This house is over 100 years old. Few of the windows were square or plumb with several windows self installed by different residents over the years. Joe's team was able to overcome these issues without major structural work and finished the job in one day. Rotted exterior wood was replaced and frames were wrapped with aluminum trim coil. Joe noticed loose gutters while at the house and repaired them at no cost.

Really pleased with the appointment. Joe was on time and he advised me to consider a few less expensive options before moving forward with a full siding replacement. It may not be necessary at all as it turns out - or certainly not at the cost I was anticipating. Really appreciated his expertise and honesty.

First of all Joe received my message and called me while he was in vacation to let me know he received my information and would be calling me back. Once he got back in town, he followed up with me, was very punctual (although I wasn't), and was very informative, honest and professional. I received several quotes from some big name companies but once I met Joe I immediately knew who I was giving my business to. I can't wait to get started in my project and will definitely use him for future projects.

Joe responded to my initial phone call almost immediately and showed up later that day with window samples. His estimate was very reasonable. He did not come in trying to sell me some super-expensive windows that I did not need or want. He did not start out with some astronomical price and force me to haggle. He just showed me the windows that he thought would be the best value for me and gave me a very competitive price. I am normally the haggler, but I saw no reason to argue with the price that was quoted. Joe was accommodating as I inquired about all of the different ratings on the NFRC label regarding U-Factor, Solar Coefficient etc.. He explained all aspects of the window design and operation. On installation day, the crew showed up on time. Danny and his fellow installers were very polite and cleaned each room as they finished. They even removed all of my blinds and reinstalled them when finished. they also moved and replaced the furniture that was in their way. Danny took the time to answer any questions that I had. My entire house was completed in one day. Joe did not ask for any money up front. The only "hiccup" that was encountered was my fault, not theirs. 4 of my windows had shutters on the lower half. Due to the style and installation method that I used to install the shutters, they would not close completely after the window replacement. This bothered the heck out of Joe. He came by the house on the following Saturday and remedied the problem for no additional charge. He actually enjoyed the challenge. And only then did we sit down and take care of the payment. When we were finished, he still asked me if I had any criticism or suggestions that could help him do an even better job. Bottom Line: Joe and his crew are honest, thorough and meticulous. They provide a quality service at a very reasonable price. I would certainly call them again if the need arises.

I called Joe to get an estimate and he told me the route I was going was probably not the right one. He steered me in the right direction. So beyond honest! THANK YOU JOE!

Outstanding, despite the unstable weather with pop up rain showers, the crew did an outstanding job, all areas of the job were completed in a short time frame. Couldn't be happier. When Joe 1st showed up to provide estimates, he was very meticulous, identifying damage I wasn't even aware of. His estimates were extremely fair and much lower that other bids. From day one till the end Joe took charge and ensured all was completed correctly. I would definitely recommend this crew to anyone.

Joe and his team were excellent at their work. Joe's pricing was good compared to the 3 others I shopped around with. I'm glad I took his advice to put in the extra sun protection in my daughter's room. The room feels so pleasant compared to the hottest room that it used to be before! The other windows are great too and its a pleasure to open the blinds and bring the outdoors in. Thank you Joe.

Painters were excellent. Very hard working guys. Joe stopped by during the 3 days they were working to check on the progress. They replaced some rotten wood, pressure washed and caulked before starting the painting. Very organized. I expected to lose some of my hostas in the front flower bed but somehow they managed to not damage a thing. I was very impressed with the whole crew.

Best company I have ever used to do work. The men that did the windows completed the job in one day. They really know what they are doing. They cleaned up and left me with beautiful new windows.

The window crew was excellent. The crew that replaced the cedar siding did an excellent job but they were not as careful as we would have liked with the shrubbery. The shrubbery around the house was subject to more abuse than we expected. Something was thrown onto the roof and damaged a shingle that will need to be replaced. The contractor kept us well informed of the work schedule. The costs for the work was very competitive compared to other quotes we received.

I got 5 estimates and Joe was the second lowest. Admittedly that made me a little nervous but Joe assured me that I wouldn't pay until I was satisfied. Needless to say, I paid him on completion. His guys were friendly and professional. They showed up on time and and worked quickly. Joe always returned phone calls. I'll use him again.

Joe was great. He was very responsive to our calls and questions. He gave us a very reasonable price with no hidden costs. He was in and out during the entire process. The window installing crew was also very professional. They showed up on Monday morning and the job was complete by Tuesday afternoon. They were hard working, and did a great job cleaning up the mess. We are extremely happy with T & T. We will be using them again in the near future to paint the exterior of our home.

Not knowing this company but solely based on Angie list recommendations, ended up being extremely pleased by the workmanship, professionalism, price, and punctuality in getting the project done was just amazing at the company ability to meet or exceed the customer desires. Joe is someone you can trust. I reached him by phone on a Friday afternoon, and he was here in 20 minutes. I showed him 5 windows that I thought needed replacing because they had gaps between the frame and the windows. Also, some windows would not close completely. He said that there was nothing wrong with the windows and that they did not need replacing. Instead, my problem was a poor caulking job, and he showed me how to repair the windows. He was at my house for about 20 minutes and did not charge me a penny. An unscrupulous person would have sold me 5 new windows. Instead, Joe repaired my problem and charged me nothing. He is a true professional that you can trust, that is for sure.

Excellent service!! Joe replaced 15 windows in my house and the crew were in and out in under 4 hours. He came recommended by an acquaintance but he exceeded my expectations. My house is so quiet and my AC does not run as long. I haven't received an electric bill so I don't know yet about savings. Not only did he handle my windows expertly, asked for no money upfront but he helped me with several repairs that I could not do myself. He even fixed my doggie door which several other people had tried but had not been able to do. I highly recommend Joe.

I went great. I had an older home that I was selling and a few of the windows needed to be repaired. The manufacturer was no longer in business. Joe helped me out and got my window's repaired so that I could sell the house! Thanks, Joe!!

On the day of installation, Joe, Danny, and crew showed up ahead of schedule-something that rarely happens! True to his word, all old windows were removed, new windows installed, and Joe even cleaned the new windows for me-all in one day! I was totally amazed and impressed. Clean up and haul away were taken care of and Joe left us with the information to register our windows with Simonton. A big job that I had been dreading, but it went off without a hitch and I love my windows!

Final product was what I wanted including looking at adjacent shingles/flashing and ensuring no visible problems causing leaks. I would have liked better communication when the repair was going to be delayed due other projects etc.

This review is late in being posted. I was reminded of it when 8 or so years after initial installation, I needed Joe to come back and replace some of the trim work that was damaged when a tree fell through our garage. Not only was he available and responsive, but the original installer came back to do the work...8 years later. I can think of few products, services or companies that could make that claim. Initial work was done well and has held up. Additionally, Joe was able to match the trim to the original color and you cannot tell the difference between the original work and the repair work due to tree damage. I would not hesitate to call Joe for future work.
