Description of Work: Ran electrical and hung a lantern light fixture in our powder room. It wasn't easy for them to fish the wire but they didn't give up! Looked fabulous. Also moved a box to be centered over our sink.

Description of Work: The Master electricians were able to replace 3 outlets immediately and suggested a couple of other items (grounding and replacing the fuse box.) We did the grounding, but were assured the fuse box did not need to be replaced by another contractor and did not do that. I think they genuinely believed everything they suggested was necessary. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them for future work.

WOW! is all I can say! Your review completely blows my mind. You have given us poor grades on everything. Which if you were that dissatisfied with all aspects of our service why did you do any work with us? We installed two timer switches and bypassed a photo cell on an additional light fixture that you paid another electrician to install improperly. As a business owner when I receive reviews like these it makes me want to get to the bottom of the issue to prevent it from happening in the future. I know for a fact that this review is false and unsubstantiated. This is only affirmed by your lack of comments on your review. Part of our service is ensuring our customers are 100% satisfied. I know that this was asked of you because I was onsite. Your response was yes and you took a picture of the side of our van and stored it in your phone along with our contact information for future projects. Your review lists that the project cost you $200.00. Yet again another falsehood You paid Angie's List $39.00 and paid us $112.95 which brings your total to $151.95. What I have learned is you are not an honest person and you are a deal abuser. We offer these deals to members to provide great service at a great price but we have to be profitable for that to work. I have a copy of the invoice from your job and can send it to you by e-mail if you have lost it or are confusing us with another contractor. Please call us if you have any questions at 404-277-9708. I would appreciate a phone call to clear this issue up.

Description of Work: Repair poorly wired outlet where 50" flat-screen TV. I had lost one TV due to the faulty wiring. The team immediately went to the source and determined the problem and repaired the wiring problem. While onsite, I purchased whole-house surge protection, which they installed, and inspected my home's wiring in other areas. Pleased with service and the electricians who performed the services. Will use again if needs arise.

Description of Work: They guys came out to do a whole house inspection after a deal purchased through Angie's List. They seemed very knowledgeable and thorough and did some minor repairs while they were here. They did provide estimates for many services (replacing 2 panels, replacing fans and light fixtures, repairing broken outlets, etc.). The prices felt a little high to me so I got quotes from two other highly rated electricians on Angie's List. The other top electricians were dramatically less than the guys from Plugged In Electric (50% or more less on many standard items). I got every impression that they would do good work, but it seems like other electricians in the area will also do great work for much less. I'd recommend them but advise people to get multiple estimates from different providers to find the right fit.

Just because you had the work done cheaper does not mean that you received the same products or workmanship that was quoted. We do extensive market research to ensure that our pricing is in line with the industry standard. Just because someone is top rated on the web does not mean that they are a top rated Electrician or that the individual doing work in your home is licensed. We take extra steps to ensure that your electrical system is operating at peak performance and will not have breakdowns in the future. We are not just merely parts swappers. What was priced to you was above code(which is a MINIMUM STANDARD). Taking into consideration that we performed a complete home inspection your repairs were based on our findings and were curtailed to alleviate all issues and concerns and possible future issues. Based on price alone you received a phenomenal deal. For $59 you had two State Licensed Master Electricians in your rental property which should more than cover the value and price aspect of the rating. We made the repair as needed in a timely and professional manner. You sated "It went OK" in the comment section, we never spoke to you or met you in person so how can you make an assessment on the overall service call experience? We offer the Big Deal to our customers in an effort to give them a phenomenal deal and create a professional relationship with them. We would prefer the landlords be onsite to help overcome any confusions that may arise, but we understand that you are very busy and were unable to meet us onsite for that appointment.
