Best electrical group in the US! We have lived in several states due to corporate relocations and seen our fair share of service providers. The guys are absolute professionals and their prices are reflective of honest and compliant work. We will gladly wait for their schedule to clear as their business is a sign of quality work - demand is where excellence is! The comments of any c,d or f ratings on this site blow my mind and I just have to add my commentary - our growing culture of immediate satisfaction for free leads to inaccurate and untrue commentary- such adolescent behavior ticks me off. I feel badly for this team having untruths written about them and wish there was a form of legal accountability for the fraudulent reviewer. Our camera system works marvelous and the team even came out to make slight camera adjustments as part of their service as a follow-up. These are the type of service men you give a key to your house because they are trustworthy - if you want to pay 19.99 go so,where else and I hope your up to code.... Thanks PluggedIn!

1937 house with questionable upgrades made to electrucal system. Before they would consider any other work, Plugged In said they'd have to bring wiring to code. I watched as they pulled a panel cover off 1 circuit breaker box and exposed burned insulation. Other quotes I got were cheap but only addressed the requested work. They never mentioned the state of the existing system. Furthermore, the outside outlets just blend in. I thought they'd forgotten! Other companies were going to bring conduits from the attic instead of going through the crawlspace.

Let me tell you, many services have become a lost art but NOT so with these fine men! Their attention to the customers needs from first conversation to post completion follow-up is unmatched anywhere in Georgia. I don’t care how many fish symbols you put on your add professing great work and ethical pricing......the folks do the right thing at the right price each and every time.,they come in an treat your house like their house..... except they don’t sit on your couch eating pizza lol. Though these guys deserve it! It is really special how invested they get in your plans for your home and they more than once had talked us out of doing something a particular way which saved us time and money. I am making these guys beneficiaries lol.

From estimate to completion of the project, the entire process was EXCELLENT! This was fourth time Plugged In Electric was used to accomplish electrical services throughout out home, and each time, they exceeded our expectations.

Josh and his co-worker (his name escapes me) showed up at the time they said they would. They were professional and courteous. They completed the job in a timely fashion. They also gave me an estimate for a future job that I need them to do.

We cannot say enough about how great Plugged In was all around. Responsive, professional, fair pricing and most of all great people to work with. Owners Matthew and Alan responded quickly, gave an estimate to hang ceiling fan and do electrical upgrade. Matthew and his crew completed the work to our complete satisfaction. Wonderful experience.

Very happy with how the work went. Had all the electrical outlets updated as well as installing a surge protector and removing the existing door bell. The owners were on site working along with the crew; them being there working the job shows they care about the work they do. The team gets along very well and you have a sense of feeling that they've been working together for a while. Initially the thought process was that doing the work would take 2 days but the entire team worked efficiently to get it done in 1 day. Very happy with the work and I would use Plugged In Electrical again

Immediately replied to my request for a quote. Sent a representative to assess the job the next day and scheduled the repair within two days. Communication was excellent regarding their arrival and they arrived on time. They were professional and very nice. They completed the job and cleaned up once it was completed. I definitely recommend them and will use them again..

Excellent experience! They call and sent out text alerts on their arrival. They were extremely Nice and very professional. They did a free inspection to diagnose the problem. Come to find out it was the breaker. It had flipped and wasn’t showing on the breaker box. The tech removed the breaker box panel and fixed the problem..... FREE of CHARGE!!!!! They are freaking awesome!!!! Will always use them!!!!!!!

I contacted this company before to confirm a price by one of there workers.. They wanted to charge me more so I went somewhere else. Wanted to give them a chance to redeem themselves. This is the message I got - The last time that you messaged us you asked us to not email you anymore because you were given a price by somebody that was not us and was way too cheap for us to do the job. They didn’t want to honor the price quoted so I went with someone else. Talk about a sore looser. Don’t use them. Not professional. Now I wait to see how tacky they respond to this.

Plugged-In is by far the absolute best service provider we have ever known. They communicate extremely well, are prompt, polite, take great pride in their work and customer service. Their upfront pricing is fair and a true value. I recommend not even wasting your time shopping around elsewhere, they are that good.

The job was accomplished in a FIRST CLASS fashion, with limited disruption, and immaculate care for the premises by the installation crew. Plugged In Electrical Services is THE ONLY electrical service we will use in the Metro area.

They called ahead and came on time. They recommended the simplest solutions to both issues I was having and took care of them in short order.

Great! On time, very responsive, very helpful and explained all the issues.

They confirmed the appointment the night before and Allan called again when he was on his way. He diagnosed both issues I was having and had all repairs done in about an hour. The price seemed right on target for the work done. I definitely will call Plugged In for all future electrical issues and I recommend them.

Everything went great! Alan arrived on time (as scheduled) and was very knowledgeable and professional. He completed the job as requested and in a very timely manner. Loved the fact that the company kept us updated from start to finish (text and email alerts/updates). The new lights look beautiful and we couldn't be more pleased with his work. We highly recommend Plugged In Electrical Services and the service tech, Alan.

So what I didn't like is that we ended up getting upsold. We used them two times. I guess it was a special but then when they came out ot the house they were like "Oh this isn't going to light your house. You need to buy another transformer and additional lighting. We ended up buying more than what the special was.
