Matthew was great to work with and did not try to pressure me into any other services. He did give recommendations, which I appreciated, but no pressure.

Alan came over and did excellent work. He was courteous and explained how he thought everything should be done. He was also patient with me a typical guy who while handy fixing things has lots of questions for those electrical things one does not want to fix. He came when he said he would and did quality professional work and installed quality parts. A few months later he returned and reinstalled a ground fault receptacle that went bad. He did not charge for this second quick visit as he said the receptacle was under his warranty. Great guy! I will definitely use him again.

My outside outlet had gotten water in it and it was no longer working. Plugged in came out and replaced it for me. They did a great job and even updated the cover so it would be more water resistant than the old one. The also quoted me on other work I am interested in having done later in the year. They were very professional and fairly priced.

The service provider arrived as scheduled and offered detailed explanations regarding the three problem areas. He didn't charge for trouble-shooting the can lights and suggested that we try a different kind of bulb which we have done and so far they are working well. He installed the light fixtures in a timely fashion and they work great. Overall we are very happy with the work provided.

The whole experience was very good. Easy to schedule an appointment and the electrician was competent and friendly.

We had to wait a couple weeks for an estimator for the job. I don't mind waiting if someone is good. We had a friendly man come and look around the basement. We got the impression that they really didn't need the work because they were so busy. He said he would call the next day with an estimate. That was nearly 3 weeks ago and they never called us back with an estimate. This was a bit of a waste of our time in the estimate process. We've since moved on to another company. I know enough not to hire a company who does not call back.

He was late for the scheduled appointment and then requested additional $150.00 for the installation of two ceiling fans. This company should never be listed on your website because of false advertisement. Credit my account immediately.

Could not get together on the schedule. Not very responsive.

The service I received was very good. Matthew the technician was knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I have an old house with original wiring that needs replacing. What I appreciated about the company was that all Matthew does is replacement work and he specializes in hold homes, so he understood what the situation was and was able to hunt out specific issues related to older homes. He provided me with three quotes and fully explained what was included in each one. I am certainly going to use Plugged In Electrical Services for any future electrical work that we will need done.

They were here about a year ago I think. It was a big job. It was wonderful, I would give them an A+. The pricing is very reasonable. The quality was excellent. They got our job done early.

Alan called the house approximately 25 minutes before his arrival at our house. He had given a time range when making the original appointment, and his arrival was within the expected time range. On first meeting Alan, it was very obvious that he is a really honest, professional person. Both my wife and I were immediately comfortable with Alan's demeanor and his quiet listening style. He patiently let me ramble, as I often do, but he listened to my ramblings and then proceeded to perform a very professional inspection. My original reason for calling Plugged In Electrical was because I knew that a series of outlets in the master bedroom were not grounded and it was beyond my capability to figure out how to address this issue. Also, I had done some minor wiring in other parts of the house myself, and I really needed a professional to validate that I had not made a total mess of the wiring. As Alan asked questions about some wires that were not connected, switches that didn't work, etc., I would answer his questions, and he would make notes about his findings. When he finally analyzed the non-grounded outlets situation in the bedroom, he entered the attic to determine the electrical flow and the access areas of electrical wiring. The attic is plagued with a truss roof system and a very low overhead attic area in the problem area. After Alan returned from the attic, he made a proposal of how he would address the problem. I was totally delighted with his solution, but I was afraid to ask the cost of the work. My wife finally asked Alan the cost of the repair, and he returned with a non-commital humorous answer which he quickly indicated as a moment of levity. So, yes, Alan is a real professional with a touch of pleasant humor, which both my wife and I appreciated. When Alan presented the "issues" sheet, and he indicated the cost of the grounding solution, we were both relieved with the solution and the cost. Alan exceeded my expectations with the inspection, the non-pressured presentation of the issues found, the creative solution to the non-grounded outlets, and the reasonable cost for the services. Would I use Plugged in Electrical again. Absolutely!! This company will be my first call for anything electrical.

They were able to arrive earlier and complete the work quickly. Found other issues while here and going to give estimate for additional work.

There wasn't much involved. just a simple switch of a bulb. But they've done work in the past. Everything is fine and they did not charge me anything. They were very kind to me. They were scheduled for yesterday but had a computer issue so had to reschedule. they were extremely courteous and the experience was very delightful other than the scheduling mishap.

Plugged In Electrical was awesome! I could not have been happier from start to finish. I first got bids for 3-4 companies for the work, and right away, I knew Plugged in was the right partner. Matthew was punctual, professional and personable, and he answered all of the questions I had. We scheduled the work (which was going to take 3-4 days), and they did a great job. Their service, attention to detail and quality was outstanding. Plus, they were great guys to talk to, and Matthew kept me fully informed of everything that was happening. We had a delay with GA Power switching the power, due to their unexpectedly high workload that week, but Matthew kept me informed and made a few extra trips to the house just to make sure everything went smooth. When installing the smoke detectors, they did it without having to cut into the walls, which was great, since our walls are plaster. They did everything they said they would and more. I would HIGHLY recommend working with this team again for any electrical needs!

They were very polite on the phone but the wait time was too long to use the coupon. A.L. found another provider who came out the next day. .

There was an additional labor charge. That was unexpected and not appreciated. It wasn't clear at all. We just couldn't connect on the language together. They tried to explain the way they saw it. I tried to explain the way I saw it. They charged me between $39 and $69 more. So, what I ended up having to pay for a fan, including their prices was up to $139 to $159, which was too much. If Angie's List plus their price was $100 or less, then, their price would have been average. It would have been okay. What they explained it to me as was that $39 did in fact cover $100. But their charge was probably $139. So, I had to pay that extra amount to complete the project. They are good on quality. I've got more fans to install, which is why I went with another provider. Hopefully, it works out better with them.

The provider was prompt and performed the services quickly and efficiently. I have used other providers from Angie's List for electrical work and these guys overall are the best. While they were here, they also did a couple of quick checks for free.
