactured and scheduled for installation quickly. The installation team is efficient and fast and cleans up after themselves. Looking forward to phase 3.

Supplier did a great job at an affordable price. They cleaned the area after they left. They arrived earlier and finished the job before it started raining. They were courteous answering all my questions. Once finished I asked Joe about other window frame issues and he helped me to resolve them.

All went good , Joe showed up to look at the work and had provided me with an estimate within a day. Along with the estimate came a long list of people he had done work for and many reviews. I had one other estimate on just the chimney work but was impressed with Joe's attitude and referral list ( I knew of many people on the list) that I did not need to go any further. All work was done within a week and Joe's painters were very meticulous. The new siding on the house and chimney looks great. Painter even painted the chimney cap/ Very happy with the work.
